Everything was fine, except for the way Jannell, one of the workers, treated us. We tried to grab her attention when she was scanning our things because she had forgotten the bag of dog food, but she was wearing headphones. It had taken a few tries to get her attention and the way she acted towards us after that was not very nice. She had a bit of an attitude and even after that we had to remind her to scan a few more items that we had. It seemed as though she was reluctant to do so and just wanted to listen to her music.

Another very good Wally World. I wish they (all of them, not just this one) would carry some of electronics products, cables, adapters, etc. that are only available online now. They used to carry these items but now it seems the electrons section is mainly just a cell phone store in every one them now.And not just any phone but the damn iPhone to be sure. Although, it doesnt have the market share Android does, it must be where the biggest profits are at.

My only problem is the fruits. I purchased watermelon and in 2 days it went bad. I had my mother go exchange it and the new purchase was worse. The expiration/best by date was dated for 2 weeks out and the fruit was still spoiled. Over all always a good store to shop. I wanna thank all employees for being there for the community and serving us.

This is not my regular store and i normally do not give 5 stars but my experience today was great. Items were well stocked. The lines were horrible at first with only a few registers open. Instead of just letting it go like most other Walmarts i shop, they opened more registers. All but 1 register was open by the time i checked out and they got people out of there in a timely manner. Very impressed they took initiative to fix the problem for their customers. Great job!

I ordered 2 shirts and tried the pick up and I will never do that again. The order was supposed to be ready Friday afternoon got a text at 1 in the morning saying my order was ready to pick up.It was a pain to get ahold of someone in the first place then when I picked it up the shirts and one was a plus size. Then when I called back down there after they had the right size on Friday now there is none. The one I talked to was dumb as a box of rocks so I asked for a manager and he was rude his name was Derek. When I called to talk to someone in customer service they said that theyve had nothing but problems with the pickup. It is a lot easier to go in and pick up your own merchandise I found out Im sure they dont even look for dents in cans or smashed chips/ bread ext

The kids that work at this location are polite and respectful. Best Walmart experience ever. My husband had to help both myself and my brother to the vehicle as well as bulky large items. We first had to wait for help, but once we got out to the parking lot, the kids that work in the lot, stepped right up and helped out. Polite, helpful and kind. Better than we expected. Thank you.

Typical day at Walmart but more people shopping this location due to new apartment development in the Broadmoor Bluffs area.Noticed that lately shelves keep looking a bit empty, especially the ice coffee section.Staff is always friendly and willing to help out.

Went to purchase a battery first thing in the morning. I dont know your store policy about being stopped to show a receipt but Ive always assumed it was optional; especially when the guy in the yellow vest was no where to be seen as I obviously am coming from the only open register. To demand that I show him a receipt. Next time just have him say (prove to me your not a thief before you walk out the doors) Because believe me it would be the same thing.oh and the smart remarks and jerk vibes after I prove I paid for the items just made it all better. Out of all the Walmarts in Colorado Springs, i think this one is my favorite. Its always clean, rarely ever busy, has a great selection of products and a friendly staff. My other favorite is the Walmart on Razorback Road. This one, however, has everything that youd want out of a neighborhood superstore..

One of the better Walmart I have been to out here in the Colorado area it seemed to he the best staffed and clean.

Just a quick in and out today, but the store was very clean and organized. The checkout wait time was the best I have seen in years...Literally, YEARS!! They had so many registers open at the same time. Granted it was closing time, but 6 registers to choose from was extremely nice to see!!

Store was clean and associates friendly. There wasnt much in stock so it made shopping hard. I wont be shopping at this store very much. I will go to a different Walmart that has more of a selection to choose from.

Bought a gate for infants used to keep two cats apart. Gate was easy to find and worked well. Store was clean and well lit. This stores check out lines were short.

They had shotgun shells at a reasonable price, which is great!! Wish I could buy more than 3 boxes but I understand the 3 box limit.

Dont waste your time this store is definitely the worst in town. They only ever have 2 cashiers and one side for self check out the lines are always more than 8 people and they never ask for cashiers to help its always 2 no matter how long the lines are. Worst store ever. The isles are always full of boxes you can almost always find boxes in the isles this store needs help for sure.

Good electronics, grocery, shoes, clothes and a subway plus a Walmart gas station. Excellent costumer service!

The staff is really nice, the store is well organized, and everything (including bathrooms) seems reasonably clean. The best thing here is the pharmacy staff, particularly the pharmacist Eric. These people make life so much easier!

