The batteries in my safe (of 15 years or so) went dead and my backup key was long gone. They diligently attempted a couple of things to get it opened (to try to save the safe), and then went to drilling the lock to get it open.They were friendly and proficient. Would definitely recommend!

These gentlemen are amazing! Less then 48 hours before I was suppose to fly out internationally, I found out my safe, that contained my passport, wouldn’t open. I called Viking first thing in the morning and they said to drive over and they would help me right away. Within a few minutes they were able to get my safe open and saved my trip. I am extremely grateful. It was the kind of service you’d expect in a small town. I highly recommend this company.

Lost my key to my camper that has compartments and the gentleman at the front counter quickly helped me and made a key for me within 25 min and it was not expensive.
