Every time I stop by Jacq is working, she’s so helpful and answered all my questions! She suggested some stuff and Hubby loved both items I bought! She’s great! Super sweet every time we come in too

At first glance this place looks a little shady. Still my girlfriend and I needed to grab a couple of things for fun you know. Cameron was the associate on duty. Man this guy had my girlfriend and I laughing and cracking up. Answered a few detailed questions about product. Cameron was very knowledgeable about the product on hand. Very large selection of high quality products. Reasonably priced for an adult store. 4 star due to parking lot.

This location is alot better then the other one by far! Jacq is so bubbly and friendly, she is so knowledgeable about the products and ive never had any issues with anything shes sold me. She listens to my concerns and recommends things accordingly. Ill be shopping here again!

Walked in ten minutes before close for a three minute shop and she told me they were closed on 10.15.2021. Never coming back.

Not happy at all! I went in for intimate appeal. I am big busted and when I spoke to the girl she assured me it would fit because its one size fits all. When I got home the bra portion would not fit at all! I called the store and the guy I spoke to said there was nothing he could do for me. I said so Im out $32.00 he said yes, sorry. I will not be back.

Customer service was on point. Went in for a little gift for the wife and was greeted by a kind open minded woman who helped me make an educated decision. Will be going back with my wife to look at the massive selection some time in the near future.

Went in for some toys today. There was a decent selection to choose from. Although they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, I was able to find satisfying alternatives. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would visit again

New staff, adding new things everyday. Giving it a chance isnt bad, added new stores so theres variety. Love this store!

It was very nice to meet new people and help them further their education in this field, but it was not a pleasure working under the management in Denver. I gave my all to this company and in the end they would not help in circumstances that had arose and needed to be addressed. If you would like not to be heard or appreciated for our hard work and dedication to a company work here.

If I could I would give them zero stars my man and I walked into their store well-dressed looking for items. We were told that I had to check my coach bag at the desk or leave it in my car. How about no Im an adult i have money, I do not need to steal . Im not going to leave my expensive bag on your counter with your sketchy employee behind the counter. She asked me this loudly ...awesome so that if I did take my bag to the car the other customers could go out and get it once I renter the store... No thanks. I will take my money elsewhere . horrible customer service.

I DEFINITELY will not be coming back. After spending about $200 in the store I realized that one of the DVDs was over priced for what was advertised. I didnt even leave the parking lot and came back in to let me know they charged me the wrong price. She told me that the price was not wrong even after I showed them where the dvd was on the sign. She said the DVDs were mixed up but they didnt do cash refund so the only thing she can do is store credit. Its not my fault that their stuff was not in order. I was going to bring my husband here to get more things but that will not be happening!

Was there just earlier to make a return. I didnt even use the product but was treated like a diseased animal...literally (the cashier washed her hands right in front of me) and sent away with a coupon after confirming the return with a manager. Definitely wasnt my fault the product wasnt tested before sale :/ Ive never had to write a bad review in my life.

So every time I go here there is a sign on the door says shift change they cant keep the store open for this? Also My wife was hearing buying stuff they told her we are about to do a shift change and kicked her out seriously they must not like money.

This is a really great store, not sure way all the bad reviews cause the service is friendly and prices are great!

For starters if I could give this store zero stars I would upon arriving to the store the girl that was working tonight wasnt even in the store she hurried across back from the vape shop that is there she didnt card us which most shops do. She looked very unprofessional she looked as if she was on something with a hickey on her neck as well another person I was with knew her and her ex and specifically asked her not to say anything to her because they are no longer together the girl said I got you. We finished our shopping and left well not even ten mins later my friend received a text from her ex starting drama I find it very unprofessional for an employee of your company would go and start problems like that for someone who is a customer. I will never refer someone to yalls store like I said very unprofessional if my review gets deleted I will just repost so people know what type of people you have working for your company. I went in at 12:40 & have the receipt to prove it. I just needed to grab a couple of things..As soon as i walked in the door and the girl working(who was standing there talking to some guy) informed me that in 4 mins her drawer was gonna close and that she wouldnt be able to do anymore transactions. Why advertise as being open until 1am? Just curious..
