Tj Auto did a Great job on my engine replacement! The worked with my insurance and made it as easy as possible for me. When the replacement was finished they noticed my transmission was also acting up. They reached out to my insurance informed them of the additional damage and sent it to the Transmission Clinic where they replaced my transmission under the same insurance claim! Both companies did a great job on the install and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for the great service!

16 Rover had a fuel pump go out and again the dealership was twice the amount to fix. TJ Auto and his staff has me taken care of along with sone brakes and maintenance and I was still $1500 less than just one of these getting completed at the dealership. These guys have been great over the years, because of them I will buy another Rover in the future but no thanks to any dealers on the area. The dealerships should give this company koodos for keeping Rovers alive and well. Thanks again

I am from Oklahoma and my alternator broke down in the Springs, and I went to TJ Auto and they fixed my car in a timely manner and drove me to Panera Bread to wait while my car was being worked on. I took my 16 Range Rover to the dealer and explained the ride was terrible. They offered to fix it for approximately $5,500 and said it was the air suspension that was the issue. I waited 4 months before I came across TJs info again. I took it there a day later he said it was the shocks, he changed them for 1/4 of the cost, was more professional, and explained the issues, and was on time with his service and completion of the install. Amazing, I now have a 2020 ride thanks to TJ Auto and their staff. I had them do some minor work in the past and it has always been perfect, so glad I waited to find them again. I had been going to TJs auto repair for over 4 years and i always thought Tim to be a friend, but real recently i bought a car from one of Tims Employees and purchased the vehicle and with in under w eek the car had multipule problems, from oil leaks to actually needing a whole new motor, when i brought to Tims attention only because Tim actually owned this landrover as a loner car in previouse months and he basically said he wasnt responsible and that he didnt care that I had been decieved by one his employees and of course Tim himself. I would be real careful on how you look at Tjs auto repair, it may not be what you think.

TJ Auto took great care of our van. We were told we needed repairs and asked TJ to do these repairs. Instead, they told us they could not find that we needed these repairs. In fact, after a 30 point inspection that told us we only needed a third brake light bulb to have a safe and reliably functioning vehicle. TJs Auto is a great shop. I brought my car in for them to diagnose a weird warning that would periodically pop up... Drive Train Malfunction on my BMW, and they found the issue very quickly and offered a solution. They also explained how it effects my car in the long run and didnt push me to purchase extremely expensive replacement parts that werent necessary. The best part was they the turn around rate was incredibly fast!

All of the staff was super friendly and the service was speedy. They called to ask about replacing the air filter, which they had in stock. They also informed me of a minor issue that they will keep on eye on. Overall, very satisfied!

I have had two recent experiences with Tim from TJ Auto. First my heater and air conditioner motor completely stopped working at the end of summer. I brought my van in one day and Tim the owner from TJ Auto took a look at it personally which was amazing. He was able to find the issue in 10 minutes and had me out of there within the hour. My second experience was a roadside emergency where I could not gain access to my spare tire under my van after getting a flat tire. My back doors were jammed shut and thats how you lower the spare tire in an access behind the door. He came out personally that night at like 8 p.m. and had my back doors undone in 5 minutes and fixed the jam for good. I was also able to spend some time getting to know the office staff and his mechanics which are all ASE certified. He has a great team over there and I would highly recommend you bring your vehicles to TJ Auto.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. We experienced car issues while vacationing in CO Springs area. TJ got us in right away and went above and beyond to not only get our vehicle back in good working order, but to also show concern for our family and vacation experience. If I lived in the Springs, TJ Auto would be my go to place from now on. They are honest, hard working, excellent at what they do and seek to do what is best for you as the customer--meaning, they dont overcharge and they dont do things that arent needed and they are honest and careful to explain what is needed and the options you have as a car owner. Tim and the rest of the crew at TJ Auto went above and beyond! I just purchased a Land Rover LR4. These amazing vehicles are also amazingly tricky to work on. Tim is a MasterTech on Land Rovers and the work that needed to be done was to prepare it for our baby on the way. The cost I was quoted from the dealership was what I feared, the price I paid at TJ Auto was way way way less. That’s great but here’s the best part. I had an appointment I had to get to and they gave me a loaner for an hour and stayed late for me to pick it up. As was said up at the counter, “We are here to take care of you, not to take your money” that really rang true. Thank you TJ Auto, you made a repeat customer out of us!

We are really hard on our vehicles and live in the country so our vehicles get a lot of use and wear. We took 2 of our 3 vehicles in and they gave us the break down of what was wrong along with their recommendations. We were able to pick what needed to get fixed immediately and what we could wait on so we could stick close to our budget.We will definitely be using TJ Auto for our future automotive needs.

Awesome place to take your vehicle if needing pair. Everyone is super friendly and always has a smile on their face. They really care about helping you and making sure that your vehicle gets fixed and does not continue to have a repeat issue. Tim the owner is a great guy. He will go out of his way to understand your issues and make sure that the problem is addressed. I brought my car in for a suspected head gasket issue. They inspected everything to make sure that was the issue before just doing the work. And before they did any work on my car they let me know what they found and how much it was going to cost and about how long it would take. Great customer service. In the day and age that we live in that is hard to find. Also while my car was being put back together another issue was found. Tim called me right away and asked if I wanted him fix that as well. Once the car was done they also went back through to make sure that everything was 100% before telling me the car was ready to go. Another great thing is that all the work that is done was covered for 2 years or 24,000 miles, which makes me feel at ease knowing that for some reason this problem were to come up again I know it will be covered.So if you want to have your car fix right the first time and not just put money in it and hope it fixes the problem, than take it to TJ Auto. I will never take my car anyplace else to get the work done I am in need of.Again I cant thank Tim and his crew enough for everything they have done for me. Job Well Done!!!!

I had my car towed to TJ autos and diagnosed the total in repairs was 692.67. I did not have the finances to cover the cost for the repair. I left the car in there parking lot for a total of 3 weeks! Not once did they pressure me or add any lot fees for leaving my car there. I was in constant communication with Doug and he was very Kind and understanding of my financial situation.