Clean, shelves are stocked. They need more than 2 regular registers open though, the lines were a little ridiculous at 3pm. But otherwise this is the Wal-Mart I started coming to..

Just cant believe how hard it is to get an employee to unlock a case for something. When there is 2 to 4 employees standing at the end of the aisle that you need help in. This has happened more than once. The employees could be heard clearly talking about how much they work and how its not fair because other employees are always asking for the day off. Well honestly then just dont cover for them and quite talking about it in the middle of the store, the customers dont need to hear about it. Especially since you are complaining about how much someone isnt working all while refusing and getting attitude towards a customer asking for assistance. I dont care if you have the keys or not, at least make an attempt to either locate someone that can or locate the keys. Dont just give me dirty looks because I asked you to do your job while you are on the clock. Get over yourselves and get some respect I mean you are an adult and work in a customer service based job. Oh and if you wanted me out sooner than right when you close than it would of also beneficial to find some help the first time I asked. Another thing to add, why play that stupid announcement saying the reason you close early is to deep clean and stock shelves because that clearly is not the case. (According to all the pallets being brought out and dropped in the middle of all the aisles)

Living in Pueblo, I find shopping this store more convenient then going to a local store that either does not have the selection or simply bare shelves. Even when checking online to see if something is in stock. The store is clean, associates are helpful and friendly.

A Big walmart. Tons and tons of selection. Sometimes they havw clearance most times they dont. I call it the military walmart due to it being so close to walmart and the abundant brave men and women that are always here. Thank you for your service!!! Employees have attitudes or are always havign bad days and seems they hate the job which sucks but i usually just try to ignore the snotty rudeness and get in and out with whats needed.

I just wish the employees were more friendly. Hardly a greeting at the registers, no asking if I found everything. I understand not seeing a smile because of the masks, but acknowledgement and a kind word go a long way.

Dominic was awesome! It’s currently 10:15pm and I had to make a huge shopping trip that was $200 for my school and I had to pay the entire thing in one dollar bills. I was super nervous to go pay because I didn’t want the clerk to be mad at me, but I lucked out so much. Dominic was really fun to talk to and he bagged all my groceries and counted all my cash without complaint. He needs a raise or something. What an awesome guy. I’m glad I left Walmart with a smile.

This store always have stocking carts out and pallets stacked everywhere. They only have 1 or 2 lanes with checkers. It is a hassle to right a check in the self check out. You would think during the pandemic they would have more checkers. To many people touching the screens at self checkout.They used to be good till they turned cheap and wont hire people to work. The store is understocked most of the time in groceries.I have only 2 choices to shop, there and Safeway. That all Trinidad has t offer. Ugh

Busy store. Finding wheelchair accessible parking was impossible, as was finding a clerk.We founded what we needed, and left.

We recently had a car accident and are down to a one car family and have been using Walmart’s Delivery service after quitting early this year when the driver left my groceries in the middle of the development when he couldn’t find my house (With a note with all my personal information hand written on it left in it too.)This service has been HORRIBLE, the store consistently doesn’t even have my order ready for 2+ HOURS after the window it’s supposed be delivered. They’ve now taken to up -charging me for substitutions - That’s when they even offer it. My weekly grocery list normally has half of it “out of stock” of very standard things. I then have to go grocery shopping AGAIN when I can get the car at another store because by then I’m disgusted enough to go to stores further from my home.Walmart is consistently the worst part of my week and if anyone else delivered to my home I would use them in a heartbeat. Until then I’m stuck with your subpar, inconsistent, and frustrating service. Wonderful.Update: even when you go into the store you can’t get your items because they’re blocked to high hell 🙃

Do not get your pick up here! They are the slowest people I pulled in at 12 p.m. after receiving a message on my phone saying that my order is ready to pick up at 11:45 a.m. I have been currently sitting here for over an hourIt would have been faster to go in and get my items and leave. They have two people running the delivery the pickup, they need to have at least 2 more people running the orders out.I have watched 5 different people say screw the wait and leave.

This is the Cadillac of Walmarts. Almost always stocked well both in grocery and the rest of the store. I like the location because its on the way to a lot of places for me. Sometimes the sporting goods has been kind of sloppy but plenty Shoppable. I only wish they would have designed the parking lot better. Hopefully eventually that is remedied.

Poorly stocked but reasonable prices. Very little souvenirs for Colorado and none for Gunnison and Crested Butte which surprised us because they are the only Walmart in the area. They have just a few snack and basic grocery items. No frozen, refrigerated or fresh foods.

