Good store for a huge variety of drinks. Great deals on all sorts of things, super helpful & kind staff as well. Definitely worth it to have a rewards membership, even if its just for a special occasion or just a sip now & again. Also have the availability for curbside pickup as well.

Looking for a case of 1.75 ml Line 29 cabernet, I called 3 liquor stores in Colorado Springs. (These half bottles are hard to find.) The first store didnt even return my call. The other 2 stores said they couldnt order it for me. Yet, Cheers ordered it and had it in their store for me within 24 hours. Thank you!

I picked up 4 - 5 gallon kegs for my kegerator in my outdoor kitchen. Beer tastes good when it is good and cold at 36°.

Such a huge selection! We were coming in from out of town to pick up family from the Colorado Springs Airport. We had called around to many locations and only CHEERS had what are visitors were looking for. On top of that, they even held it for 3days at the registers until we made our trip into the Springs! And of course, we ended up picking up the rest of our needs. Way to go Cheers! You certainly now how to bring in, treat and keep customers! We know where we will be going from now on! Cheers!

I really like this store for the large selection and decent prices. Im taking a star off for rude phone service when I called about the Steers & Beers Whisky and Brew Fest which Cheers is a main sponsor. The festival had been rescheduled to today after being postponed in 2020. A person named Kendra answered the phone and bluntly said its canceled. When I inquired about getting more info she rapidly put me on hold where I sat until giving up after a long wait. I still recommend the store for getting your adult beverages in person but the phone and event sponsorship is a little lacking.

Good prices and service there was a sale item and none on shelf and most time in places if you don’t see it, it’s gone. But I ask and they check the computer showed they had two and instead of saying to me that they are there you have to look harder or we may be have a computer error they had one of their staff fine the two rouge bottles, handed me one and neatly set the other on shelf. Very courteous an professional and friendly looking forward to going back. The only downside is that you can not trade in something you tryed and just did not like. Lol. But that’s the fun in learning.

Nothing fancy, I get my alcohol at a better discount at the military class six, and costco, but they do have some neat bottles like this cute kitty that I got. The wine was gross, but I like the cute bottle and kitten cork. Im weird though, Ill buy something because it looks cute, only to find I still prefer Oliver moscatos better.

Cheers is the best liquor store in the city. Great selection, theyll order in anything they dont already have, and super knowledgeable staff. Ill drive pretty far out of my way to avoid going anywhere else!

Best selection, prices and service in town! Join their club and enjoy reward credits for your purchase history. If you want something they dont have (which is a rare event anyway) they will do their best to get it and then notify you when it comes in. THE BEST wine selection in town, bar none.

I normally love this store, but last time I went in I had a clerk with an incredibly rude attitude. She scoffed and rolled her eyes when I told her I had a customer account. She also made a backwards comment about my name when I told her so she could look up the account. Im used to feeling welcomed and cared for in this store, but this customer service was unacceptable. I didnt catch her name, but she was a shorter woman with brown hair in a ponytail. I wont be coming back to Cheers if this is their new standard for customer service.

A gentleman could tell I was lost & overwhelmed so he personally escorted me to the handle. Ironically he was Puerto Rican & carried a wonderful conversation with me. Husband and I went in just to look around.... Ended up buying a few different items and signed up for their points program! The sales clerks were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is my personal all time favorite liquor store. I have never seen so many different selections of wine, beer of all kinds, I believe 500 different kinds of beer and 3,000 different wines. They treated me very good and was very helpful. The owner gave permission for pictures and was very acknowledged about what he loves. Big A+

I love to utilize their delivery option and it is always top tier. As safety is a huge concern for my wife and I, they definitely hit the mark every time. This is one of my favorite places to shop for libations. They have a beverage selection that will cover any event that you may or may not be having. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects and very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this store over many shops alike in town.

Great location with great prices and one of the most friendliest staff I have ever experienced. They have an incredible selection including alcohol you havent seen since the 1970s & 1980s. They even have mad dog 2020 and Boones farm which is almost impossible to find for the nostalgic.

I cant express strongly enough how great this place is. Lived in Utah the past two years where selection was limited. Checked out a lot of the Springs shops since getting back and nothing comes close. Was put in touch with Manager Kyle Thruston, who has been extremely kind and helpful getting me the cool stuff I was missing out on back in Utah. This is by no means my closest neighborhood store, but worth the trek every single time. Spent several hundred here in just a month since moving back haha.

There are at least twenty great reasons why Cheers always wins Best of for our town. That is how many employees are working there today during these crazy times. My wife and I are so grateful to their dedicated staff for their flexibility and kindness. We are all getting through these days in our own ways and our afternoon glasses of Italian wine certainly help. We applaud Cheers steps in distancing, cleanliness with curbside or delivery. I usually enjoy coming in here. They have a rewards program and this was this first time I was told that you dont get points for things on sale. Not sure if this is new. 90% of the store is on sale so this rewards program is worthless.

Good selection of big bottles of wine also boxed stuff. A lot of beer, some craft selection. Top shelf booze but my favorite rum and tequila are sometimes sold out. Consider this place bulk, pedestrian selections. Good for the weekend drunk.

Very cool people. There was one older guy walking around all puffy and trying to convert customers to non-customers. Another employee, who let me know that he saw what was going on, offered to help. I believe he said he was on loan from another store or something. He was polite, informative, and exuded customer service. They didnt carry the beer I was looking for but had me fill out a request form. An employee called me that night with info about why they cant get it. They got me some decent cigars and even loaded my purchase for me.The moral of the story:There was one AH that almost sent me elsewhere but the quality of the rest of the staff saved the encounter. Super friendly and helpful people who were good enough at their jobs to put out the fire the AH started. Im sure that guy was just having a bad day. Im glad the other employee spotted what was going on and saved a customer.

Cheers was extremely busy on new years Eve but I liked that they had someone there customers to open lines. They are always very nice.
