I typically shop the South location as it’s most convenient but I do like the selection of seasonal and household products. Something I found to be extremely frustrating on my most recent shopping trip is the absence of price tags! Quiet a few products, especially in housewares and cleaning supplies, are not snickered with a price nor can you find it on the shelve. It would be nice if there were at least one price checker device for customer utilization as your only recourse is to go through the checkout line for an available associate to check or ask a store associate on the floor (who also checks via checkout).

The store is old and looking really dirty. Some of the beds on display are filthy. One employee was trying to stock the cashier was working on store carts, and the manager answered my question about a tree that was advertised that they had none of. He walked over to where the boxes of trees were and told me to look at all the boxes to see it it was in the area. Not good. He asked if I had the ad with me which I didnt. He had no clue about what was in the ad. I am going to try a different big lots store tomorrow to see if I have better luck.

Definitely not my favorite Big lots to go to but it was an emergency and it was the closes. Had a brief and I mean for brief contact will a few of the workers and they werent very helpful or friendly except one . I wish I could of found him after I went to the restroom, maybe I wouldnt have been looking aimlessly and passed a few of the workers and no one asked me if I needed assistance, so I didnt even bother to ask them. Got what I needed and left. The one off POWERS is the best one to go to their customer service always goes the extra mile

I went to Big Lots because my husband and I received a coupon and are in the process of furnishing our home. There wasn’t much that really stood out to us personally. Some good stuff though.We bought some totes for storage and a beautiful marbled plant decor piece. It’s a good store.

Well... youre not supposed to define something with its name because thats not a good practice. That being said, its Big Lots, take it or leave it. Low cost / discount (sometimes) items, and decent staffing depending on the day.

Love this place almost as much as Dollar Tree...wish we had a Big Lots in Fountain, CO.

I always go to big lots when Im out of town. Not sure what was going on, I needed razors and the entire aisle was empty. I wanted to ask the manager when the bomb went off but just decided to leave. I hit the family dollar right up the road. In and out an on my way.

Kinda thought prices were a little too high... isnt Big Lots supposed to be like a big-box discount retailer? 🤔 Also, I felt as if the employees were following my every move, even though I was definitely not trying to steal anything... I was having a hard time picking out a rug that would look well at my house.

Very disappointed went here to Big Lots and what I was looking for they did not have, they only had one register open the cashier was super nice, they are a little pricey.

Had to edit my review to even more positive. Came in late tonight looking for a product that was out of stock. Ron i believe was his name. Helped me. He called the powers location. They had what i needed. Went and picked it up. But had to come back here and leave a extra 5 stars for Ron. He was super friendly. Very positive and helpful. I will 100% be back. The store was not in a good shape. Very disorganized.

I recently ordered a table set from the from this location and had to hound down an employee after sitting around, waiting to be assisted for 10 mins. Employers by the cash registers made eye contact with us many times as we awkwardly stood there but nobody said anything to us. It was like this both times we went in to buy the table and then when we came to pick it up. As a consumer I should not have to track down employees to get service in their store.Anyways, after that point, when we were finally able to get assistance, the employees were very friendly and helpful. The table we wanted was out of stock at first and they called us immediately when it was available. They patiently, and carefully helped us load the table into my vehicle. And the table itself was of good quality and easy to put together.

Low on products. I did enjoy shopping there. They did have a great deal on outdoor pillows

Just like their name, Lots of items from inside your home to the outside of your home. Some great deals! Go if you can.

Not everything is a deal. Some stuff can still be purchased at Walmart cheaper but overall there are some very reasonably priced home decor items and home goods.

Arrived at appx 8:30 pm, as soon as I walked in I was told that I had 10 mins to shop. Then as Im walking thru the store, a clerk/manager was right behind me, down every aisle I went thru; up until I walked to the checkout counter. Its a good thing that I only went in for one item anyway.

I love BIG lots for the bargains. This location stays pretty busy. Thank goodness.

This location is a lot different to any big lots I have been to. It is quite small and feels more like a older retail store.

Bought a couch and love seat from this location. Micardo was the person who helped us. Was impressed with him. When we got the furniture home we discovered one of the cushions had holes in the back. Ricardo and another employee named mike took care of us with no problems. Would recommend to anyone to ask for them.

Waited almost 8 minutes for a cashier to finally go to a register. She was by some merch talking to another employee. Didnt acknowledge me.

It was my first visit to this Big Lots. I had no problem finding what I needed at reasonable price. Most impressed was cashier who helped me with being patient, kind and consideration.

Big Lots has a lot of beautiful pieces at very reasonable prices. We bought a mirror and entertainment center from them and were very happy with our purchases! I highly recommend checking them out!

Great prices and always a friendly staff. It seems that they have most things you are looking for. Nothing is really overpriced, but all items can meet your needs. If you are looking for decor, some electronics, tools, cleaning supplies, some undergarments, kitchen items, non-perishable items, or a Batman Watch, they may have what you are looking for. They do not have much for art supplies, but with the list of items they do have, you wont be disappointed. Also, pricing is more than reasonable. This is always our go to place when we have no idea what we want or need!

Its a Big Lots. Haha... they have lots... really its a very nice clean store with many items you probably need at a good price. I like to go in and browse because you never know what weekly deal they might be having. Very good parking and in a safe, inviting neighborhood. Never any issues that Im aware of. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely friendly too. Go have a look!

Plenty of Items youd seen in a typical big lots. Plenty of household items you may need on the fly. I mean I bought cereal and a bag of Cereal Marshmallows. Im pretty happy.

Great place to shop for almost anything you need. Conveniently located on Academy and Union. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They also offer layaway services for furniture and bedding. They have a rewards program that can save you even more money.

Entered the store and there was no line... after a short shopping spree - I went to leave and there was at least 12 people in line... after waiting in line for over 5 minutes and not moving at all had to leave my cart behind. At least 2 other people left their carts behind and left also.
