Seeing a lot of cracks in barrier between double panes, emailed and no response yet.

In a time when good contractors are extremely hard to find, Ken at Timber Ridge Window & Door could not have been any better. From the very first phone call, I knew I got lucky and had a professional that would do what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Today, Ken arrived at our home with the replacement window and all the tools necessary to do the job. He was very friendly, competent, and cleaned up after the job was done. Im very pleased this company is the company that originally installed our windows and that we had zero problems getting a window fixed quickly. Thank you, Ken! You can be proud of the service you provide.

I used this company via Goebel Construction for my new windows and doors! They did a fantastic job for me. A great value and price! The owner even came out and adjusted windows, fixed a door issue at no charge 3 years after the install!

If I could do a negative star I would! I have been trying to get my window fixed since April, I have spoken to Andy multiple times about my window and have just been getting the run around. I own and operate my own business if I treated my customers the way I’ve been treated I’d be out of business. All I want is my window fixed. I had someone come out the first time and tried to follow up a couple of weeks later only to be told “I’m sorry I don’t have an order for you can I send someone else out.” So I said yes. This guy told me it would be a couple of weeks for it to be ordered so I wait, and wait and wait I follow up with Andy he said let me check with the warehouse and he’s get back to me. NOTHING. So I follow up again keep in mind this is probably the 8th time I’ve tried to follow up Andy says he’s going to personally come out and check the window so I agree. (I told him I wouldn’t be home but he could see which window it was.). So I wait again. I also check my security system to see if someone had actually come out and guess what they didn’t... so today after 4 months of trying to get the simplest task done I text Andy and tell him “do I need to go to the BBB, and get an attorney?!?!?” He says he will check to see if my window has been ordered when he gets back to the office... again NO WORD so I call him because my patience is wearing extremely thin and he ignores the call after two rings... so I guess I’m left with getting an attorney going to the BBB and possiably the news since I have connections there. I highly advise going somewhere else for Windows. Because 4 months is asinine. This is my son’s bedroom!!! He needs a window! And the house is only 6 months old!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to get some warranty work done on my Weather Shield windows. Trying to work with Timber Ridge has been nothing but a major frustration. Its been a month now and I still do not have a promised quote returned not to mention the fact that Andy (owner) doesn;t return calls or email.
