These guys are great. Open to the public, but mostly used by pros who need assistance with higher end locksmith work. The guys behind the counter are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Best kept secret in Colorado Springs. Give these guys some business, you won’t regret it.

Had their tech come out to quote a job...rekeying 13 doors and repairing a commercial door. 2 weeks later and they have not still responded with written quote. Even after multiple calls requesting. They obviously do not have any follow through or desire to complete the work.

Ive used Colorado Safe and Lock for decades. Started going to them while they were still on Hancock near Fillmore, they are now way south, but worth the drive.They have done complete master systems when I had commercial properties--it was such a joy to only carry one door key for me and yet staff only had access to the doors that they needed to open.They have done vehicle keys for me and most recently installed cylinders in my house locks.Their duplicate keys always work and they are very cheerful.

Im a small town locksmith who stopped in the store to buy a simple service tool for a job I needed and figured these would be the guys. Some shops get an attitude with others who are in the same business, but I was actually very impressed. Owner was very friendly and helpful, which is uncommon when were technically competitors. They gained my respect..hats off to you guys.

Needed a new key for my Thule carrier today and had amazing service. Will be back again

I was getting a lock rekeyed at my local hardware store. As the technician was reasembling the lock a pin fell out locking up the mechanism. The technician at Colorado State and Lock Co was able to fix the problem while I waited and didnt charge me a penny.

Could not have had a worse customer service experience. Between the technician not showing up to the administrator telling me it was my fault for them not coming out, I have had enough. After the admin told me that I was the problem, I forwarded that email to our 9 Association Managers so that they know what kind of service they should expect from this company. I cant speak to their product (since they didnt do anything) but their customer service is severely lacking and their problems will impact your project!!!

Contacted them to get a quote to move a safe into our home that we purchased from a local merchant. After a nice man came by to verify site conditions and accessibility, Heather took 8 days to let me know they werent interested in doing the job. Whats worse, I had to call her 2 days in a row to get this answer. What a complete WASTE of TIME!Not planning to ever consider using their services again.

On their web site it said open at 7:00 am it is 7:30 and still not open maybe they need to update their site with the correct time
