Great store, love the saltwater tank! Friendly and helpful staff as well. Decent selection of ELiquid(could do with a bit of expansion, but decent enough), and house juice is pretty good too.

Im usually a loyal and frequent customer who enjoyed giving my business to Chief Vapor.Bought a Hyde rechargeable (as I always have) before my shopping trip to Target and had returned 20-30 minutes later because it was burnt. Never had a problem with a Hyde before so I took it back. They told me ‘oh well’ so I had to spend even more money to get one working vape out of this experience. Not happy about that.

Bought two disposable Hyde’s for $50. Both are burnt. I’m aware of the return policy, and after reading reviews it looks like other customers were told to try the device in store. I was not told this, striking 2/2 stinks.

Got a disposable. And it was faulty right off the back. Policy stated test before leaving the store. Tested waited ten minutes for the coil to work as well. Wouldnt honor the policy for the return. And the blonde guy wearing the tank top was rude and cut us off and said. Look dude I just work here. Thats why you should stay away from disposals. employee was extremely rude. Worst chief vapor experience Ive ever had.

Sold me one with a burnt coil open and tried it in the store before I left and wouldnt exchange it. Ended up throwing the one I just bought and hadnt even left the store with right in the trash the employee handed me only asking for it to be exchanged not even a refund. Could of did it just to be good business.Wasted 20 dollars. Would of kept going back but now I will take my money elsewhere.

This use to be my go to shop. Flavors like Jupiter and Ghost town are my favorite, but the customer service has just been bad lately. The employees always seem like they are in a bad mood and are super rude the last few times I have gone. Employees at Vapor Source are always more friendly but I like Chiefs house juices a lot. Hopefully it will change. I don’t think I will be returning for sometime.

Been my go-to shop for a couple years now. Employees are genuinely pleasant and helpful. However, recent changes look like they will finally push me to online ordering. Constantly out of popular coils or juice. So frustrating to wait to buy local, make the trip, and then have the shop be out of stock. Additionally, the switch to pre-bottled juice due to FDA regulation changes has ended most of their discount and reward programs. Would prefer to stay local, but just cant keep making trips for no reason and ending up stuck.

This shop is absolutely outstanding. I live in Aurora but am down in the Springs with my partner almost every week. I always hold out to buy my juice and coils from this shop. Juice is amazing, staff is so friendly and helpful, and the selection of Mods is second to non. Definitely come here for everything you need!

This is not the first time I’ve gone to chief vapor and spent over $100 dollars on products that they claim are the best and not even a month later they break. I go in to see if they’ll either exchange or give me my money back and they tell me there’s nothing that they can do and we have to reach out to the manufacturer. This place is an absolute joke and I will never recommend or return. I work hard for my money and when I purchase things I expect them to work fully and if not then the place should be held responsible. DO NOT GO HERE!

Not a good experience today, have spent hundred of $ her the last few weeks, a week and a half almost 2 weeks, vape stopped working (wasn’t charging) had to buy a new one and they were so unhelpful of how to go about returning the broken one for a refund. Only giving a 3 because during said time of 100’s of dollars the ladies were cool.

Great place to shop, amazing prices and variety of vape supplies. Parking can be a little rough at peak hours. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and really puts other places to shame. One of their best features is a flavor menu. I frequent this business and will continue to do so.

I had never been in this shop before. I didnt even know they were there, despite being very close to my house. The clerk was super helpful and patient. She did an excellent job of explaining products and helping me choose what I wanted. I will absolutely be shopping here in the future.

They send me a text offering same day delivery. I go on with this far fetched false advertisement and buy about $50.00 worth of juice. Because I’m a couple miles outside of Colorado Springs they ship it USPS. So instead of “same day delivery”. I’m day 3 of just waiting to see if USPS has updated any part of tracking it. Still nothing. Coulda been delivered to me in 10 minutes same day. But no. Instead I’ll get my juice after the apocalypse.

