Ok Kneaders; seriously?? Such a yummy Turkey cranberry salad croissant but where’s the rest of it? I finally just put all of it on one side.So in the meantime…kneaders reached out and addressed my issue and I just want to say thank you! I also wish I had just gone up to the counter and asked if there was supposed to be more before I wrote a negative review. Thank you for reaching out and sorry for my mediocre review.

I have to add a caution to my review- check your order- before you leave! They do make mistakes! The other problem is trying to place an order through the website for this location is surprisingly difficult! I will switch to the other location and I have no problem!I am in love with Kneader’s club sandwich! I am so glad that I stopped in! 🥪My husband tried the carrot cake and I had a chocolate mouse dessert- both were great!I went back to get another sandwich and picked up a loaf of the blueberry/lemon bread. Wow! The flavor is outstanding! The combination of the perfect lemon with the delicious blueberries is terrific! 🍋🫐The staff is great. I highly recommend Kneaders.

Not the type of place I would normally go to…. Till someone gave me some zucchini bread from Kneaders. I couldn’t believe that this bread tasted so good. I HIGHLY recommend this bakery! I’m so impressed and will definitely be a repeat customer

The salads we got today were terrible. Big chunks of turkey that weren’t cut up and wilted lettuce. Gross

Visiting from Texas in Colorado Springs. Stopped by Kneaders to get all you can eat French toasts with the wife and 4 kids. It was their first time, so got them all very excited about all you can eat toasts. As making the order, asked the sales person at the register if they still have all you can eat, which they confirmed. Also asked specifically, if I need to come back to the register to request additional toasts once we finish the original order, to what she said yes. Come back to the register 10 min later to get a refill of toasts, the same lady says I can’t get more because the customers who were behind me ate all toasts and they are not going to make any more for me and my family. When asked why they told me it is all you can eat while in fact they won’t cook more for us, she asked me if we actually ate our toasts. Never apologized, never offered to reimburse as I never got the order I paid for (all you can eat), instead showed disrespect to me, my wife, and my 4 kids. Tried to call the store a min later to talk to a manager, no one picks up the phone (didn’t want to make a scene inside the restaurant to show some respect to the restaurant and customers). The worst customer service received to this date

9/10/21; I accepted another order, accepted because the pay was great, but knew itd be another long wait. Sure enough, I come back, wait 10 minutes before someone asks me for the order. I tell them and wait another 20 minutes!! To find out they never even started the order, the order was right in front of them and they just ignored it. Not only do I think delivery drivers shouldnt waste their time here, I recommend customers DO NOT ORDER. They’re more worried about each other’s personal lives than to pay attention to customers. This is ridiculous.Delivery drivers beware: I come here often to pick up orders and every single time (and I mean EVERY time) I am never greeted, I am stuck standing waiting for someone to ask what I need help with, I have to wait about 10 minutes before I can get someone to come to the part of the counter for doordash, and every worker treats the drivers like it’s a huge inconvenience for them to hand us the food. They have horrible attitudes and look like they hate their jobs. If you get orders for this place, expect to be waiting for a while and not get helped.

Good food and a really nice atmosphere inside. I didn’t catch her name, but the lady who took my order was very kind. The rosemary focaccia is to die for! Great casual dining spot :)

Placed and scheduled an order OVER AN HOUR before coming to this place using their internal method of ordering from their website. I arrived at the time their system told me to, and still waited over 25 minutes for our basic order. I literally ordered pastries that were on display and the woman who packaged them basically destroyed them while putting them in to go boxes. I don’t understand why it had to take so long. It was not even busy when I came in.Absolutely unacceptable.

In a time where food service workers are in short supply and usually at their wits end, I can always rely on this Kneaders for excellent service and quality baked goods. Much appreciated!

Ordered Chicken Noodle soup that was totally watered down, barely a chicken flavor. Took back up to counter General Manager said he was the general manager and would be taking care of it. No refunds only exchanges. Rude, would not give corporate phone number said the number was online. Really!! Wont be eating here anymore. What happened to good service. He obviously has no respect for customers.

Yum! Try the ALMOND CROISSANT. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. It has something almost like a Bavarian Cream in it and it is full of flavor. What a delicious surprise.The Cherry Pie and the mocha were excellent too.This was our first visit but it will definitely not be the last.

