We are just beginning Lapidary and wire wrapping, so drove from Pueblo to Silver Sparrow Beads. I cant remember her name, but the store worker was so nice. Patient with all our questions and the store gives a Lapidary seller discount. We came to buy wire, and left with more than just wire!

Me and my best friend had an amazing experience here. The lady that helped us was so sweet and helpful, I believe her name was Kate or Katie. She answered any questions we had about supplies and jewelry making and even helped us make our jewelry! We were so grateful and we will definitely be coming back whenever we’re in Colorado Springs.

This is one of my favorite bead shops, they have the biggest selection of gemstone beads! And they have really neat trinkets and one of a kind adornments for jewelry. The owner and everyone who works there is always so kind and accommodating. And it’s a women owned business, which I do love to support. I’ve found some really rare and unique gemstone beads here and really enjoy the vibe while shopping.

I LOVE this store! The selection is amazing the people who work there are knowledgable and helpful. This store is heaven every time I go there. There’s always some new treasure to find, and I can spend hours getting lost looking at all the pretty things. The prices are decent, but the rewards and discounts make pricing really good.

Laura (or Lauren, I forget) is absolutely wonderful and honestly the only reason why Im giving this store 3 stars instead of 1 star. She was kind, professional, and informative.Im a business owner. I have been for over a year now. I have my correct licensing to be able to recieve discounts from stores that offer them to people like me. Unfortunately, I didnt have my information on my person; however, Laura said that she believed me and that she had no problem giving me the discount. I was super thankful and was honestly okay with paying full price if it came down to it.Heres where my issue starts:Whoever was working along side her July 26th, was incredibly rude. She made a huge deal about me not having my paperwork. She belittled me and insinuated that I was a liar to her coworker. During my checkout process, I felt embarrassed because she was ranting about me in front of other guests.I feel like that entire discourse should not have been discussed in front of me. She was saying things like people lie and shes not even local. This was right after I was telling Laura my husband and I plan on moving to the area and we were checking out the local shops to meet people. That part of our interaction disappointed and discouraged me the most.Unfortunately, after that, I wont be back. The ONLY reason why Im not giving this store 1 star is because the first woman I was interacting with was super kind and the beads are beautiful.

The most amazing bead store in the Springs. The selection is fantastic and very unique, and the owner is such a sweetheart. She opened her doors for me in the middle of the covid pandemic so I could stock up on some necessities.

If youre in the area and like beads, dont pass by without stopping in! This place is amazing!! Hands down my favorite bead shop in Colorado. There are a few I like in Denver, but we specifically make the drive down to Colorado Springs to go to this shop when I get the urge to get some new beads! They have a lot of unique tribal looking beads, real gemstone chunky fun beads.. and even though I make my own jewelry, sometimes I find something pre-made there that I just need to buy for myself anyway! They have a rewards program too -which I wish I would have known about and signed up for sooner, so keep that in mind if you go in and dont forget to sign up for that while youre checking out. I keep kicking myself for how many points I could have had had I known sooner!

There was a lady.in the store that asked if she could help us and we said not at the moment we were looking so she proceeded to follow my daughter around the store. My daughter is Native American and had bright red hair because she is a barber and hairstylist. My daughter didnt want to cause a scene so we left. She had never stolen a thing ever she likes to make jewelry and wanted to check out your store.

The owner is one of the most sweetest people I have ever known. Helpful and patient. I dont know much about beading so she has help me make custom pieces, including beading my wedding veil.

First bead shop I go to when I want to start a new project, add to an existing one, and when I need new inspiration. Her selection is excellent, a lot of natural stones and great clasps selection. I always bring visiting girlfriends from out of state to this shop, and they have a great time. The employees are always cheerful and helpful.

Unique, quality beads and friendly staff. Can be higher priced than other places for some of the common things, but they also have beads, charms and findings I havent seen elsewhere.

Cashier forgot to give me my beads. I think she was distracted. So had to go all the way back to retrieve them and found out that i was over charged for them on my card and had to go back a 3rd time to get it corrected.

Its packed full of beading materials. A little unorganized to me, but it makes you look around a little more. Im a stickler on stone qualities. I would like to know what grade stones i am purchasing and country of origin.

Stopped during vacation. Wonderful store with many project ideals.
