Wonderful place! The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and organized. Their teas are delicious! My personal favorite is their avocado chocolate smoothie with boba. My husband’s favorite is their Thai Tea. Definitely give this place a try!Just be mindful, they are currently located in an area that has construction.

We have absolutely loved this place! Sooooo many options... my kids got Snowyn, and I think I ate half each time! Employees are totally engaging and fun. Line can get long and it take a little time, but know its worth it. Macaroons are super yummy, too. Ive gotta convince myself to try other things... love my 1st choice too much!

Oh my lovely 😍, delicious 😋, and oh such a variety of options. No matter whether you want something hot, cold or slightly cooled this place will get you right and at the right price. The sizes are better than any tea spot Ive been to in the Springs yet.And they have mini boba 🤤

The service was awesome, and the boba was absolutely perfect. But my drink was not even a little bit cold, and I asked for a large but got (and was charged for) a regular. Im glad I didnt get the large, as it wasnt the best tea and it was warmish. But the boba itself couldnt have been better, and was legitimately the best Ive had anywhere!

Im slightly conflicted. My order from tapioca was both one of the better and simultaneously one of the lesser bobas Ive had in a bit. The drink itself was amazing (salted caramel thai tea). And the tapioca pearls were the perfect consistency. But they were also unfortunately flavorless/bland and so there was a stark moment each sip where Id swallow the drink portion and be left chewing on flavorless pearls.They have a wide variety of toppings though so I will likely just choose another topping next time I go.Thats why I gave my review a 4/5 since on the whole in general this place seems great. Its just that the tapioca pearls were regrettably a bit flavorless.

Magonada volcano...great first choice if you like spice Mango and tamarind. Was a great drink. Seems like a top notch product. A little disorganized behind counter.

The people were nice and helpful. I tried the strawberry boba madness. It was interesting, lots of different boba flavor additions. If you cant decide on a boba flavor its a good option.I tried the pistachio macaroon. It was soft and had good flavor filling.I wish they had pistachio flavor so I could get a blended pistachio boba.

The menu seemed extremely complicated to order a tea. The tea I ended up with was tasty, but also very expensive!!!

The line was a little long but thats expected in a good Colorado springs boba place. It was really good and delicious. It did have a lot of tapioca pearls in it though. But it was still delicious.

Super helpful staff, FANTASTIC TEA, and the dairy free options are lovely. I am also impressed they support advertising for other local businesses! For a fair price. I may have to take them up on that offer for my art!

Most of the drinks are good. Some of them taste a bit watered down and you have to pay an extra $.50 for more flavoring. I also asked for a large and the cashier pointed to the large cup to confirm the size. I received a regular. In order to fix this l, they wanted to charge me for another regular. 2 regulars is a total of 44oz but costs more than one large which is also 44oz. I was fine paying the difference between the regular and a large but they wanted to essentially charge me more for their mistake. Ive been here several times and have asked for light Ice in the blended drinks and they said they cant do light ice because its blended (even though they do light is for iced beverages)

Delicious! Super helpful staff. Quick service. So much variety and options. I got a lemonade as I dont drink tea. I also added bursts to mine since I was sharing with my kid. He and I both enjoyed the drink.

This boba tea is by far the best i have ever had in the springs they have a wide variety of flavors to choose from!! They also give you enough boba for your drink unlike other places it seems like they barely put any boba. Finally the other thing I love about this place is that the boba isn’t frozen !!!! It’s nice and squishy just like how it should be with the right amount of sweetness.

I cant say enough about how good this place is. Clean, friendly, and inviting atmosphere. I had Ca Phe Bac Xui, it was fantastic semi sweet and the Boba pearls were a great addition

My wife and I were excited for the tapioca and when we ordered we were informed they didn’t have any tapioca for the day. We decided to still get our drinks even though they didn’t have tapioca. Once we ordered the drinks the employees behind the counter decided to make fun of the drinks we ordered and how that’s something they wouldn’t do. How if you’re going to get a boba drink get a boba drink not a smoothie with boba. It was mentioned numerous times. It wasn’t directed towards us but just a conversation they were having behind the counter. Seems very odd and unprofessional for a company to operate this way. Will not be back. Hopefully management talks to their crew. It was the two guys wearing glasses.

Ive been here 4 times now and while the drinks are very good, the service is terrible. One register for this over-packed nightmare area of the springs?? What a joke. Im standing in line and there are 14 people ahead of me and about 8 more behind me. I ORDERED ONLINE! Ive already paid for my drink. I called and apparently they dont send you a notification when your order is ready. If I hadnt paid online already, Id walk out. The last kid to take my order knew nothing about the menu at all. I ordered the same beverage 2 times in a row and it was completely different the 2nd time. Would not recommend.

I stopped at Teapioca tonight for the first time, and I was beyond pleased. I couldn’t decide on a drink and the wonderful man working at the register talked to me about flavors and allowed me to try my top two choices. I had a rough day, and he turned my day around. I am grateful and very happy with the delicious drinks.

Amazing experience all around! We arrived shortly after they opened and received all 5 drinks shortly after placing an in-person order. Everything was fresh and full of flavor! The owners checked in our experience and went out of their way to make our day extra special. Cant wait to go back and try more items!