Love this cafe. So many good options. I think the pandemic has truly affected the quality. We ordered two sandwiches to go. Through the drive thru. We have done that countless times.Only one cup of lettuce, no dressing. One pack of silverware.The chicken corsiant was so minimal we ended up tossing it.I love this place and taking out of town guests but today was a huge disappointment.

It was super busy when we went for dessert and there was only 1 young man holding down the fort, kudos to him for managing. The dessert choices are ample but you are better off going in than trying the drive thru.

We went to Kneaders for bread for a party. It was late and we got some food. 3 sandwiches and a salad. Everyone in my party heard me say turkey bacon avocado salad. Sarah W. must be deaf or something because I ended up with an nasty sandwich. Will not go back because it seems the employees have hearing problems.

The best breakfast sandwich I have ever tastes and fantastic cafe mocha! Our kids loved the mango tango smoothies too! Delectable!

Out of three online orders each had a problem and something was missing or wrong and it took over an hour to pick up all three of them at their given schedule time. So after three not satisfactory online orders we wont try that again. When you dine in service is good food is great things come in a timely manner I just think theres some problems with online ordering.

Well this is disgusting. Buried in my salad was a piece of plastic bag. Who knows where that trash has been or what was in it. Quality control or employees preparation need to be reviewed and fixed! **Update I want to add that the manager I spoke to today when I visited the store, was very apologetic and did refund my salad purchase. She was kind and listened and made it right which I appreciated.

The food is always pretty good. I haven’t really went inside(normally order through DoorDash.) However, while I was picking up one pie inside, the service from the cashier was awful. Not very personable, didn’t smile and no one working in there was very thrilled. I understand the pandemic changed a lot but they should still try to make the customers feel welcome.

Truly love almost everything in their menu, from pastries to sandwiches! Ive been a frequent customer here for the past 2 years going on 3. Just last week i noticed a change in their smoothie menu, done it my favorite flavors Goin Guava and Pink Piña Colada were taken off of it. I thought maybe they had a shortage. This week there are NO smoothies on their menu and Im super bummed because they were what I kept coming back for! I hope the smoothies come back.

We ordered salads. Id asked for no onion. When it was delivered, the onions were on top. The server realized the mistake and was happy to make the change. A short time later, my salad arrived. Thank you for noticing the onions, before I had to say something. My husband enjoyed his choice very much.

This place has officially become my favorite sandwich and dessert shop oh and I just tried their salad, it is legit. I have tried probably half the menu and delicious, always so so delicious. I’m lazy so I always get it delivered, and their food is always delicious fresh ingredients, I just got the French dip, and I never thought it was possible but they actually give you all the dip you desire! I’m in love. And the desserts are just just well I can’t stop. All of them are so delicious.

Salad was excellent! Wished I could have gotten some bread or something sweet...but next time I will.

I used to love this place, but today you just lost a good customer. I loved the almond croissants. Today, I got one and boy do I regret it. Halfway through eating it, I felt something in my throat. I am not even kidding you, I pulled out an 18 inch long brown hair out of throat. I go to throw the hair away and spit out the rest of the croissant I was chewing. This is when I noticed something wrapped around my tongue. Guess what? ANOTHER HAIR!! It was also an 18 inch long brown hair. 2 disgusting hairs in one bite!? Seriously I started gagging and almost vomited. I will never be back.

Order food on Uber eats, and it showed it was ready so my girlfriend went to pick it up. The order wasn’t ready and they didn’t even start working on it. She then waited 30 minutes till everyone in front of her and behind her were helped, got there food, and finished eating. Before she finally got our food. She went up multiple times to see if it was ready and nothing. If I could give zero stars I would for customer service! The food was good tho.

Surprised there were no stickers sealing the food when it arrived. My first thought was that the delivery driver could have easily stuck his hands into the food, touched the sandwiches..one sandwich had simply been put in an open ended bag, and both were coming apart when they arrived. Not that the driver WOULD do something so horrible and gross, but you just NEVER KNOW. Kneaders should seal their food so that when it is delivered, the customer can rest assured it has not been messed with!!I also want to add, I ordered a hot drink and the girl who delivered it had spilled it all over!! Such a disappointment! I wish Kneaders could make me another one. Waste of money!! I took pictures but this review wont let me post.

