Above and beyond service. I got there after close and they unlocked the doors and turned the register back on to take care of me and all the while did it with a smile.

Im giving them 3 stars eventhough the people that work there are great and have great customer service, there are a couple of things I dont like. First, compared with many other competitors internet prices, laughing lion is expensive. Second, I usually get the hulk blend and in the 250 gram size bag its really great kratom, but when I get the kilo bag of the same thing its totally different and inferior quality. This seems to happen with every strain I try. Other than that, its the best place to get kratom in the springs that Ive tried.

Like a lot of people I google a bunch of kratom shops and saw “4.9 rating with 119 reviews” so I had to come see just how true they were. I moved here from Cali and this is by far the best kratom I’ve ever tried. The store has a very welcoming atmosphere, Emma was so patient in answering questions she was so positive and bubbly I’m definitely excited to be returning.

Hands down the best Kratom you will find in Colorado Springs. More importantly, their staff is amazing! Specifically Emma who is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you want to keep coming back again and again. 10/10 would recommend!

I use to love this place, but as time has gone on these prices just get steeper and steeper. At-least Colorado Springs has another kratom shop now that tests their kratom and is almost 30% cheaper. Same or better quality too.

Ive been buying kratom from LLH for many years now and have spent lots of money with them. They without a doubt have the best kratom around. But this shipping situation has gotten out of control. Went to check out a kilo and my shipping options are, USPS (2 weeks out) or spend $23 on FedEx. Last time I paid for FedEx and it took them a week to get it here! I know you have no control over the shipping companies but every other business on the planet has gone online. But the only business to have insane shipping rates is LLH. $23 to ship a little over 2 lbs, less than 100 miles away? Maybe you guys should call around and ask every other company how they can offer affordable shipping instead of twisting peoples arm into using premium FedEx. I love your products but your shipping model is a joke. No more $189 kilos for this guy. I hope you guys figure out your shipping! Please let me know if you do and Ill gladly bring my business back!

I Went in today to get some help with some pain. Emma was there and she was incredible. I’m unfamiliar with kratom, but have a friend who had life changing results from it. My pain is just temporary but pretty severe to me! I am terrible with names but the gentleman working today was very helpful. I don’t know a whole lot about how to use kratom but from what I’ve read it’s beneficial for Fibromyalgia. So I was recommended this store by a friend of mine, who said they had cheap kratom. I was not disappointed. First, the 5oz sampler pack was cheaper than what 3oz costs at my local headshop. My friend also said that it would take a week or two to deliver...alright...so long as I get cheap product. I ordered Monday and it came Wednesday. Two days. Unbelievable service, not to mention the constant coupon codes to get even cheaper product. 5/5

I originally ordered from LL because they have a sampler pack program that allows you to try several strains for a very reasonable price. My only wish is for more info on their website about the different strains & what each one is best for you. I had to do a lot of other online research to better understand Bali vs. Maeng Da, red vs. green vs white, etc., but that’s a small inconvenience.
