This place is WONDERFUL! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. It seemed to be locally owned and I believe the woman who helped me was the owner. She. Was. Amazing!! Respectable, sweet and extremely patient with my 3 year old. She even let my daughter scan the dresses. Hospitality is not dead. Her prices were insanely reasonable. Im really glad I was able find what I needed and support this great establishment at the same time.

Springs Bridal was amazing! I decided to go forward with my wedding last year(2020) and figured that finding a dress during the pandemic was going to be difficult. Yet from the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and made to feel like I was still a beautiful, special bride, and that it was still going to be a magical day even with the current circumstances. The team made me feel wonderful, helping me every step of the way from finding the perfect dress, to adding a sparkly broach that gave it that little ‘pop’ that I wanted, to helping me pick out a veil, to picking out a matching face mask so that I could be safe and still feel pretty. Their attention to detail was wonderful. I am plus size (size 18) and other shops that I went to did not even have dresses that I could try on, instead telling me “imagine it in your size”… not what you want to hear. Springs Bridal was not like that at all, they had dresses that fit me. Things I could try on completely. THE dress I said yes too actually ended up fitting me perfect, the only alteration I ended up needing was for the length. Everyone in the shop was so sweet, not only to me but to my mother and grandmother as well. This was a very special three generation outing for me. I was so fortunate that they got to come with me to pick out a dress, even during the pandemic; I will remember this experience for the rest of my life.

My experience was amazing!!! She has so much patience! I’m so petite everywhere and like a size 2 but I have wide hips and I had a certain style in mind. I had gone to other places without much luck. Springs Bridal brought me dress after dress to try on and put together a whole little outfit for me that after a little alteration will fit perfectly! I love it!

I went in today, on a whim after a disappointing experience at the big chain retailer earlier in the day. All the staff at Springs Bridal were very warm and welcoming. I was treated so well and given individual attention. They really listened to what I was looking for and I walked out with my dream gown!I highly recommend going to Springs Bridal and supporting local business over the big chain stores. Their personalized service cant be beat!

My experience with Springs bridal was truly amazing! They took my budget very seriously and didnt show me any dresses that were above my budget unlike a lot of other wedding dress shops around town. They truly know all of their inventory like the back of their hand and adjusted the dresses pulled according to what I liked and disliked about each dress. It was a truly stress free, pressure free experience that I would recommend to anyone and everyone! And I found my one of kind perfect dress for way less than my maximum budget, who doesnt love saving money?!

Springs bridal did an amazing job when we went in to look for a dress. This was the first stop of many in a long day of dress shopping. The experience was so amazing by our last shop we called and asked if we could stop back in and try two of the dresses on again. I love this shop! I got the most beautiful wedding dress from here for a quarter of the cost, and it was brand new! She also has gentle used ones, which you cannot tell were ever used! The shop owner is so nice and helpful! She has made shopping for a wedding dress (even with covid) so much fun! The fittings were fast and easy too! I had THE best experience at Springs Bridal on Friday. I walked in just planning to kind of look and I left with my dream dress! Karina was my stylist and she made this experience absolutely wonderful! To start almost the entire store was within my budget!! What I was more impressed with was the attention Karina paid. I picked 3-4 dresses to try on. Each time I tried one on and pointed out likes/dislikes I felt heard. Every time I stepped out to show my mom and grandmother Karina would listen to our casual conversation, their concerns, details about what my wedding entails, what we thought my fiance would like (I think hes going to be quite surprised! 😉) then she would go grab another dress based off the conversation or accessories. As a 14/16 in formal wear Ive left many bridal shops & formal wear stores discouraged and in tears. So to have this experience go well & find my dream dress is amazing. Karina even gave me great suggestions on alterations for the dress which I will have implemented. It was all in all the best shopping experience Ive ever had and even though I dont live in the area I will forever recommend Springs bridal for any formal wear needs! Karina made me feel awkward. Wasn’t able to look at any she had to pick them out for me. When she was done picking out the dresses then it was over. It was suppose to be a fun experience but didn’t feel welcomed at all. She also never helped me put on the dresses and kept saying “I was to small” for any of the dresses.

