Best bagels in town. But my first love is the downtown Einstein bagels run by Amy and her great staff. It was great seeing you Ali. I do consider all staff members great people.

Yesterday, Saturday October 9, 2020 @ 11:45am, I proceeded to the reference store to order a coffee. I entered the store and I said “hello” to the employee present. He did not answer back and proceeded to attend a lady behind me.I surprised, looked firmly at him to see if by any chance he did not saw me. He looked me in the eye, turn his head towards the lady behind me and proceeded to attend her with her order. And completely ignored and disregard my presence in the store. Not even asked if I needed something. (Me and the lady were the only customers present inside the store).I Immediately took a picture and I have it for my records. I felt very uncomfortable and left the store. The reason is we must put an end to this intolerance environment. I am not sure what kind of policies you have in place to offer a kind, friendly, equality safe environment to all customers and is certainly not what I experienced.Regards,Migdalia

To commercial.. they didnt make the lox, there lox bagels, an all time favorite, carbohydrates, salmon and cheese.. a little longer the father the son and the holy ghost

This store was an absolute disaster. I waited over 20 minutes to get a blueberry bagel with cream cheese only to leave empty handed because they couldn’t figure out their orders and I was late to my appointment due to waiting so long. Multiple people had their orders messed up if they were more patient than me to keep waiting. The manager was a middle-aged lady who was yelling at her entire team and she should be fired immediately. She doesn’t know how to run a restaurant or lead a team. She was an absolute disgrace including treating a new team member like trash. I cannot stand people who don’t treat others well on top of being incompetent in a business. What a horrible experience.

Ive ordered the brunch box 3 times. want to know how many times ive actually gotten the box and not just the bagel??? 1 time... hire some people that can learn how to pay attention to orders. wont recommend or be back.

I gave them 1 star because of very poor customer service by the tall blond guy (I think he is the manager, which makes it worse). I asked to get a new bagel because the one I was given was very brown and overcooked. I asked the tall blond guy for a one that was less brown. He was very rude and said they were all the same (not true). His overall attitude was very not personable. He did however get me another bagel and that bagel was fine. He made a comment to me about how he now had to throw away the bagel because I took it out of the bag to show him. Either way, he would have tossed the bagel, so his rude comment was unnecessary. The bagel was very good, but the customer service not so much.

Wow. Thats all Ive gotta say. This place is so awesome and there is such nice people. There is so many different options to choose from. The picture is the egg and cheese on a jalapeño bacon bagel and it was delicious.

Very good place! We took Brunch box for two. I like that bagels split for two parts and we could taste each bagel. Good coffee, but almond milk was very sweet for me. I prefer non-sweetened milk. And also affordable prices.

I have a medical exemption letter from my doctor along with the EO from Polis but was shooed out the door. While waiting in line I figured Id be ok since the person at the register had his mask below his nose. Usually when employees do not wear a mask correctly there isnt a problem. I had been in line behind 2 people but it wasnt until I was ready to order I was asked to go outside and order. I just left.

Another disappointing experience. As if it wasnt bad enough they had no decaf with no reasoning other than theyve been out of for weeks. I was so disgusted I left but returned out of hunger an hour later. Four kids got to door before me and placed their exotic sandwich orders. I just wanted 1 bagel with a shmear. Youd think the tall blond employee wouldve used common sense and made my simple single order first and fast and sent me on my way but noooo....he made me stand there 20 minutes while he made the whole groups order then made mine. I told him he shouldve made mine first but bcuz I told him I had food allergies he sd he didnt want to cross contaminate.....ALL THE MORE YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE MINE FIRST! These kids dont have a speck of common sense.

Do yourself a big favor and go to another einstein bagels if you can. This blonde guy with pigtails working here is the rudest person ever. No clue how he still has a job. Read out our order, only reading my gfs part of the order and our side of hashbrowns. Never read out my order of a bagel and cream cheese. So we thought it was missing from the order. Well he proceeded to take the bag back and slammed it down on the table in the cook area. Never attempting to fix it or anything...just letting the bag sit while he did other orders. Another man eventually helped us. And Turns out the bagel was in there the WHOLE time after all. Why did he just not read the ticket? And Of course it was all ice cold by the time we got everything figured out. Terrible customer service.

