The Best! Period!!I never leave reviews but felt I should simply to pay it forward. I was in a bind. In the middle of a road trip back to California. Leaving Denver I started hearing a knocking noise under my car and was contemplating driving home to CA before getting it checked out. Thank god I didn’t. After calling a handful of places it was Mark that answered my call with care so I decided to go with them. I am so happy I did. After just an hour they showed me the issue that could have turned ugly if I didnt take it to a shop. The technician (Stock) was invested in taking great care of me and took care of the issue. The whole vibe was awesome. These total strangers turned into guys I will always remember. And after 2 hrs I was back on the road again at a VERY reasonable cost. Im now in AZ and all is well. No noise. No issue. HUGE thank you to the guys at Auto Integrity…I truly appreciate you.

Have never been charged, offered or pressured to do work that was “extra.” They are honest, bottom line. I took my truck here for the first time in March 2021 for a general 5,000-mile service. The service was under 1 hour and I felt the staff was genuinely honest with me about the needs of my vehicle. They conducted a full inspection, changed my oil, and rotated my tires. I enjoyed my time waiting and chatting with other staff members. It made the wait time go by quickly in their very inviting atmosphere. I will be a regular customer with Integrity moving forward thanks to the staff!

While I understand this business was swamped with many other customers at the time, I still feel the communication could have been far better. With little exception I was never called back with status updates and had to follow-up repeatedly to track my vehicle’s repair.

Havent had any work done yet on my truck but when I do Im coming here. I spoke with Mark and he was very friendly. He gave me an estimate over the phone. I called around for other estimates but all they would tell me was that I needed to make an appointment and have one of their technicians look at my vehicle. Another shop that I called, which I will review on their page, took my info and never called me back.

I’ve used integrity before for oil changes and they’ve always done a wonderful job. When my moon roof needed repair, they did not charge me any unnecessary charges ie. diagnostic ( other places required)as was not a motor issue. Very honest and trustworthy shop! While driving from Kansas City to Colorado Springs my check engine light came on with a warning that the engine was overheating. We showed up to Integrity Auto Care the minute they opened the next morning. Without an appointment they got us right in because they knew we had a limited time in Colorado Springs. My wife and I were in town for a three day weekend and Dave, Jenn, and the entire team did everything they could to get us up and running so we could get back out and enjoy our time in Colorado Springs. They went above and beyond expectations in every way possible. They gave us a ride to a restaurant and picked us back up when the car was finished, gave us great tips on what restaurants were the best as well as some great tips on what tourist spots we should see with a limited time frame. They even gave us a line to text if we had any other issues during the weekend while they were closed. Dave even sent us a follow up text the next day to make sure we had made it back to Kansas City. If Integrity Auto Care wasnt 8.5 hours from my house it would be my auto shop for anything related to my car. This is an outstanding business with exceptional ownership and staff.

Went to these guys to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle I was looking at buying from a local dealership. They were able to fit me in later that same day, and at a good price. Unfortunately for me, the car I brought in for them was in need of a ton of work.Fortunately for me, the mechanic (John) really knew what he was doing and noted a bunch of crucial repairs and issues almost instantly. Within a few minutes of having it up on the stand he had a long list, and was taking pictures to document it for my inspection paperwork.It quickly became apparent that I wouldnt be buying this vehicle, because of how many issues it had. I was offered a very generous discount when I said I was not going to purchase the vehicle anyway, and it was fine for them to cut the inspection short.Brandon and John were both great, and they didnt waste my time or money. Ill be bringing future vehicles here for sure.

The technicians are knowledgeable in their trade and will tell you exactly what is wrong and also give recommendations on what may need to be replaced soon. They do not try to scam you into getting more work done than what is needed. I originally left a one star review. I changed to a 5 star review because the owner reached out to me about fixing the problem that one of their old techs have caused. They fixed it and they did an inspection for no cost. They did all of it for no cost. They stand true to their name and they were so friendly and professional that I felt bad about leaving a one star review before calling them about the issue first. You guys are great.

They got me in fast and had it fixed the same day. My heater was not blowing out heat and a cold front was coming in. I had heat just in time. Thanks to Jeff Kempkes for getting me in so quickly and to the rest of the crew for being the best.

I smelled fuel and car was running really rough so I brought my car to Integrity to have it looked at. Having felt like they fixed it Dave the owner wanted to check it out before calling me. While driving it the engine basically blew up. Dave notified me of the unfortunate incident and to my surprise he found another engine for my car with a lot less miles. In all of Colorado Springs and Monument, this is my favorite shop. Brandon is sharp and is truly a car guy to his core. Theres no run-around, no extra fees, and if money is tight, Brandon will prioritize the repairs and work through the list as I can afford it. I like to know the technical details and he takes the time to explain the issue and even show me the faulty part and what to look for myself. This isnt a repair mill where you are rushed through like cattle. Just good quality work done by people that live up to the name of the business. Integrity runs deep.

I had been scammed by other mechanics a few times and looking for an honest place for auto repairs. Read their reviews and saw they won top auto shop in best of. They were extremely honest. Other places had told me I needed to replace the whole AC compressor. Integrity diagnosed as simply needing a recharge, which they did. It works perfectly. I consider them to be my auto shop now.

