Great place to get costumes for the Halloween Season. Some of their stuff is pricey, but they generally have a good selection.

The employees were very kind and helpful. I just wish they had more costumes in the bigger sizes.

There is no lighting in dressing rooms and half of the displays don’t work. Also, several employees standing behind the counter at checkout, but only 2 people actually checking people out.

Great displays that actually work this year 2020. Last year it sucked. Great selection and friendly staff. Fitting rooms currently closed due to covid. The security guard is kind of rude

I Bought a peanut butter and jelly costume and did not find out until I got home that there was part of the costume missing and now I cant get ahold of anyone and the store is closed 🤬🤬🤬

Decent inventory and people are friendly. The set ups are scary (as they should be).

A bit pricey depends on what your getting the same thing may be cheaper somewhere else but they have so much that you cant get anywhere else so over all its the best place to go of your looking for a unique look

If the red headed worker that’s working at 1:30pm on 10/30 is going to go around scaring small children..the least she can do is wear her mask correctly.

Had what we needed and cashier was friendly liked her the best. Seems like other workers didnt get the idea of cleaning and tidying up.

Avoid the spirit on academy across from the citadel mall there are some very rude employees there

Just visited. Only one employee offered assistance or greeted us.

Big location. Very scary dog at the entrance! Scared me and my daughter who accidently knocked over my son! We only browsed but the kids found it to be very scary lol.

Cheaply made costumes for extream abouts of money, dirty, stunk, and staff treats you like a criminal if you want to try anything on.