Delicious food and great customer service

I came in yesterday 3/15/2020, late morning about 11 am, just moved to this side of town.Always eat at an Einstein Brothers Bagels. Not any more.The young lady and young man that were “supposedly running the store” have absolutely no customer skills at all. I stood at the counter for about 8-9 minutes waiting to be created/acknowledged.No lines, 3 customers in store already eating.Both employees looked at me but never even acknowledged me at all.I was still polite. So I finally left, upset and went to Starbucks right in the parking lot,they were slammed and still treated me and was taken care of. Being in customer service should not go unnoticed by the franchise owner. If I could leave no stars I would.

Coffee is good but not outrageously good and most certainly not better than other more popular coffee shops. They do have a good selection of fresh bagels and a bunch of options as far as toppings though. Your also gonna spend your allotment of lunch money on a bagel with smear and a large coffee. Maybe they cater well...

Just the best ever. Always fresh food. Always fast, friendly service. I love their egg sandwiches, ALL of them. I love that if you bring your own mug in, they offer refill pricing for coffee. I love that they are environmentally friendly and prefer you to show them the coupons they email you on your phone instead of printing. Their blueberry muffins are fluffy and tender and lovely. They have a wide selection of juices and yogurt parfaits in addition to their specialty bagel and coffee menu, and there will always be delectable sweet pastries to tempt you on your way to order. Their lunch sandwiches are amazing and come with some of the best potato salad Ive ever gotten at a restaurant. And dont forget to pick up a doggy bagel for your four-legged pal!

I come here very very often, In fact when I come through the door they immediately start my order because they know what I like. Sure every now and then a bagel is slightly burnt when they get a new person, but the food is amazing and the staff is even better. I love this place and I’m probably going to go later today. I only wish they were open longer since I get off of school past closing. I love Aaron who always knows my name, order, and phone number. I love Miguel who always greets me on the way in. And the manager has treated me with beyond kindness, once I was a few dollars short and he said don’t worry about it and let me eat anyways! (Later I came back and gave him the rest that I didn’t have at first) This place is amazing.

First of all, I come in every weekend looking like a swamp demon. These poor people. I roll out of bed, brush my teeth and show up basically in my pajamas. They are so kind. They never make me feel like I should have just stayed under my bridge, hiding shamefully from the public. Aaron, Haitham and the manager looking dude (sorry I havent caught your name yet, sir) are so nice but not too nice. Like..I cant handle too much nice first thing in the morning on a weekend. The service is always fast and of course the food is always delicious! Best bagels in town.

Love the bagels. Never know there prices for one bagel all of them are different prices. And the haste of asking the cashier isn’t the best experience. Cashiers seem tired always and I can see they get busy only one person working on each thing non stop. Happy employees happy customers. He just seemed like he wanted a break and I was more work.

I’ve been to the Einstein’s on Woodmen a lot and I love it. But this location has a more homey, cozier vibe to it. It’s the location some might go to drink their coffee and read the morning paper. The food came out incredibly fast, and the ladies helping me were wonderful.

Quality food, good selection of coffee, friendly employees. Altogether a very positive experience.

We usually go to the location across town, but I decided to try this one out today. They got every aspect of my order wrong, and the girl who made the order acted like I was the most trying customer just for asking her to give me what I ordered. I ordered a bagel sandwich combo with potato salad. She originally tried to give me only the sandwich without either of the sides. When I mentioned that it was a meal and I ordered the potato salad, she just turned around without saying a word, threw it in a bag with the sandwich and handed it back to me. I checked the bag for the pickle that should’ve been included and it was missing. I told her that there should be a pickle as well. She responded by rolling her eyes, turning her back to me while packing up the pickle, and silently handed me the pickle and walked away without another word. I’ve just gotten in the car and checked the order again. I asked for no tomato, but it is on the sandwich (not a huge deal as I’ll just pull it off, but annoying). I won’t be returning to this location.

My wife and I love this Einsteins! We went in there for breakfast together this morning. My wife doesnt usually order breakfast to the dismay of the staff they now had to make a pepperoni pizza bagel at 8 am. Long story short they forgot the pepperoni and the pickle was squeezed! But she still happily ate both and declared it the best dam pizza bagel in town!

Great service from the employees, some bagels are very delicious and some... not quite so much. Always had a good experience with a basic bagel meal though!

I stop by here frequently. They are fast and their bagels are good. All their bagels besides ones with toppings that have milk/cheese are vegan Im pretty sure (if not... ooops!) and they have peanut butter you can get instead of cream cheese. Their winter blend coffee is especially delicious - try it black, it really doesnt even need sugar its so flavorful.