Ive taken my vehicle here twice and both times I got exceptional service. The first time it was under warranty so that was a simple exchange. They called the warranty company for me to make sure the warranty was valid. The second time was a more emergent call and they were available to take my truck the next day. They stayed late while I was getting a part from another shop. I really appreciate small businesses and these guys are great!

Rear brakes and fluid changes were good. We explained we were moving away and needed the car for one last 1,200 mile drive with an infant riding in it and the ball joint they replaced for the trip went bad in less than 2 weeks and made for sketchy trip. No response from the owner who had originally texted us asking how the repair went...

I was having some car troubles and took it to the dealership for diagnosis. They of course wanted a ridiculous amount of money, so I shopped around. I brought my Dodge Journey in for an oil change and the tech found the oil/coolant leak and gave me a heads up so I knew to keep my eye out. They were honest, friendly and not pushy at all.My journey is currently at integrity getting the oil leak fixed. I feel comfortable having a mechanic that I can count on. This is the best shop Ive ever visited, my car had minor issues and it was fixed quick, these people are honestly some of the best customer service and vehicle repair in Co Springs. Unfortunately, Im leaving to California but if Im ever around again or have friends who need some repairs, this is definitely the place to bring your vehicle.

The engine for my Lexus went out, and i needed a whole new engine. Integrity auto helped me through the whole process and were fair with the price and telling me what was going on. I had my Lexus at other shops before taking it to integrity, and none of the other shops gave me good estimate and didnt care about my situation like integrity did. The everyone at integrity was very helpful through the whole process.

So about 3 to 4 months ago I went had my oil change. Asked them check air filter and everything. Im now sitting here change my own oil. I cant even get nut off drain pan because its been striped. I looked at air filter theres leafs, hair, sand all in the filter suck to the housing. Theres no way they checked it like I asked. I do not recommended them at all.

I have been through hell and back with my car! I was referred to Integrity Auto Care through my dad who knew Jeff. I was really scared and hesitant because I literally just had my car in a different shop that really messed up my car and I spent $7030 at this other shop and got a new engine and more and my car still was not working properly. Other shops didn’t feel comfortable looking at my car or helping me because it was just freshly worked on and was having issues from the previous shop that worked on it. Both of the owners Jeff and Dave at Integrity Auto Care brought me in with open arms listened to absolutely everything I had to say and we’re so kind and patient. They are a very busy shop from what I have seen but these guys have really been here for me and taken such good care of me and never made me feel like I was a bother! They have put in ALOT of time figuring out what exactly is going on with my car! We found out that my new engine was having issues (luckily it was under a warranty) so I had to get yet another new engine. They REALLY care a lot about their customers and go above and beyond like I have never seen from an auto shop! I have even had to call them since my new engine because another issue and Jeff has personally came to me twice to help and take care of the problem I was having! They are a truly blessing! I would not have my car right now if it weren’t for them, they never gave up on me or got frustrated with me, they stayed with me until we were able to figure out ALL of the issues my car was having and fix everything. This is one shop you truly can walk into and TRUST and know that they WILL take care of you and they DO CARE about their customers!

The staff here have to be some of the most generous and kind hearted people I have ever met at an Auto Care shop!! My jeep stalled out near them and I am SO thankful that it did. They ran a diagnostic, went through trouble shooting my vehicles issue, and had me back on the road in a timely manner. The staff here is out of this world. They are all very down to earth and were a lot of fun to interact with. My husband and I went in with a mystery issue and they were very thorough and kept us updated everytime they found something. Fair pricing. If you want mechanics who actually give a damn about your car this is the place to go. Got my front brakes replaced and they even went above and beyond to check my rear brakes, and also helped diagnose problems with my tire pressure. Went to Express Auto near Citadel Mall first to get the brakes checked, ends up Express did not check the rear brakes only the front. Should have been going to Integrity in the first place. BONUS: they have coffee

This was my first time visiting Integrity, and I had a good experience with them. Friendly, didnt have to wait long, got a ride back to my home, and cost was reasonable. I found them from conducting a search on the web for top mechanics here in the Springs, and they were on this list. I plan to try them again.

Incredible, honest service. I was buying a used car and needed to have it inspected before purchasing. Jeffs team was amazing! I brought in three vehicles to have inspected. The first had no issues, but they caught several things wrong with the second and advised me to avoid purchasing the third because of common maintenance issues with the make and model. Because I trust Jeff, Chris and the rest of the team at Integrity Auto Care I know Im getting a great deal and have an honest shop to back me up. Beat customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and went out of their way to get me in for a service on a short notice. They provided a complementary inspection of the things I asked for and gave me a web link to veiw the detailed results and photos of what they found. And as far as the price, it was much less than getting services done at a dealership but again treated with excellent customer service. Highly recommend giving them a try!

My Chevrolet received a thorough diagnosis which resulted in replacing the left wheel bearing. This stopped the rumble noise. Two other shops had indicated the wheel bearings were okay. Thanks!
