Coming from Florida to visit my daughter I did what dads do and thats take her vehicle for service. I was met at my appointment time with Ryan and he did a GREAT job of relaying to the technician what I was looking for. I accepted all recommended services and decided to wait. The team was very welcoming and in conversation with Chris I quickly realized that he too had served. It was like a bunch of military buddies reliving our service days. Before I knew it my daughters vehicle was ready and it even came back with a complimentary wash. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to doing future business with them in the future.

Incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and pricey. I asked some basic questions and the parts representative was short tempered and unwilling to help me fix an issue. I ended up going elsewhere. Would not recommend

Please, please, please stay away! This place is a complete fraud and unfortunately I didn’t heed the warning of others posting. Do yourself a favor and NEVER visit this repair shop. They lied about an issue we had and “fixed” the problem and we ended up being stranded in Breck because of their incompetence. Please don’t let this happen to you!

We purchased a 2007 F150 from Bob Penkhus Mitsubishi and it was the best car buying experience weve had to date! The sales associates, Zach and Fernando, were a lot of fun to work with. The managers, Bret and John, worked with me over several days and gave me a great deal on the truck and my trade. Last, but not least, Monica, in the finance department was thorough when going through the paperwork and made sure we were well-informed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we couldnt be happier with our truck! I highly recommend this team!

The absolute WORSE service department EVER! I made an appointment for a routine maintenance. I was originally quoted a wait time of an hour and a half. My appointment was at 8 am and my car is still NOT DONE! Five hours later. When I asked how much longer it would be I was told there was a que of 6 cars ahead of mine and I’m 2nd in line now. If I wanted my car to be done my a certain time I should let them know. This is terrible. Be prepared to waste an entire day! If I could give negative stars I would!Update I just now got my car (3:30pm) and they had the audacity to ask if I had a few minutes because it still wasn’t washed. This place is a JOKE!

If I could give this place negative stars I would!! They are the most unprofessional automotive shop ever. I went in for an oil change and twice I left the shop thinking I had oil in my car only to find out that it was empty!!! Not once but twice they have done this to me. Not to mention when I call to get any issues resolved they will transfer me everywhere else but to the manager that I requested to speak with and they will place me on hold and never return to the phone. They have charged me any times for replacing everything but the broken part on my car and here I am 2 years later and they still have not replaced the broken part. They are probably waiting for my warranty to expire so that I have to pay full price. Worst company EVER!! Do not go to this location and try to stay away from Bob Penkhus all together because they all seem to be the same way. Very disappointed. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well.

They go out of their way to hide and deceive issue. I was very specific when I called about a truck. I told them I am 2 hours away and they are not to start it so I can make sure it starts cold. Being a diesel this helps to see if they are hiding bad glow plugs. I knew the truck had been ran per the diagnostic on the truck and the oil was warm.When I asked them if they didnt start it as I had instructed. The manager said point blank no they hadnt since I told them not to. All I got was a blank stare when I asked why the coolant was at 96* on a 55* day. Claimed it was ran to put me batteries in it, that means it was started!Handed them the keys and left, if they were willing to lie to me such a simply thing, whats to stop them from lying about other issues. Stay far away from this dealer.

I bought my first car from this dealership. The sales team was awesome, if fact everyone at the dealership was awesome. I had a problem with my car, the engine light kept coming on. It happened 4 times. I was mad! Eventually the manager came down and talked to my and apologized for my inconvenience. They gave me a tank of gas and an extra 3 months of Sirus radio. The car runs like a top!

Bob Penkhus can suck a lemon! Serves him right for selling them. He completely lied to me when selling me a Subaru. He cleared the check engine light so I wouldnt see it on the test drive and overfilled the oil to hide the fact that a cylinder wasnt working. 15 minutes after I got the car the light came on and I immediately took the car to a mechanic who diagnosed the issue. Within the hour I called the dealership to tell him what happened. He told me too bad for you and hung up on me.Stay away from this dealership!

Brought my car in to have the headlights fixed and signed a written estimate that was about $250. When I went to pay they charged me $350. The reason they gave was that they didnt include the diagnostic fee in the estimate. So whats the point of an estimate if its meaningless? You know Id never get away with paying less. They didnt even offer to waive the diagnostic fee. Its not like theyd have lost money without the diagnostic fee. I will never take my car to them again.

Bought a brand new 2013 GTI from these guys. They didnt manage to clean it at ALL before giving it to us. When we brought it back to be cleaned they did a half-butt job on it.I also had my R32 in for service there. They had it for a MONTH before I got it back. Then the next day it broke down again with the same exact issue. HORRIBLE dealer, bring your car to Al Serra. Much better people there.