Culture of service needs some work here. Felt pretty disappointed with the folks here today.

This location is across from my work. I used to stop in on mondays and do the bakers dozen for everyone, but its now a rewards program? I dont need another app on my phone. I would like to request the chocolate truffle bagels back as well. I was told to go to powers and get them. Im not driving 25 miles for a bagel.

I come in here not every day but a few times a week, their coffee and chai tea is better than Starbucks as is their selection and quality of food. There is a great team of humans working here, and I always enjoy their kind and genuine attitudes, and hard work.Make sure to take note of the small steel cylinder near the cash register, its a great place to cram handfulls of well deserved cash into.

I have enjoyed Einstein Bagels for years and have been to a number of different locations. This one has been my least favorite. I ordered a Tasty Turkey sandwhich with no tomato on a Everything bagel. The bagel seemed smaller than usual. The potato salad cup was only half full. The sandwich itself only had two thin slices of meat in it. It had some lettuce and cucumber, but tasted like a bagel with cream cheese on it. Very disappointing. Will not be coming back.

I love Einstein bagels. But the service when we went was pretty lacking. A large amount of the bagels were out and other bagel spreads were out too. The front counter seemed like they were having a bad day and it was VERY LOUD INSIDE. The tables seemed littered with some crumbs. I left a 3 star because i have empathy that it was prolly just an overbooked day with hardly anyone there.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Sometimes they run out of certain types of bagels. A sales person suggested I call in advance and then when I get there the ones I want are waiting for me.

Visit this place often. The staff is always friendly but today not so sure about that. Ordered my usual bagel and coffee and had a seat. My bagel was served by a friendly staff member but as I sat there sipping my coffee the staff members began to belittle and criticize another staff member very loudly. It was very unprofessional and almost childish. I looked around the room and became very aware other customers could feel the negativity. I became very uncomfortable and left. Besides that the bagel was good.

Newly remodeled to combine Caribou Coffee with Einsteins. The staff is great, and somehow remembered my name even though I only come in once a week. The only downside is that it is sort of hidden from the street.

Very fast. I got the chorizo breakfast bagel and found it to be super. Really nice people. Very clean and fresh ambiance.

We are big fans of Einsteins. So its no surprise this one was exceptional. Super friendly staff and fresh bagels and coffee.

Just because you smile and are professional doesnt mean you can throw garbage into my bag and call it good. I shouldnt have to be checking my bag before I go home to see that not only do you skimp on the ingredients, but charge a premium for bagels and spread. If this was the first time or rarely happened I wouldnt even leave a review. But when its been a more than once problem you get the review and lost customers. Id rather now travel further for a better product than go back to you. I pay +$10 every time I go, usually involving a bagel with avocado spread and a bagel with eggs, avocado etc. You skimp on the ingredients (heavily) and dont even follow directions with what I asked. IE. TOAST my bagels please. I pay for the service, so give me the service I pay for from start to finish.

Good bagels for a chain bagel store. The jalapeno cheddar are really good, as is the jalapeno salsa schmear. Im from new England where they take bagels really seriously, thats the only reason Im not giving them five stars.

I love the bagel dogs but they dont seem to sell the onion ones anymore. I would say I loved it but the Caribou Coffee that is in with them now is disgusting.

Went in at opening, cashier was overly rude, and couldnt answer simple questions about the food/smoothie, eggshell bits in my eggs, and bagel wasnt cooked as I has requested. They had been open for maybe half an hour, and werent busy. Couldnt believe so many things could go wrong in such a short time.

Worst staff ever. The woman who helped me couldnt be bothered to be asked questions. Was unhelpful and clearly didnt want to be there.

First time visiting here and I could say the atmosphere could be better. I felt like I received my order in a timely manner. I ordered the bacon and cheddar egg bagel with the jalepwho cheddar bagel which is good because it has real cheddar cheese and not those American Slices which is an abomination to all that is cheese. Compared to the breakfast bagel to Dukin Doughnuts, I would say if you want a breakfast bagel, Einstien Bagels is a place to go to get bagels. Caribou Coffee, I didnt like it, tho better than Starbucks. But I wouldnt buy coffee here again. You are better off going to Kangaroo Coffee as I believe that Coffee is worth the price. But overall for a breakfast bagel, I quite like my visit here today. If Einstein teamed up with Kanagroo Coffee and had the spunk and spirit and atmosphere of lets say Chic-fil-a customer service then Einstein will definitely be a go to for all your breakfast needs.