Convenient location even with the construction, with friendly and patient staff since it took a min to go over the menu. Did not see food options other than chips, but wasnt after food so I might have missed it. Tea, coffee, smoothie, slushie - a variety of flavors and options. FYI, the smoothies are made with non-dairy creamer (which is not dairy-free for those like me whom are allergic to dairy proteins). Daughter ordered Green Apple Slushie with Strawberry Gusher Boba and I got a simple Mango Peach Slushie, total $10.99. Her drink was up in no time; however, mine took about 3-5 minutes of loud discussion/argument before they could even make it, but we didnt get either drink til both were ready. LOVED that they come sealed (not a lid) and a large tube/straw...and the FLAVOR!!! Omg! Mine was absolute heaven in a cup; a perfect blend of flavors (hubby even loved it, tried to steal it, lol). Kiddo enjoyed hers, too. Overall, Id definitely visit again when in the area.

This place is AMAZING! I love everything they serve, my main drink being a Jasmine Green Tea with Peach Flavoring and Lychee gelatin. Everyone is always so friendly, my drink is always perfect, and I barely have to wit for my order to be ready. I have honestly become addicted.

What a fun place to go! My girlfriend said that I had to try some things looks like Ill have to go back because there are so many options. Everyone was friendly and I like the atmosphere too! Music was upbeat and from the 80s but Im not sure if they changed that up or not. Really enjoyed the carrot juice but not sure thats everybodys thing.

My family visited Teapioca while in Colorado Springs for our daughters birthday, BEST Boba weve ever had! The owner is kind, very personable & welcomed us warmly. Great selection and fast service! Everything we ordered was delicious! I had the vanilla chia tea and when ordered they reminded us it will take some time to steep and it was very much worth it.

The drink I never knew could exist, but so loved! Boba madness- 18! add-ins into one drink, incredible textures & great taste. First time here; my parents enjoyed their slushies with boba; strawberry lemon & fresh watermelon. Come try this place- the menu has so many options.

The service here is absolutely atrocious. We came here for our first time and were beyond excited but we waited in line to have our order taken for almost 30 minutes. The cash register was left unattended multiple times and customers were just standing there which is beyond unacceptable. I’ve worked in the service industry for the past 5 years and I would NEVER leave the cash register or customers unattended or not helped. I get that it was busy but that’s not how you run a business or establish good customer service. Hard to be excited about a drink when you wait almost 40 minutes to place an order.

This was absolutely the worst boba drink I have ever had!!! We ordered online to give them a try and the app was horrible. While making the order they had no photos and no descriptions. I thought I ordered a boba Thai milk tea. What the f did I get.......this is definitely not a boba Thai milk tea. It was soooooo horrible I was spitting it out! My husband also ordered a boba peach drink and it was disgusting as well and definitely wasn’t a boba drink. I will never return and never recommend this place. Going back to our absolutely favorite boba tea place Kung fu tea.

Spent $50 on 5 drinks... no drink carriers so the whole order aside from one drink was put into BAGS, where the lids promptly popped as soon as I got to my car, spilling 4 out of 5 drinks in my rental. This is unacceptable.

Great first experience! I had never had any sort of boba tea and was a little weary because Im not a tea drinker. But I loved it! The gal working the register was super nice and walked me through the menu. I loved the drink and will definitely go back!

When its made good it tastes amazing! However its a hit and miss...And the music is so loud I think they cant hear you because orders are often wrong but theyre busy and we dont want to say each time it happens as to not hold up traffic. Its frustrating because seriously, when its made right its INCREDIBLE!!

THEY DONT WEAR MASK. Had a sign at the door and in the store WERE STAYING SAFE but most of them are NOT WEARING MASK. I was excited to hear about this store but Im DISAPPOINTED that they DISREGARD the SAFETY of their CUSTOMERS........NOT worth the risk.

First time trying Teapioca Lounge, I anticipated my drink to be Just Okay, I ordered a Mangonada along with other drinks. When my cousin and I tried our drinks since we had both gotten the same thing, we were surprised by how great it was, He and I loved ours. It’s hard for places to make this specific drink so great. Last time I tried something similar that I loved was in LA and it’s now our favorite place. We didn’t add any boba or Jelly’s to ours but even my children loved it! It looked like such a chill place to hang out. Too bad that because of social distancing we preferred to order online and just pick up, but everyone seemed wonderful and our drinks were delicious. Thanks to everyone!

The drinks are to die for.....but the line!!!!! Not so much. They should open a second register and take down the decorations and put those somewhere else in the store to accomidate all the customers that come in for themid day/end of day rush.

This is our new favorite place. Lots ofOptions to customize, which is so great because I have food allergies. They make a lot of their tea drinks fresh. I loved the chai and they have fruit slushes for the kids. Boba is super fresh and not stale at all. We will be coming here often, even though we live on the other side of the city. Make sure you order online. You can customize it all online.

Went my first time today and there was SO many options that you could probably make a Youtube channel purely off of combinations alone I got the strawberry banana smoothie with boba and it was AMAZING 10/10 will come again and recommend to all my boba loving friends. They also have food like macrons and deserts as well if you want food havent tired them yet but Im confident that its great too
