Their concept of offering a flight of fall drinks is what drew me here. I love specialty drinks, but the problem always lies in deciding what flavor to order. Today I was able to try a satisfying amount of pumpkin pie latte, vanilla spice chai, cinnamon roll latte, and cold brew cream in the cutest mini mason jars. What a treat and great concept! The flavors were delicious. I hope they continue offering these flights for each season.

The atmosphere is sooo amazing! I don’t know who the young lady was with the cute septum and big smile, I believe it started with a K but she recommended me the avocado toast and it’s my forever go to! I’m new to the area and she made me feel so comfortable! She recommended me the cinnamon roll latte and even named off all the different milks for me. She even gave me some ideas of other local places to try out! Highly recommend, the store itself is amazing but the service makes it beautiful!

Fantastic cafe, just far enough off the main drag that it feels hidden. Gorgeous lounge layout lends itself to relaxing with a beverage, and quiet conversation in small groups.Theres a small but delicious food menu to compliment the coffee menu and a small selection of alcohol. Sometimes they have live music, and outdoor tables are usually available.Staff have always been lovely! Shout out to Sydney for great service, and to Tanya for making this my favorite lounge room away from home 🥂Function room is available for hire and bathrooms are available for customers. Parking is free and plentiful.

Love this place! I couldnt decide on what latte to get because they have such a huge selection (which is great). I got the vanilla Chai and wow is it good!! I was also very surprised about how big the place is for a coffee shop.

The space was really nice. Good for studying. They were playing oldies, which I really enjoyed. They were loud enough to hear, but not so loud that it was distracting. It did seem like the staff were a little perplexed. They also kept screaming peoples orders out for them to grab, but the place is so big that they had to really SCREAM. It was distracting and a little silly -- it seems way easier to just run someones coffee out to them.

Nice space, friendly staff, strong coffee. The breakfast burritos not bad (and cheap) but watch out for the donuts. Theyre teensy ... and come on a plate and not a box. Id ordered a drizzle and they were virtually swimming in syrup. They were tasty, but sloppy and overpriced.

Great environment that is pleasant to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in. The coffee itself is exceptional, and the quality is definitely there.Staff was a turn off as we were looking at the menu the barista kept rambling off to us about Starbucks and how it “ruins everything” for their store. Perhaps she was turned off by us browsing the menu for a bit? Then proceeded to try and explain what a macchiato was and what a latte was as if we were stupid and never been to get coffee before.. we didn’t mention anything about Starbucks and hadn’t even said anything at this point so it was a little odd. Also asked for the donuts and was told to “come back at noon” because it was too much work for them to make them. Letdown to say the least.

Visiting from Washington and saw they had an espresso flight on tik tok. Coffee was great and lots of fun drinks to try! Unique experience.

Loved the atmosphere..Id even call it a hidden gem. It wasnt too terribly busy, it was quiet and relaxing. I felt bad for the staff was running around because they seemed short staffed. (I saw a help wanted sign) Despite that, the staff was friendly! Food was great, it took about 15 minutes to serve. We will definitely be going back! A bonus for us being a geeky couple its located right next to the Gamers Haven! We will go back!

We love it here! Our favorite feature is that the food is real and made to order. So many coffee shops now are just microwaving store bought, pre-packaged food. Highly recommend for good food, coffee, and atmosphere.

Waited 2 hours for order, called four times with no answer. Unresponsive, disappointing wait times.Update: ordered a 16 oz latte. As you can see from the measured coffee, only 8oz was sent.Additionally one of the beverages appears to only be water and caramel (as opposed to cold brew and caramel). Egg was blackened on sandwich.

Not a good place to work/study. They play their music super loud. I ask if they could turn it down a little. Response was We actually get asked that all the time. The manager will not allow us to because he wants it to be a loud music coffee shop. It is clear that they do not care about their customers. They would rather have it fast-paced, with high customer turn over, than a relaxed environment.

I haven’t been here in a while. The menu changed some and that’s good. I did order an egg croissant. I asked for scramble egg and it was fried. Extremely messy! Especially if you take it to go. Overly salted and funky seasoned and greasy bread! Very pricey for such a depleted sandwich. Please be careful and specific when ordering here. Coffee was good enough but it had a funky taste like cheap milk . So nothing fancy. Atmosphere is ambient! Pricey too especially when can get a decent breakfast at Starbucks for $10. way better and this was exactly same size coffee and breakfast sandwich for $13 plus. If you skip the breakfast sandwich then a pretty good experience. I will try again. The coffee shop has been super gracious and welcoming me back with a coupon. I do love the vibes. I use to visit here before Covid. It may have just bern a bad day . The owner is sweet. 🙏.