I had the most amazing experience at Springs Bridal. Karina was my stylist and she is and was 10/10 fantastic. I absolutely loved her and I found my wedding dress! The staff is so patient, kind, and helpful. I flew from Philadelphia to go shopping here and they helped take videos so I could get opinions from friends and family back home. They were down to earth and gave me so many great tips. I even bought my veil here. For me they had a great selection of dresses and accessories. My mom plans to go back to search for her Mother of the Bride dress! I would recommend them to anyone getting married, you never know what you could find. I love that my dress will get a second life instead of hanging in someone’s closet. And finally, anyone who gave a bad review, I guarantee the problem was them and not the shop. I had a better experience here than I did at other bridal shops (e.g. David’s Bridal) or other expensive boutiques. Please give them a try!

I cannot thank Katy enough for how much she helped me! I have no family here so I had to make the trip alone to find the perfect wedding dress and Katy was by my side the entire time helping me pick and choose which dresses to try on. I never once felt pressured to try on something I didnt like. She was so understanding and fun to work with! I wasnt sure if Id find something but I ended up going home with a dress I adore!! Springs Bridal is a gem hidden in Colorado Springs. As the only consignment bridal store in the area, I wasnt sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful dresses, and most importantly, amazing staff. I walked in without an appointment (not recommended), but they were extremely accommodating and squeezed me in. They helped me find dresses that suited my style and helped me in and out of each dress. I found two dresses that were both gorgeous and affordable. Highly recommend!

We went in without an appointment after unsuccessfully visiting another bridal shop. We were quickly welcomed and trying on dresses within minutes. Both of the women in the shop were so helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter-in -law-to-be found her dream dress at a very reasonable price!

Although I didnt end up getting my dress here, Springs Bridal was THE best place I went to look (including stores in Denver). They have so many gorgeous high-end gowns at very affordable prices (were talking under $500), and I think I had the most fun trying on dresses here.The shop is extremely clean and well-organized. They also have a wide selection of prom/homecoming dresses, some bridesmaid dresses, and even flower girl dresses. You get to look through all the gowns, and they help you hunt down ones that you might like, too. The consultant will help you into all of your dresses so that you dont damage the gown, so it could be a bit shocking if youre super modest.The girl who helped me was kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgable. Shed been doing her job for a while, and she knew all about gown fit, styles of bustles, alterations, etc. I also met the owner, and she was great. They gave me their opinions and took lots of pictures for me to send to out-of-town friends.I found two beautiful dresses that I liked here, but ultimately neither ended up being THE dress. Still, I would recommend Springs Bridal to ANYONE looking for a wedding dress on a budget.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The dresses are clean, if you want help they will help you if you need some time to do your own thing they give you that time. The selection is amazing. All of the dresses are beautiful. They are kept in good condition. The girl that helped me was amazing and the owner of the store helped me and made me feel so comfortable. The alterations lady is amazing too. She was there when I was trying on dresses and gave me ideas and told me different ways for the dresses to fit better. I found my dress and veil and bought them that day. The alterations was amazing. I knew what was going on and was never in the dark. They were done perfectly and made me look amazing. Im getting my dress cleaned and then Im going to reconsign it! Springs Bridal helped my day be perfect and amazing. I had my dream wedding and a huge thank-you is due to the staff. Thank-you all for not being pushy and getting me into the dress of my dreams for my price range! 💜

I had trouble with a previous alteration place for my dress and walked in here full of nerves on the verge of tears. The woman who helped me was amazing. She had nothing but kind words, reassured me that the previous alterer was way off when she said the dress was too small, and that with a few nips my wedding dress would be ready for my wedding day. I also purchased my veil from here and was very happy with it.This place saved my wedding day. I am forever grateful to the kind women who helped me out and made my wedding day possible!