Bought 2 brand new SMOK RPM 80 pros on Valentines weekend....one of the mods both coils were bad and it wasnt firing the first night we used it. Went back 2 days later and they did not have coils for sale to replace them, but told us to buy new coils. Ended up having to take a coil out of a mod for sale out of the sale counter...? Went back 3 days later to buy them because they were in stock. So the new coil fixed the problem. Today, I dropped my mod and bent the drip tip. Called them BEFORE I drove 8 miles to see if they had replacement pods, they said yes they did, 2 for $12. Drove there. The sales guys heard us wrong when we called and they dont have them, and wont have them for a month or so. So, the problem I have is WHY sell mods that you dont fully have parts for. Went online to write an email, but theres no email provided for contact.Very disappointed, very upset that I dont have a pod, very upset I drove all that way for no reason. Twice.

I have been coming here a while, getting a medical discount, but didnt get it today because ???? If I got it before why not now? Okay, I’ll go elsewhere that will stay loyal and give medical discount.

You guys decided youre delivering same day. I put in my order this morning and no one has delivered or called or emailed me or anything. Its now 7:42PM... im out $40 and vape juice. No one has answered the phones all day... can I get my juice, or a courtesy call or my money back, plz?

Helpful staff. Spacious store. Large selection. Juices smelled great. Cant wait to try the ones I bought. Took me a bit to find it cus my gps decided to not work so I recommend using whatever maps app you have to get there if youve never been there before. Other than that, great experience!!!

Stopped here because I knew the one by my house would be closed and needed a new coil plus some juice. I purchased a 3 pack of coils and the juice and left. In my car I changed my coil and to my surprise one of the coils was defective. (Literally wouldn’t fit my vape) but the other two would. I immediately went back in and the guy had to call his boss to ask what to do. The “boss” said you can sell her another coil for a discount. Really? So I’m suppose to spend more money? Poor customer service. Ended up not being able to use 2 of the 3 coils because they were “cut” wrong. Will never come here again. You shouldn’t either. (Considering the risk).

Best vape shop in the Springs! Tons of different juices and plenty of mods. The staff is very friendly! Ive seen a lot of different staff working there so sometimes the staff isnt as knowledgeable as they should be, but overall its always been a good experience for me.

Every time I go in they sell me the wrong coils, or the wrong bubbles. Ill buy a mod and a few months later they stop caring it, so I have to get everything new. I have tons of different parts that will not work on anything.

I’ve been a couple of times and everyone has been very helpful, pricing is ok if you’re in a pinch and not buying on line. Very knowledgeable about mods. BUT I’ve bought their organic juice twice and it’s bad. Today I tried the second one and it tasted like straight plastic! Threw eleven bucks in the trash. No juice there.

Got my order to be brought to my house. Just bugs me that my mom ordered today and got hers same day and I order yesterday at 1 PM and am only just now getting my order. Guess its better than nothing since they are new to this

They dont keep track of purchases through rewards. I was never emailed a receipt which is their only option. I just wanted to know when I purchased a pen so I can get with mfg about their warranty. Staff doesnt seem to be very helpful with me when I call(at one location) or in person at another location with nooverhead lighting and very little selection. So I just bit the bullet and went to a different vape shop and purchased the same product at a cheaper price. I made sure they give paper receipts which I prefer. I just gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly and nice at the time of purchase.

Good advice, see if the products last. Only gripe is they have no data breach security at their location(s). Great juice, price is a little high compared to other companies. The people used to be nice but the newer people are rude and don’t know anything about mods I had one of the new girls argue with me about what tank I have on my mod and told me I was wrong several times just to find out that I was right and she was grabbing the wrong coils. I am 18 and my girlfriend is 17(will be 18 very soon) in the same visit she also told he she had to leave even though she wasn’t buying anything she doesn’t even smoke. I explained to the girl that I was buying for me and she still told her to leave so if she isn’t welcome then I will be taking my business elsewhere. I used to come here for all my juice, coils and mods I am a regular customer spent about 100$ every month but I don’t feel welcome anymore.

Tried 4 flavors from here, they are all terrible. Awesome, tobacco, Shirley Temple, and some orange top flavor. I had to go back after buying the awesome and tobacco flavors because they tasted so bad, I exchanged them for Shirley Temple and an orange top or something like that. All 4 flavors were recommended by the people there. Awesome tasted like rancid food. Shirley Temple tastes like some sort of cough syrup soap. All four flavors were bad. Wont be going back here.