Really good coffee, teas, beer, wine. Large open areas and wifi. They have some food and snacks. Sometimes they have music. Good place to study and read.

Now I have two kids and it was literally one of the only places I could take them and have a fun, safe space for them to play while I study. Now they’ve taken every kid item out of the meeting room. I’ve noticed a trend - local coffee shops that used to have kids spaces are getting rid of them to make way for adult/business customers. Seriously there’s a million places those people can go!! Can there please be some consideration for young parents who are studying or working?? We often have extremely limited options and it’s often sanity saving to have somewhere besides our own house to go. Please please please bring the kids area back??? I can promise at least one, probably many, regulars as a result!!

Open atmosphere and good selection.Service has been extremely spotty. More often than not the baristas are unacknowledging and unprofessional. Complaining about it being slow and then being rude when they have customers. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt due to the current events going on, but it seems like some customer service training might benefit them.

The peanut butter chocolate latte was heaven on earth. The avocado toast was as delicious as it was pleasing to the eyes!

I love coming the 3rd Space! It’s comfortable, clean, there is plenty of space, the staff is friendly and helpful, and best of all I haven’t found a thing on the food or drink menu that has not exceeded my expectations. Tanya, the owner, is often there and makes sure to pop by to check on things with the guests. She is knowledgeable and kind and make me and my kids feel cared for. Great spot and fun to support women in business!

Third space is has good coffee and tea and some food choices like sandwiches and bakery goods.They have a side room you can rent.I have had a number of business meetings and it is my choice to host my Saturday morning coffee meetups.They have entertainment on some nights.If you are looking a local coffee place, check them out.

Third Space Coffee never fails to serve a beautiful cup of coffee. My favorites are the GOG latte with cayenne infused espresso and the avocado toast is to die for! By far the best espresso and coffee in Colorado Springs!!

Definitely a bit of a hipster place with all walks of life, so the vibe is good, however having to wait 30 minutes for a panini is absolutely ridiculous by any standard. They offered a $1 coupon for the inconvenience, not much!

I have really enjoyed Third Space Coffee! The staff is always friendly, the coffee is good, and the fresh made mini donuts are delicious! They have lots of places to sit and enjoy catching up with friends or work on homework. They even have a room with some toys so parents can connect with friends as well.

Great coffee shop, wasnt a fan of my coffee but everyone in the party really enjoyed their drinks. Tip: dont get the flight unless you enjoy lavender, I found out Im not a fan.

TL;DR: Nice workers, but the service was terrible.My family and I stopped in for some quick drinks and breakfast to-go because we had plans in place for the day and ended up leaving over an hour later, completely disappointed. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and it was so burnt, but I still ate half because we hadn’t eaten yet. I was offered a free drink as an apology, but we already had two drinks delivered to our table that we did not order. I understand that kitchens have problems, but handing food to a customer that isn’t even decently made is unacceptable. My brother ordered a bacon burrito and it was not made until he was at the register asking for a refund because it still had not come out and we had decided to leave to try to make it to a scheduled event on time. It all just seemed very unorganized and we were quite disappointed with the service despite the good reviews and recommendation.

The iced tea I ordered was very good but I wouldnt pay almost 4 bucks for a small glass of iced tea. Up your sizes and I would be there all the time. 16 oz is not a large tea. Overpriced. I would be back if this is changed since the tea seemed to be very high quality though expensive.

The staff, owner and environment are amazing! Their coffee is roasted there and is spectacular, and their non-coffee drinks are creative and splendid. I highly recommend this place for business meetings for their back conference room as well. There is no better coffee shop to come to in all of Colorado Springs!

I found Third Space when I first moved to Colorado Springs about six months ago.It is my go-to coffee shop and i don’t see that changing anytime soon.The atmosphere in this coffee shop is unlike any other and I’ve literally (no exaggeration) never had a better almond milk latte!I personally love how I can sit for hours doing work and not feel pressured to leave or uncomfortable lol.Left pic is the almond milk latteand the right is an oat milk latte (less sweet than the latter)

I quite like third space, it has very open seating arrangements and a warm atmosphere. I lucked in going for the first time today, apparently fridays are when they try to have live musoc and tonight was a music circle. It was fantastic, the pesto panini was good and I enjoyed the chocolate muffin, which as a baker is significant. Theyre better than the average coffee shop muffin for sure. The staff is kind as well and kindly bring your order to your seat. Additionally, their coffee is quite good and they do sell alcohol as well. Ill be happily returning.

Ive been here twice so far and had amazing experiences both times. They have great choices for me as a tea drinker and for my non-dairy coffee drinker friend. The baristas were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon

Employees were very nice. You can create your own latte which is great! They have little mini donuts which are delicious. You can decide to cover in cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar and drizzle in different sauces like chocolate or caramel.