I was trying on wedding dresses and getting a fitting for the first time and they were so helpful. They helped me find my suze, knew what dress shape would flatter my body, and made me feel beautiful and excited for my future wedding. They can accommodate any budget or style, and they really care about finding you the perfect dress. I may not have been ready to purchase, but they got me So much closer.

Horrible place! Walked in and the lady acted as if I was an inconvenience and told me the sizes and left me on my own! As a bride to be I expect service to actually HELP ME find a dress! This is my first time looking for a gown and I was not helped AT ALL here! As I was walking out I said “thank you” and she said nothing and gave a half smile as she was all about helping someone else who walked in AFTER me! My wedding is going to be in August. And, I should mention its a wedding on a budget! I made an appointment with both Springs Bridal and Davids Bridal. I went to my Springs Bridal appointment first. They are a smaller-size store (almost like a cute little boutique), and all the women who worked there were so so so nice. The lady who helped me personally was so sweet and she seemed to really know what she was talking about, as far as wedding gowns. We picked out 2 dresses to try on first, and they were just GORGEOUS dresses, all for under 400 bucks! I was in love with one dress, but the saleslady said we should try on a Cinderella type of dress that she thought I would look good in. I had never thought Id want a big ballgown princess dress, but when I tried it on, I fell head over heels for it! And the dress was under 400 dollars, and I didnt need a huge amount of alterations either (good to mention here that they have a seamstress in store, and she offers stupendous prices!!). A similar princess dress at Davids Bridal sold for around 1500 bucks! Im not about that life!! I had found the dress of my dreams for so much less! Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment at Davids Bridal!Additionally, they also had a variety of veils on sale in the store, the ones I saw ranged around at 100 bucks. I bought my mantilla veil (which normally costs a loooott more than the price I paid), and I couldnt be happier! I knew I wanted a mantilla veil since the first time I saw a picture of it on Pinterest, and I was so lucky they had one left at the store, for 80 dollars!All in all, my purchase of my dress and veil and alterations to be done is going to value about 500 dollars. What a steal! I am absolutely in love with my dress and I couldnt have had a better bridal session with the ladies at Springs Bridal! I highly recommend this place for all brides who dont want to spend a fortune on their wedding!! They sell a variety of other types of dresses too (Prom, evening gowns, etc), plus they offer military discounts for all our service members! Couldnt say more positive things about this place, Beautiful gowns, veils, accessories...and the salespeople were patient, nice, and did not pressure you into anything! I loved it!!!!

I had a bad experience here.. this was the first bridal store I went to and I found a dress I liked. I wish I had been able to wait and think about it because I had to leave to work (and wished I could have shown family pictures because my family and wedding party are out of state) but ended up feeling very pressured because the store said they wouldnt hold the dress even for a day and that it could be gone when I get back. I bought the dress, came home, and found a HUGE rip down the front of the dress that I hadnt seen when trying it on in the store and nobody had pointed out at all. I e-mailed the store and told them what happened and they did not even care that there was a rip in it and would not refund my money at all. I didnt want this dress anymore and didnt want to have to figure out how to fix a large rip in tulle and it was just a terrible experience! :(

I usually cringe at the thought of consignment shops, especially bridal. Let me guess, youre picturing big puffy 80s sleeves right? Wrong. I have been to EVERY. SINGLE. bridal shop in Denver AND springs. I tried on over 100 dresses and was so frustrated because the staff wasnt listening to me. I walked into springs bridal figured what the heck might as well exhaust every option I told them my vision dropped waist, ballgown, lace and satin on top, strapless, long train. The second gown she pulled was the one, because someone was finally listening to me!! A gorgeous maggie sottero, corset back, lacey long train, satin bodice, dropped waist dream. Best part? Under HALF the cost of retail. THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES my day will be perfect now!
