Some of the employees are rude. The website is offering 10% off but the store will opt honor that unless purchased through website. When I asked if just ordered the part would they be able to get it for me. The young kids (I didn’t catch his name but he had long hair) response was if I have time or you don’t have to get the part form here. I would not have him as an employee at my business.However, Kevin became free shortly after and helped me right away. Kevin has great customer service.

Picked up my truck from a shop near this location today, debit card maxed out from paying for it and it hadnt been fixed right so it broke down on me. The guys at this location helped me knowing I couldnt buy anything and were great. It was a nice change in what was a pretty bad situation for me, I just thought they deserved a little recognition. I live on the other side of town but from now on Im making the trip up to buy my auto parts and anything else I need here, theyre good, knowledgeable and honest people here and that is a rare and valuable thing today. Wow, 1 star reviews... These guys need some help. I would have given five stars, but couldnt bring myself to do it. I have been going to Napa for years, but havent been there in a while due to multiple auto parts locations popping up near my house.They always find those few parts that the other guys cant find, or dont know how to find. The best way to put this store is organized chaos. I walk in a week or so ago and automatically dont recognize anyone that I use to deal with. I finally recognized a guy that I have dealt with in the past. Im not sure if this is a supervisor, or manager, but I can tell you that almost every employee interrupted him while helping me. He did seem to have the answers pretty quick and continued to help me. All in all I got what I needed and prices were reasonable. I would have put his name on here but when was carrying my parts up to me his name tag fell sideways and I saw was a D. Thanks for your help and see you soon.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I keep finding that parts availability at AutoZone usually ends up beating NAPA for my purposes. I will say it has saved me a couple of headaches, though.

If you want a professional type auto supply house, then this is it. These folks know parts. Not like the other businesses in town that have employees that, for lack of a better explanation (should be working at Mcdonalds). I dont like having to explain and educate staff at the other auto parts stores, here they know what you are asking for and a lot of times have suggestions to help you with your project. Great store!

They dont take oil like autozone so yeah.

I had a lot of concerns for making sure that a rebuilt engine breakin was done properly. Questions about the proper oil & any additives. Very helpful in showing me what would be the best for my engine.

Sad to say that all the auto parts stores are unreliable. To keep prices low they are all making mistakes. The cheap knock off imported parts from all the stores often are wrong. NAPA may be better than the rest but.

I have always liked NAPA Auto Parts Stores. Their stores are always super clean and their staff always knows what what they are taking about. Even auto mechanics advertise that they use genuine NAPA Auto Parts. Thats gotta tell you something. Peace.

The biggest part store in the springs with the most Parts on hand of any auto parts store most of them have to order it and theyll have it the next day these guys can have it that same day they have three stores in the springs if one of them doesnt have at the other one will they deliver to your business if you have a corporate account will deliver to wherever youre at out in the field and oil field the side of the road just give these guys a call if you want to get the good parts for the best price

The people that work there are very rude. I called up there about a part that I bought and the guy said that he couldnt exchange it and he was very rude with me. I was buying all my big truck parts there but since they want to be rude Ill just start buying my parts elsewhere from now on.

These guys are so sweet! I went to buy a new dipstick for my boyfriends old Plymouth Fury. Not only did they have the right dipstick, but they were so kind to me and Drew.

Ordered a fuse block with 4 fuses what they got me was basically a multi inline fuse box not a proper single line in fuse block, the kid at the counter told me i didnt know what i was talking about that they only came in 18 + configuration. well heres a picture of the on i ordered on line a proper 4 fuse - fuse block. dont shop at this place unless you enjoy being told your stupid and have no idea what your talking about.

Dont bother calling this store if you are female. They make you verify your make, model, engine type, GVW, etc. of your vehicle multiple, multiple times, dont listen when you give them the same information multiple, multiple times, and then STILL give you the wrong parts. When you tell them this, they then claim its your fault because YOU gave them the wrong information or asked for the wrong parts. They are hearing impaired when it comes to dealing with women. Sorry Charlie, been doing vehicle work for a long time, I know exactly what I asked for and told you. You screwed up and just dont want to admit it. Recommend going anywhere else but this place; the Napa name just isnt worth the hassle of dealing with these people. NOTE TO CORPORATE: Given the reviews this particular store has received, perhaps you ought to look into it and give them some remedial customer support training - as in what constitutes GOOD service.

Grady hooked me up. Was supposed to wait 4 hrs for my part and got it in a hour. Cheapest quality parts I found. Good service.

They normally dont have parts on hand, which is a bummer, but they are also usually quick about getting what you need sent to them that day.

These guys suck. Everything I order from them is freight shipping and takes 4-5 business days to get to the store. Then they charge me for the shipping as well. Not only that but the employees here at this location are not here to help the customer. The past few times I have gone inside, they have given me crap about returning core parts. They have also refused to sell me parts through the phone (which is fine if they didnt close at 6pm everyday. Lastly, Napas store hours are crap. Everyone else is open later than them. Its basically impossible to pick up or order parts during the week days from these guys when you work full time.

Absolutely terrible! They said they had my part in Denver and that it would be in this afternoon and they would call me when it arrived. At 5 pm I called and they said there must have been a glitch in the system that they didnt get it in but that it would be in in the morning. I arrived as they were opening up and guess what? Wrong part! These guys are just absolutely terrible

I purchased a front drive shaft for a 2002 Jeep Liberty in March 2014. I week later I noticed smoke coming from under the hood. I eventually chased it down to a small hole in the front boot of the new drive shaft that was spraying grease all over, to include my exhaust. Removed the new drive shaft, returned it under warranty, and picked up a second one. This one had the same problem! Removed the second new drive shaft and picked up a new one from the dealer. The dealer drive shaft was $200 more than Napas reconditioned one, but it works. When I returned it, Napa did nothing for the almost month long pain and suffering I went through, but they did return my purchase price. Napa advertises these as being spin tested, I think not, the holes would have been detected. Also, when I was in there to return the second drive shaft, I was told that there was a rack and pinion and 2 power steering pumps that had been returned defective that day. Whats up Napa? Your customers go to you for quality, not the fun of replacing a drive shaft three times!!!

Before winter hit, I bought a back up fuel filter from NAPA. The guy sold me the wrong one for $36. I didnt find out, until my filter froze and I needed my backup. My truck is now on the side of the road. I drove to NAPA, and the snide sawed off little nerd behind the counter told me he would not return the money, nor does he have the filter I need. I was a customer for 30 years. Not anymore.

NAPA most often has the part I need. If the part is in the store, theyre my first choice. But when they need to order a part from Denver, the customer service falls behind Autozone. NAPA requires an extra trip to pay beforehand, whereas Autozone places the order on the phone and calls when the part arrives. Thats an inconvenience, a waste of my time and gasoline.

Somehow NAPA always has the parts I need. Even parts the repair shop said were on available through the dealership.

How can you do business with a place that doesnt even use your phone number or anything like that to see if you purcahse a product there. This is the 21st century get with the program. Also its not a lifetime warranty if you wont take it back and you keep no record of such purchase. Hurry up and go out of business!
