Always friendly and happy to help. A couple times different associates went in the back to search for beers I was interested in and they always help me finding the right beer I was in the mood for. Cashiers are always friendly and happy to help in checking out. If you have to wait over 10 min they are busy and an apology is always given.

It was only a very quick in and out trip for something specific, but I had to ask for what I needed at the front and while they didnt know the answer immediately, they quickly paged someone who did, and I got to the right aisle and item very quickly. Was probably only in the store a little more than five minutes, and only that long because I didnt read a label properly, which is totally on me! Great service.

To say this has a bit of a selection of liquor and beer is an understatement. From the moment you walk in, you see rows and rows of different wines, liquor, and a back wall of refrigerators with beers of all types. Luckily there are signs for the rows indicating what type of wine or liquor in each row. The craft beer selection is pretty good especially for local beer. Gonna keep coming back to see what they have next.

I would say this place has everything you would think of. Their prices seem fair and competitive with other stores around. It is a bit crowded walking around, so not to ADA complying. Sale person was very friendly and helpful.

Well today I went to pick up some wine for my wife. Two cases. The wine was marked @ $10.99 per bottle. At checkout I was given an amount of $308 and change. I commented that that sounded high, and the cashier related $11.89 per bottle times 24 equals X. I walked out the door, put the wine in the truck and immediately thought, nope, the sign said $10.99. I went in and reported this discrepancy to the cashier, who immediately brought it to the attention of the manager.It was determined that the sign should have been removed/changed prior to today, however, it was not. The manager honored the sign price without any discussion, apologized for the confusion and refunded the $23 difference.I felt bad about this and thought I should have just let it go. The staff here are not only friendly; attentive; there to help/assist customers, they are consummate professionals. Doing business here is and has always been nothing short of a pleasure. I really do love this place and that is simply resultant of the people who work here.

Great place normally, but the hours said 6:30 pm for Sunday night. I went about 6:10 and the doors were locked. 3 others were there too and saw the same thing. Missed out on probably 100+ dollars of sales. Edit your hours on Google! Not fair to customers who drive there with the gas prices these days only to be closed Smh.

I was happy to see the staff wearing masks! When i used my credit card, I asked the cashier to please sanitize the credit card machine so I could sign the pad and was told that it gets cleaned every 15 minutes or so. He suggested I use the stylus instead and I asked if it could be sanitized before using and he said we clean it when we clean the machine. I was not happy about this response. I need to feel that your store is taking all suggested precautions seriously. I will not be returning to this store.

I had to return an expensive bottle of whiskey and the owner Raymond and Jimmy the cashier were so beyond helpful and gracious during the transaction. I purchased the whiskey on a Monday and returned the bottle unopened with the receipt that following Friday with no problems what so ever. The Liquor Outlet has great customer service and I highly recommend this place.

I felt like I was entering a prison. Bars and concrete barriers protect the front. Staff seemed to mirror the enviroment. Indifferent, overly protective and suspicious. I believe the owner himself was standing guard inside the front door, eyeballing everyone with what I thought was distrust and general malice. Last you see from me and my family.

I spoke to the owners son, who I think is the manager. He explained that his father had bought the store not long ago and had adjusted all of the prices a good bit lower. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of Whiskeys and the prices were some of the best Ive seen anywhere, including large stores in Denver. I suspect that includes wines and beer. I will be back many times and recommend it highly to any whiskey sipper.

This store has one of the best wine selections in town. Large variety at every price point to select from. Constantly getting new stock in yet hold onto all of our favorites. Prices are good and even better on Family Weekends. They also offer (2) high end wine rooms and a chiller for those whites that you need to drink tonight. They also have an excellent selection of scotches, whiskeys and other hard alcohol.

Mr. Park is fantastic, prices good, selection great! I always go to the high-end section to see what theyve got. It usually isnt all just higher prices.I snagged the Redbreast Lustau Edition there. Its great, if you like sweeter Irish whisky.

My go-to place. Prices are unbeatable, new management is always there, and staff(albeit turned over often) are always super personable and helpful. My only suggestion for the new management is that you update all the websites, search engines, and your automated message to accurately portray your new hours of operation.

One of the largest liquor stores on the north end of town. They have good selection of many liquors. They can have issues with keeping items stocked or being open to expanding selection, especially beers. The staff is hit or miss whether they are friendly or not.

I emailed this company to see if they could give me a quote for my upcoming wedding. They told me they didnt have the time since I was shopping around. When I told them that was rude I received a F#$k you in return.I will never go there and highly recommend that you find another store if you are think about frequenting this one. I frequent CLO often because they have a nice selection of bombers and wine, however today I went in on a different mission. I needed a couple of boxes and I knew that they always had plenty of them available. I went in and asked the cashier if I could have a couple of boxes and she said for our wine? and I said no, I need them for a project at home. I was told no, that they needed them at the store...they had plenty. I left not believing the attitude of the clerk. I then went to Woodmen liquor, and the clerk there was so nice and told me to take all the boxes I wanted. I guess I know where I will go to make purchases now. These days, I will always reward good customer service...sorry CLO we are done.

Man, this place it great. The huge selection and amazing prices are almost impossible to beat and I really dont know how they do it. The staff tends to be a little aloof and not too helpful but they have never caused my any heartache or annoyance. If youre about to throw a party, this place will cover it all with snacks, mixers, and anything you could want to drink.
