Hes guys not only did an exceptional job on installing the lift kit for my GMC 2500 but they had me in and done in one week after I called. Had my kit installed and truck aligned at another shop in one day. They did it for less than half the price of other shops that couldnt see me for another month. Super personable, we talked for almost an hour between the three of us. They also seriously care about doing the right thing. They had concerns my lift was not the right kit for my truck and after a quick call to the manufacturer we had it solved that vague instructs was the issue and there be no problem with the kit. So game on! Seriously, stop reading this review and dont bother with others and give this small business a call. Itll be worth your time, money, and health. Great guys. I have been using K C tuck for years and have done a number of builds with Kevin. He is more artist than mechanic. He thrives on the jobs requiring a creative approach to a problem or idea. Kevin is the furthest thing from professional. If he disagrees with you even the slightest he will yell you into the ground and give you no chance to respond or reconcile concerns.

HONEST!!!!!! Aside from competency, the second most of the important trait for a mechanic is honesty, and these guys have it in spades! If you get a wacky quote from someone else, swing by here for an honest assessment. I cant thank them enough for not charging me for NOTHING like another shop was more than willing to do... Called for a simple quote on installing a hitch and was condescendingly belittled by the man who answered the phone. Without even asking me any further details, he chose to make assumptions and answer my question incredibly rudely. Maybe he was having a bad day, but choosing to purposefully talk down to a potential customer and act like a pompous jerk is not the appropriate way to conduct business. Even if his quote had been the lowest (which it wasnt by a long shot), I would never choose to send my business to a place who treats me so negatively on the phone.Edited after reading the feedback from the owner to provide additional information as Google does not seem to be allowing me to post a reply to the owners comment:Age was not a factor in my review, nor was it mention anywhere.I asked for a quote on installing a gooseneck hitch in our F150, a question which was met with, you must be kidding, followed by silence. I replied, Im not, is there a problem? I was confused, as the other 3 places I called for quotes had no issue providing me politely with an estimate for parts and labor. The man on the phone then replied, you better be only wanting to haul a small horse trailer! His tone was very condescending. In fact, that exact purpose is what I intend to tow and it is well within the towing capacity of the vehicle, even fully loaded. After he provided the quote, I still politely told the man to have a good day, which was met with a grunt.I wont be providing a contact number because I have no need for a follow up phone call. I have given my business to another company. But, as I personally use reviews to determine where to send my business, I feel that it is pertinent and appropriate to leave this review to help others make an informed decision. Customer service is important to me as a consumer, and I appreciate when others leave reviews regarding shortcomings that I can then use to make informed decisions of my own.

There were some delays in getting my work done. This was because they do things right--honest and fair. My truck lift kit looks great and functions well. Thanks very much. Will do business again. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience! Went to car toys to price back up sensors $675 then drive in auto sound $488 KC Truck performance $327 out the door! I also had a blast sitting around swapping military stories. Definitely will be going back for many more truck upgrades!

Bill is a joy to work with. He answered all my questions and coordinated my modifications. Kevin is a perfectionist. He installed my new FabFour bumper, winch and new 60 gallon TransFlo fuel tank. He also gave me his recommendation for tires (Nitto Ridge Runner) and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work and perfection. I will return for more mods.