They have great coffee, great atmosphere and nice staff. Competitive prices is a plus but quality is a must and they are excelling in both. You can tell when a place loves coffee and Third Space does. They have a heart for The Springs and they want to be your Third Space Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

Food and drinks are good. However there is a worker, not sure of her name but seems like a manager (blonde hair) who does not wear a mask properly, was touching her face and then touching food and drinks, and my friend and I were very uncomfortable.

Nice, clean, and affordable. This is a good place for just about anything, with a kids room to boot. If you are i terested in music. Several days a week they have someone with live, soft music that isnt too loud. The coffee is pretty good. A bit too acidic for me, but still pretty good and not too dark and not too light. They have free wi-fi and they are Covid-19 compliant, which is a huge thing at the beginning of fall.

Great atmosphere with lots of seating and kind owners who brought us waters toward the end of the night. Also, get the little funnel cake donuts if theyre available. They are delicious!

Really loved this place for its atmosphere and studying vibe. But recently they started selling fresh donuts. The smell of the oil and batter is so strong you go home with your hair smelling. Tried to study there today and just couldn’t handle the smell.

Met a friend from Denver here and it is my first time here. So glad I came! Nice space, real open and comfy. Good, friendly service. Warm cookie, iced coffee- both excellent! I usually sweeten the *&%&ish out of my coffee and add enough cream to match my childrens skin tone but I added NOTHING today!! I hope it doesnt rain...They have a kids spot as well as a meeting space. Some of their local focus, besides coffee, include music, dance lessons, and clothing for success. Chill spot and just the vibe that I needed on a Sunday. Well done!

I bought a bag of roasted coffee and the beans were definitely old. No characteristics at all.Just tasted like a regular dark coffee.

Such a great atmosphere with wonderful, helpful staff. We ordered lattes and had a seat on a comfy couch next to some happy green plants. As we waited for our order one of the baristas passed by and handed us a little sack of freshly made donuts. He smiled at our confused looks and said theyre on the house.They were absolutely divine. Hot, crispy outside yet soft inside with the perfect hint of sweetness from the powdered sugar.Our lattes arrived shortly after. They were brewed to perfection. No bitterness.. just smooth. Even my mom (who isnt a big coffee fan) absolutely loved her latte.Thank you to all the staff who made our experience one to remember. We will definitely visit again next time we are in town.

Great atmosphere. The coffee was good. The cider doughnuts were great, as was the avocado toast. However, while the service was friendly, they must have been having a difficult day because the wait time for everything was unusually long and the timing of having our food ready, extremely delayed. I will try it again because we all have days like this 🙂

Third Space Coffee is spacious and a great environment for meeting with friends or getting some work done! I also really enjoy their coffee and other menu items.However, today when I was there, two issues:1. I ordered a small (12oz) and they gave and charged me for a 16oz. Not a big deal, mistakes happen.2. I explicitly ordered decaf, as I am 5 months pregnant and trying to watch caffeine content.... Due to the fact that Im up at 3:00AM googling accidental caffeine intake effects on unborn baby, pretty sure they gave me caffeinated instead! Again, mistakes happen... but this one is costing me more than usual!Haha, it happens, but Ill be a little wary of visiting again with special requests :)

Nice atmosphere, but if you dont fit in with their standard corporate crowd be prepared to be treated as if youre unworthy of being there. Overcharged for an incorrect order, but the staff is so unwelcoming its not worth the hassle of getting it corrected.

What a great place to be! Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, and great prices! Their menu consists of both coffee and non coffee beverages like frappes, lemonades, and Italian sodas. They have alternatives to dairy milk like almond, coconut and oat milk. They even makes fresh mini donuts that are fabulous! If donuts aren’t your cup of tea, they have lots of breakfast options. Along with others, I used to really enjoy this place. But recently not so much. The new staff has not been terribly friendly and don’t seem very confident. I have waited over 15 minutes for a tea while watching them make fancy drinks for people who ordered after me AND didn’t get my beverage until I reminded them. I have also struggled with the WiFi being a little inconsistent...honestly didn’t bother to tell the staff because quite frankly I’d be pretty surprised if they knew what to do about it seeing as making drinks seems overwhelming. I understand they’re going through a transition and have new employees, but it sure seems like they need a better system for training and may need an extra person per shift until everybody is fully up to speed. It’s a bummer because it’s a a cool space with pretty good food and drinks, but it definitely is no longer a favorite of mine.

The BEST coffee place we found in Colorado Springs. We were a bit deceived by their signage on the building until one day we saw pictures from the inside and their drinks. We found this place about 2 months ago and have gone there more than six times to read, work, and talk. The prices are good and they even have different glass sizes when drinking in. You can ask them to make a recommended drink and that is always a good experience!