Very bad service. I called numerous times to schedule an appointment for an oil change. No call back nothing. Guess this place doesnt care about making money. Very disappointed. Guess Ill be driving to Denver to get an oil change

Absolutely disappointed with the service I received. I never write reviews but I was so upset by the service and that I felt I needed to this time. To keep it short I had the car I purchased from this location for less than a year and had problems with my passenger window not rolling up or down which is covered under warranty. They didnt fix my window and didnt even put my door all the way back together after the inspection they did on the window. I was charged $118 dollars just for them to tell me the part that broke on my window was not covered in warranty. The only explanation I got was I have to pay my technician I was also charged $50 bucks for an oil change that I was promised at the purchase of my car would be free for the first year. Very poor service without educating the customer on what they are being charged for and why. I will not recommend anyone take their car here for service.

The location and comfort/convenience are low to poor. However, the Mitsu product and Bob P team are phenomenal as always. The finance pro there was top notch and found us the creative loan that helped fit our needs on a multiple vehicle purchase. The sales people were friendly, and followed up more than a couple of times checking in on us. We had to also have an unscheduled service visit, and they followed through, up and beyond my expectations. The lot is a bit cramped, and the facility is about the same. If you can get beyond those hurdles, its well worth it. I also bought a Mitsu from the other authorized dealer in town prior to their leave. The comparison is night and day. The Bob P team is far superior in every aspect. Ive recommended any of their product lines several times to friends and fam. I never have had any negative review from them either. Get over the lack of size and luxury of the site, and youll find a great team and product.

I will NEVER buy from this dealer again. I was a loyal customer having bought a total of three cars from this dealership but after my last experience I will not be returning nor recommending them again.To start Finance. I was told I had been approved through ENT for my auto loan with my trade in. Two weeks later I received a letter stating I in fact was not approved. I called ENT and was told they were working on a deal still and the loan had not yet been approved I explained this dealer told me I was and had let me leave with the car, ENT was in shock that the dealer allowed this and explained finance had not been approved and if it couldnt I would be require to pay the dealer for the time and miles I had the car. I reached out to finance at the dealer and his only advice was to call my own bank for the auto loan which I did and my interest rate went up which in turn made my payment go up.So I was promised an awesome rate and was actually lied to. I guess as long as they get their money they dont care what happens to their customers.Be weary of this dealership and their sales tactics. They will lie about financing and give you the run around!

The building smells so bad of cigarette smoke when you walk in, you almost turn around and walk out. Honestly, if I would have wanted to buy a car there, I would have had to fill the paperwork out in my own car or out on the sidewalk. The older men that work there are very rude, unfriendly, and obviously dont like what they are doing for a living. We have never been treated this poorly by a dealer ever. I would advise against wasting your time looking on their lot.

This dealership deserves NEGATIVE stars!! They are absolutely horrible! My husband and I were shopping for a new VW Passat in July 2014 and Bob Penkhus had the exact one we were looking for in a beautiful color. We arrived at the dealership, walked around for a while with no acknowledgement, so we went inside to look for someone so we could just drive the car. We were asked if we had been helped by several people, but nobody was actually willing to help us. We FINALLY found a salesman after about an hour and was able to drive the car. Once we returned from our test drive ready to buy, we stood around for at least another hour and had to ask for another salesman to buy a car!! Now we are not exactly easy to finance and we were absolutely honest about that fact from the beginning. We specifically asked via phone call the day prior and in person that day if that would be a problem and we were assured that they are excellent at financing people in any credit situation. Well that is a load of crap! We were at that dealership for a total of 3+ hours and were told that we would not have an answer today, but they would get back to us the next day. I have NEVER been more furious leaving a place of business! We were treated like trash from the get go and to this day we have still not heard a word from them. I complained directly to the Owner and General Manager regarding our customer service experience and have been completely ignored. When we left Bob Penkhus, we went to the other VW Dealer in Colorado Springs and had an EXCELLENT experience! We drove home our 2014 VW Passat that night! I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Bob Penkhus and I would recommend that no one else does either!!

Ran my credit EIGHT times! Beware of used car purchases - my car was obviously not detailed!! The outside was clean but I noticed dirt all over the rear seat and other remnants when I got the truck home. DIRT? Did someone take it camping before I took possession? Their motto is something like you cant just buy one here but this will be my one and only purchase at this dealership.

The management are awful people. They lie, and take advantage of customers or pretential customers just to make a buck. No one should ever buy a vehicle here. The management do not deserve jobs, period. Awful place.