Good place. Ive only gone through drive through but the people are nice. Dont talk much which is great for people with social anxiety. Love the chocolate mousse domes and French dip sandwiches.

I have contacted Kneaders by phone several times and expressed my concern about advertising one price on the drive thru board and charging you more when they ring up your items. This is not good business and to top it off supposedly the person acting as Mgr cannot answer basic questions. Check your receipt against what is being advertised.

Walk in and enjoy the pleasure of being ignored. Not even an acknowledgement we are there. Add total attitude when you ask to order. Have your items thrown into a bag. Do not be thanked for your order. That is a recipe called never going back there again!

If you like Panera bread you will leave here loving Kneaders!!! Huge sandwiches and fantastic flavor!

Been here a few times, each time its been a positive experience. Relaxing environment, never too busy, and pretty good food.

Might have been nice but they had no bread so no sandwiches. Salads only, a few soups but no clam chowder. Plenty of desserts. This was on a cold Tuesday evening. Oh well! The sign where you place your order actually said they had a limited menu due to delayed truck delivery...

Great food and service. Breakfast was so good, I had to take my pregnant wife back for lunch as well.

I ordered the turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich on focaccia, a bowl of lobster bisque and a chocolate eclair for delivery by Doordash. The order arrived right on time and the food was perfectly prepared. The focaccia was absolutely fresh as were the contents of the sandwich. The lobster bisque was the surprise of the package; hot, thick, creamy and possessed of a subtle but spot-on flavor of lobster. The eclair was generously filled with vanilla custard and topped with tasty chocolate ganache. Home run!

Staff was nice bathrooms are always clean. Food is okay. Pastries are amazing like always!

Awesome carrot cake, but the service is severely lacking. On both visits to this store I was never greeted or even acknowledged until I actively sought someone out, who each time acted annoyed to be bothered. Maybe the drive through is the way to go here...

This place is usually great! Good food and pastries. Sometimes I get the occasional pastry that tastes old, but mostly Ive had good experiences here.

Best croissant sandwich Ive ever had.

We were heading for an outdoor concert and Kneader was just up the street with a drive thru. It was lightly raining and figured we would try the drive thru. We ordered their salads. It took them a while to get our order out but after seeing the salads it was worth the wait and they were so fresh. Nothing pre-made at this restaurant. Will be back again.

The food quality, and taste were phenomenal. This is one of my all time favorites! The staff is very friendly and attentive.

I love Kneaders! I usually get the Large Green Avocado Salad but I’ll also get any one with fruit or chicken in it as well! Their staff is so nice and helpful! I love the food! Highly recommend people try Kneaders if they haven’t before!

We stood at the front counter at the very least five minutes, but Im guessing that it was longer, being completely ignored. It finally took me calling out to the closest employee to have her acknowledge that we were there. I asked if anyone was working the register area and I received a terse reply that she would be with us in a minute. When the customer standing behind us heard that, she turned around and left. When the employee finally got around to taking our order, she literally threw it in the to go containers, again throwing in the bag and handed it to me without saying a word. If I owned that restaurant, even though there is an employee shortage right now, she would be walked out of the door right on the spot.

This place was a cute franchise that felt homey! It had fresh bread and pastries and gift items. We had a delicious lunch and the sandwiches were large. Deserts were amazing! The cookies were an especially huge hit! We also had a chocolate mousse cake pictured here and that was very tasty as well! I think it’s a perfect brunch or lunch stop.

I really enjoyed kneaders. I have had the majority of their menu. Large salads, tasty sandwiches, and yummy fruit smoothies. However what really draws us is the Saturday half price evening pastries.

Online order was missing an item. Been on hold 30 minutes attempting to resolve the issue. The food isnt bad but the customer service or lack there of doesnt make up for it.

Consistency is not key at this restaurant. Brought home two bread bowls and soup. The pictures are how they looked when we opened the boxes. Try pouring soup into a bowl with a hole that tiny. Haha. We had to make our own modifications.

