Steer clear! One hand does not know what the other is doing. They are great when calling to get meter readings to complete billing, but then when you actually need some help, repair, and assistance, its oh, that is not included or we cant fix it, buy a new machine, or your employee told us this, that or the other so pay me another $1140 and we will help you with repair needs. DO NOT be fooled - after 16 months of paying the monthly maintenance plan, you will get nothing in return.

Horrible customer service. They promise free technical help with the service plan on their printer copiers but dont provide it and are incredibly rude when asked. Take weeks to come service items and bills are higher than promised. Very disappointed in the way they spoke to the staff as well. Rudely hanging up on your customer just because she mentions my frustration is just unacceptable. I dont let people treat my staff that way.
