I only post a review for a place that gave me a 5-Star Experience; that way I can always be a truthfully positive poster...I had 3 items at the Southgate Home Depot Pro Desk, and l wanted to purchase them with my newly-acquired Home Depot credit card. All I had were paper receipts from my visit a few days before.Now while the Cashier was in training at the Pro Desk that evening, she had excellent support from a highly skilled and knowledgeable colleague.She was able to negotiate about 5 hurdles that the system presented, and in no time I walked out of there wearing a big smile under my face covering, because I was able to make my purchase with the credit card I didnt have yet, and got $50 off, as promised. Basically I got my new, 700 Peak Amp Battery Booster for free!But then, I have always received the best service I could possibly expect at that location. Thanks, guys and gals!

Products i was looking for were available. Customer service on the floor was great. At check out the cashier was rude. I said good morning but no answer. No welcome, no thank you. Nothing... poor customer service.

Clay is amazing man, so helpful such a knowledgeable young man! Jamie is another wonderful employee you meet! Both took the time to help me through my process of getting a toilet!!

Awesome @ the pro department desk. Folks over there at the pro desk were awesome cashier sll if you awesome.Dont really want a bad mouth anything but we had a really hard time with a issue on the tool department side will not be taking tools back to that tool rental department to say the least well leave it at that. Front of the house wonderful keeps everything organized everything as it should be, we can usually find what we need here in stock witch is great.They have whatever you need to build rebuild whatever we you are working on . Thanks Home Depot.

I have been so disappointed with Home Depot low stock on basic plumbing items. Also store is disheveled and messy. Dont even get me started on the checkout situation

I think as a pro who shops for tools, Lowes may do a better job

They always have what I need,;customer service is slightly friendly depending on the person. They have new self checkout machines but checkout still takes a few either way.

I spend $60,000 plus a year with Home Depot (or I used to anyways) only to waste my time pulling a lumbar pack and having them refuse to load it for me even with their pro loaders Management at this particulars store was rude and to afraid to effectively run her store I guess its Lowes from now on
