How awesome is the new glass in our patio doors. So Im disappointed in myself, I was concerned the cost was going to be so high for glass replacement that I would have to buy new doors. Ken Caryl Glass bid came in hundreds of dollars less than a competitor. Everything from the guy coming for an estimate, purchasing with the office, and the gentlemen coming for installation was amazing. I couldnt recommend anyone else for a glass job! I had a large picture window installed in my second story. The installers: Scott, Burt and Tyler setup the scaffolding and professionally installed an amazing picture window. The 3 of them went above and beyond to make my experience with Ken Caryl Glass a pleasurable one. It was great to deal with people that were knowledgeable, friendly and good at their job.

I was treated very rudely by one of the employees, was insulted and verbally abused. I would and will not EVER do business with them. Unbelievable discourteousness. NEGATIVE 5 STARS.

Used them to order a glass shower panel for my job and when it was measured and ordered wrong by their employees. There was no urgency to correct this problem on their end and they refused to have it remeasured for atleast a week until they have some free time. Absolute lack of professionalism! They loaded the glass when we picked it up and upon unloading we noticed the corner of the glass had been chipped and they said this didnt matter cause itd be covered by channel but it is an exposed edge and they wanted to argue accountability for it. Now my clients have to wait a week for new site measurements and an additional week after measurements for the order to come in and my clients wont be able to use their shower for 2 more weeks. this is for an elderly couple that needed a handicap shower. In good business if my company screws up a job, we rearrange our schedules to immediately fix our screwups and not tell our customers that theyre out of luck until we get free time in a week but unfortunately not all companies have good business practices. This mistake has now prevented me from getting paid my final 7k to pay my employees and cover costs until the new glass is in which is at the very least 2 weeks out. Worst response Ive ever had from a company regarding their own mistakes! Apparently your business is no longer a priority once theyve taken payment for an incorrect order.

Had the best experience from start to finish. Jerry was very helpful and fixed my shower enclosure issue in a timely manner. I was especially impressed by how neatly he handled everything as he took my shower door apart. Left everything the way he found it! Will only use Ken Caryl Glass for any future needs. Hats off to Wes for sending Jerry my way. Thanks to you both.

I typically just order replacement double pane insulated glass units to replace broken windows. I dont do that many each year but Ive been going here for Many years and they are always friendly and treat me right, giving me very fair pricing. Theyre just great to work with.

Very good to deal with.I own a commercial gym and we have lots of need for servicing our shower doors. Brennan is always great to deal with and gets his service crews out quickly to help us out. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

KEN CARYL GLASSWe had found Ken Caryl Glass to be an excellent resource for a number of projects we worked on near their Littleton location. We were excited to learn they had a Colorado Springs location because we looked forward to working with them on home renovations in Colorado Springs. I was shocked and dismayed to find out what a different experience was offered at the Colorado Springs location. I have honestly never encountered a more rude person than the associate I worked with in Colorado Springs. I found absolutely no willingness to exercise a normal level of customer service. I would have signed the contract if we had been able to agree on the terms of my project even though it was filled with paragraph after paragraph of details about what the consumer must do and must not do. The tone of the contract lead me to wonder if they didn’t get along very well with the public. Worst of all, this person seemed eager for some kind of fight as he outright lied and made exaggerated accusations about my comments and order requests. The Littleton location always looked for ways to accommodate and “grease the rails”. All I encountered at the Colorado Springs location were nonsensical road blocks. Very disappointing!

I ordered a double pane IGU with low-e for my home to replace a window that was leaky and had them installed it. I communicated with Bren and he was knowledgeable on the low-e coat stuff and made suggestions on which face of the glass it should be on. The bummer was that it took them 1 month from the day I ordered the glass to the day they installed it. However, Bren was in communication with me on the status of the order and why it was taking a while. The installers were great. They showed up on time made sure the glass was clean before leaving. Ill definitely buy IGUs from them in the future.
