I had a great experience! I wanted to go buy some Converse shoes. The girl who was working there, was very patient and kind to help me try on several different sizes to find the one that fit the best. I ended up purchasing and adorable pair of Converse shoes that had different colored roses all over them.

I made a quick stop to pick up some Chuck Taylors for a wedding last weekend. The guy working the counter was helpful and provided some information on how they are sized which made a difference in what I bought as I didnt have the people who were wearing the shoes with me. He was spot on and the shoes fit when we got them home. The store was clean and well organized. My only complaint was the inventory system online showed they had inventory on something I wanted and when I got there, they didnt actually have them. That is not the locations fault. I walked out happy.

Journey’s is the biz!!! Love their fashions, backpacks and other accessories but more than ANYTHING — I love their shoe selection!!! They have an really good selection of Converse and Uggs — I mean really good!!! Comparable prices, decent sales and offer military discounts. Employees are typically extremely helpful and always professional.

Bought Toms and wore them one time. Called the store to see if I could return them for something else. Was told that could not be done because they had been worn. I wore the shoes one time to church. How are you suppose to know if shoes are comfortable without wearing them? Never will Journeys get my money again.

Went with girlfriend to get shoes for a mothers day present. Staff was friendly at first but when we got to the counter they became extremely pushy about getting my girlfriends email address. The cashier must has asked at least 5 times for her email.

Laughed in my wifes face when they where not helping her. Asked for a receipt for the purchase and they called security.