Great place unless you expect your order to be accurate. They used to be amazing since recent, everytime we go there were either charged incorrectly or they forget entire sandwich items from your order. One time we ordered a kids grilled cheese to get all the way home and theres no sandwich. They also recently when my wife went gave her the wrong order. They took her old sandwich, the wrong one, and slapped the correct meat on it and handed it back. This place needs training, managerial help or multiple things to get back on track. We likely wont be going anymore unless reviews and their service improves.

Had a wonderful lunch at Kneaders. I have only had their yummy french toast for breakfast. Today I tried the turkey bacon and avocado sandwich. My husband got the south western salad. We both enjoyed our meals and also enjoyed trying each others choice. Will definitely be back!!UPDATE: We came back and had the turkey bacon avocado salad. It was delicious. The pumpkin bread was a nice addition to our meal.

To be honest my sandwich was delicious! Bakery was great, little shopping store options were adorable, but the broc. cheddar soup was lagging.....kind of flavorless. Added some salt and pepper but I still could not get it to taste the way i wanted. Will be back for the sandwiches!!!!

Our New go to place for yummy bakery goods. Had a cinnamon roll, chocolate classic turkey, cheese sandwich and of course coffees. Excellent. Love the little area where you can buy Kneaders items and beautiful baskets filled with lots of goodies!!! Sat outside with our pup too...perfect start for the morning.

Went through the drive thru with only one person in front of us. We waited 10 minutes for a kids ham and cheese sandwich and clam chowder soup. Employees did not care and it took them 5 minutes to even come to the window. Poor service. Rude employees. Dont recommend the drive thru. If you want fast dont go to kneaders.

Super friendly staff. The food was good. We ordered breakfast croissants. They were very similar to the ones made back home. Slightly greasy but not overbearing. Make sure you tell them if you dont want a full coffee lol. I had to dump some out to make room for milk and sugar but its really good so no complaints really. They were busy. First time Id ever been there and I can see why they were busy. Limited seating as they follow the 25% capacity covid law. They were very clean. I love their gift wrap table too. Looks like you can get valentines baskets here. Overall satisfied with my trip.

NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HEREThe place is ran by a bunch of kids that cant do there jobs. No one in the entire business repeats orders so you never know what you actaully paying for or getting. Cant believe a manager is getting paid to not be teaching the employees incorrectly. The food is over priced for the little food you actually get and its slopped togather like im at McDonalds and the smoothies are water by the time they give them to you. The food industry has hit the toilet lately good luck on your 15$ per hour id rather have robots make my food atleast it will consitant.

I tried the French Toast today at the cafe. It was awesome. It was extra thick with baked in Cinnamon swirl, super soft, and came with a Carmel sauce, sliced strawberries, and whipped cream. I will definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Bread and pastries. Fresh baked. Much like Panera, they have sandwiches and soups, but the tarts, cakes, pies, cookies, and breads are what draw me in. The breads are just excellent. Its the kind of bread you can dip in really expensive balsamic vinegar and olive oil and not feel like youre committing a sin. Fresh baked goods. Fast and friendly employees. My husband and I decided to try out the salads at Kneaders as they have never let us down with breads and desserts. It was an excellent decision! The salads are meal sized, decently priced, taste amazing with fresh toppings and have delicious dressings! The employees in the drive through are friendly, helpful and kind. Love Kneaders!

I am very disappointed the tables were dirty, and the staff didnt care when I told them.. This is so sad,, the coffe was not fresh either!! The only thing that tasted good was the pastry.

Wow this was so good. Like so good! I ordered the croissant with bacon eggs and avocado. The bread was crispy and delicious. The bacon was awesome, and I enjoyed how they cooked the eggs. I also ordered the lemon meringue tart. I toasted the meringue with my kitchen torch because I love it browned. The Filling was really good not super sour from the lemon. I’ll be ordering again for sure. My wife got a cinnamon roll and it looks amazing too! Mmmmm

Great place but they need to be open on Sunday. We don’t live in the 80’s anymore where people had weekends off. People still work sundays and rely on this. You say it’s to give your employees a day off??? So hire different people for the weekend then?!? There are plenty of unemployed people right now and to go food is needed at the moments