Walmarts ok if you find what youre looking for. Alot of the times, they dont have what you want. So you will have to go with whatever they got.

I have never shopped here and not been disappointed. I have never shopped here and been able to get what I needed because they are always out of SO many things. If you need something that requires a key to get to it then be ready for a very long wait and attitude from its associates.

Went in about 10pm did my shopping was ready to cash out .They only had one cashier and a long line of customers.They may have all been cleaning,because the store looked good.

I was followed around by security harrased they searched my bag 2 different times and didnt find any thing cause i am not a theif! Then proceeded not to let me use my ebt card and made Me spend cash on my food products. When i asked for their names the covered their name tags with their hand. I was very very disappointed and probably will look into a law suit. At least a refund for my cash they made me spend instead of my ebt!

Had the parking lot torn up and the floors that much needed it but man it was confusing

So, I was driving from Iowa to Colorado on an emergency trip. My fiancé and I went through the drive thru here and they literally messed our whole order up. I called immediately and explained our situation to the young man on the phone and told him that it would be about a week before we would come back through. He took our name down and about a week later, we stopped there with my receipt and explained the situation on Friday August 13, 2021 at 2:30pm around the same time as before and they wouldnt honor anything. Highly disappointed !

Good wal mart with a good collection of items. It disappointed me that they were sold out of every decent flavor of juicy juice though.

Walmart is Walmart the only downside is that every time I call and ask a question I get the wrong info because when I arrive its not what I was told over the phone

This Walmart had everything we needed, but the checkout was frustrating. The self checkouts were guarded by an employee who said that there wasnt any change but that we would be fine to use card. The card reader barely worked. We asked the employee for help, and she informed us that there was a special trick to make it work. After getting help, we were able to complete checkout. All of these stars are for the employee who helped us although I cant remember her name. She was left running around shouting instructions to people while trying resolve as many problems as possible.

Aisles were full of merchandise that people took off the shelves and left in the Aisles. The stuff was all over the place and made it hard to get around the store. The employees seemed to busy with chatting amongst themselves to straighten out the shelves.

Always busy and picked over. Staff stand around and don’t assist in anyway with long lines at every checkout. Mobile ordering is a bigger priority at this location and it’s pretty frustrating

So many empty shelves on several items. It is fairly clean and with all the self check outs it moves quickly.

Had to do a non receipt return. The employee was very nice, explained she would have to give me a gift card. Very pleasant experience.

Out of at least one or two things everytime I order. Not satisfied with meats picked for delivery (except hamburger).

When to buy transmission fluid. You had what I needed. Mats purchase then left..Good experience

Store @ hwy 85/87 in fountain 80817 is in disrepair. Floors dirty. Large thick pieces floor tiles in common areas for shoppers broken tiles. With many one foot by half foot size holes in tiles. Terrible safety hazards. It is poor working conditions for employee as well as the shopping public. Walmart makes billions in profits. This is sad representative of Walmarts business profile.

The workers are rude & very short, its rare if you find a nice one here, unless you just happen to be there when the big dogs from corporate or somewhere are there then they ALL are friendly.

Nice store for a Walmart. Dropped a star because well... its Walmart and its a small business killer. Also dropped a star because there is next to no customer service. Other than that, we found everything we needed and it was all in stock.

It is really hard to give an opinion about a Wal-Mart when you work at one even when its not one you work at. This was the first one I have been to out of my state and I didnt know the self check outs here are card only so you have to go to a register to pay cash. It was clean and the lines werent long, but there was a couple items miss labeled which I could have gotten my item for about $15 cheaper if I said something. I also had the desire to fix it.

3 different managers asked for my receipt after purchasing my mattress for my disabled son. When we went to leave they again harrassed him and told himsir no one hascut your tag off. Rediculus! Then followed us out like some thieves!

The addition of more self-checkout stands is helpful. I’m not a huge fan of them, but it’s better than having to wait in a long line of one of only a couple open registers.

Im not sure if its bigger than others, but this store seemed huge. I was surprised however at the disarray it was in considering the many employees on shift and personally I dont care for the layout here. It doesnt follow any other store Ive ever been nor did any of the placement, organization make any sense to me so alot of my time was spent trying to figure out what random place everything I was looking for was at. But it wasnt dirty, the employees were pretty much the standard Walmart employee, check out was fast & with ease using Scan& Pay so it was mainly the layout that bothered me and you cant please everyone.

Supercenters ~ Wal-Mart what would we do with out them. This is definitely a one stop one shop place.
