I worked with Jesse from start to finish. Initially I wasnt going to purchase the bike. Jesse never pressured me, no spam calls or tons of emails he simply told me to keep him in mind if I found something else, which I appreciated. Went to look at the bike at the end of the week and test drove it. All throughout the next week Jesse kept in touch to help everything flow so the sale could be done. I HIGHLY recommend not only Jesse and Courtney in Finance but Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza in general if you are looking for a new Toy.
Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza is a great dealership with knowledge people and plenty of bikes to browse. If youre looking for a new bike, this should be the first place you go to. I talked to Ben about the new KLR 650, and he was very helpful. He went over the whole bike, talked about the improvements that the new model has, and had me sit on the bike to check out the controls. He showed me some other adventure/off-road bikes as well, and explained how they would compare to the KLR both on the streets and on the trails. When Im ready to get the KLR, this is where Ill buy it.
Thank you so much to our Sales Person, Sarge! Helped my Wife and I order a new Polaris Slingshot. One of the first things Sarge every told me was they live by giving great service so they can sell to us and our family for the rest of our lives and boy they werent kidding! Ordered an SL that wasnt supposed to come until December but kindly let us know about an R model that was available (with a different customer that fell through a month later) and we fell in love with it. His manager Steve was also just as amazing! Then to top it off in Finance, Courtney patiently answered my millions of questions and walked me through EVERY step of the way with using our own lender. It was quick, painless and silky smooth. These guys were much cheaper than Fay Meyers and two other dealerships I called, and you could absolutely tell they were in it for the long game to earn our business with ethics, honesty and integrity rather than other dealerships trying to make a quick buck. I am so glad we did our due diligence and found this place. They have more than earned our business, theyve earned our trust. Will be highly recommending them to all of our friends and family, top notch! Very happy customers and will give them all of our business for all of our future toys to come :)
Just bought my first bike from here, AWESOME staff. Shout out to Jesse and Tim for being the two main people helping me out.Jesse sales man extraordinaire, was quick about helping me get my bike reserved, keeping me updated on the aftermarket installments I needed done so I could get rubber to the road ASAP.Tim was very patient that saturday morning helping me get my suspension at the right height. As well as educating me on my parts and how I can make adjustments myself.Good people, cool inventory, love my KLR. Why you still reading this? Go get your bike.
BIG SHOUTOUT TO JESSE!I went into Rocky Mountain for the first time back in August for my first bike, and had nothing short of an amazing experience. My seller was Jesse Conrad and he is definitely not what you expect when you think about a salesman. He took the time to talk, answer questions/concerns and overall figure out what would be the best size and style bike for myself. No pushiness for a sale or upselling on size!!!Although, shipping was consistently delayed. I was most impressed with how much Jesse tried to help me find an either an alternative bike by calling me when similar models came in or by just showing me other models. I waited and am extremely happy I didnt settle out of impatience!People working in gear/Parts also killed it by explaining everything you need to know about helmet/jecket sizing and figuring out the best bang for your budget.
During the process of waiting for my new Husqvarna dirt bike it took awhile to get in and their employee Sarg kept me updated about details with the bike coming in and he would reply to numerous calls and texts with any questions I had about the bike or parts I was interested in. Another helpful employee is Brandon. He was very helpful helping me get the correct parts for my bike and the right gear for the type of riding conditions I would be doing. In all I recommend Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza to anyone looking for off road related fun.
We were at Cycle Plaza about a week ago it was a wonderful experience Jessie was phenomenal going whe extra mile to helps !!He was very knowledgeable, attentive he actually took over our sell and not knowing what the previous representative offer to us he helped us and we were very happy, he actually kept in touch to make sure everything was going great for us after the sell !!I am not sure if i am spelling right her but kourtney in financing was great she explained everything for us and it was so fun to purchase our rzr there !! Thanks guyMy husband also says thanks Jessie you guys are the best !!!! Great job
Thank you to the outstanding salesman Jesse! We ordered our Polaris RZR in May and he did a great job keeping us in the loop for arrival date. Even with my husbands frequent contact, Jesse was always professional and returned our texts and calls. Thanks for making our experience memorable!
One word.... WOW!! Me and my husband could not find an atv near us in Utah so we started looking out of state. To be honest I was dreading it because we were anticipating issues like at usual dealerships and driving 8 hrs one way we were worried to say the least. But to our surprises it went just as I was told it would fast and smooth!! We are loving our new ATV and loved our experience at RMCP even more. Jesse Conrad was in constant communication with us and made the process so simple. Courtney in finance is a freaking boss she got us done and out of there super fast and was personable! I would recommend this dealership to everyone even if you are out of state... no worries they are worth the drive and will take care of you. Looking for an ATV call Jesse. Thanks guys we appreciate your superior customer service!!
We had a phenomenal experience with the entire crew at Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza! We purchased a new dirt bike for my son, and everyone was amazing from start to finish. Jesse in Sales was thorough and prompt, and made the purchase a breeze. He was patient and answered all my questions. Courtney in Finance was incredible! Josh and Larry were also so helpful and friendly when helping with parts and running through the bike. They definitely earned a repeat customer with our family⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just picked up our new Polaris RZR. Had to wait awhile like lots of things. The staff was great, Jesse returned all emails and kept me excited to make to the finish line . Courtney busted out the paperwork like she could do it her sleep. Thanks for the great job.
Just bought a Ruckus from these folks. Have to say it was a highly pleasurable experience. Fast, knowledgeable, professional service, was able to come in cold and ride away in no time. Wouldve been great if they had filled the gas tank but luckily there was enough fuel to make it home without getting stranded.
Salesman Ben was the best. Always called and kept me in the loop for what I was looking for. Refreshing salesman. Go see Ben.
Great sales staff that help you pick the right bike for you. Timely service appointments. They seem to keep the flow of bikes going in and out and dont overbook themselves. Had to schedule it a few weeks out, but they were ready for my bike as scheduled.
Phenomenal dealership. The salespeople AND sales department are extremely friendly and no pressure nor hassle. The service department is knowledgeable and will do their absolute best to make sure your vehicle is well taken care of. The main man, Jessie, is an absolute ROCKSTAR in every sense of the word. Unless I buy used directly from the seller, I refuse to buy my motorcycles from any either dealership. I already told my wife that were driving all the way down to Colorado to purchase any future motorcycles after moving to Oregon in the next couple years! This is the #1 motorcycle dealership anywhere in the Midwest United States. Period.
Sales staff and owners are knowledgeable about their products. As a dealership I found them to be fair and honest. Cortney in the financial department was also knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
I am extremely pleased with the efforts Todd put forth to get me what I wanted. I purchased a Polaris Sportsman 570, and am very glad I did. The staff is knowledgeable, professional
I wonder why there are not as many bikes on the showroom floor. The sales staff was helpful and attentive.
I highly recommend RMCP. I recently purchased a cruiser from Jesse Conrad and the service was amazing. It has been many years since I have been on any bike so I was a little nervous. Jesse told me not to worry if I didnt feel comfortable riding home they would get the bike to my home. Thank you for your service and caring about this rider!
Great knowledge and work on my ATV that wouldnt start, very reasonable and transparent billing. Friendly staff and good timeliness
My wife and I worked with Jesse to find a trailer, atv and dirt bike to go enjoy the outdoors. Im 63 and she is 52, so finding a good fit for both is not easy. He listened to our thoughts and concerns and spoke to both of us as an advisor, not as a pushy salesperson. Jesse answered both of our questions and didnt speak down to my wife like others have done in the past. I highly recommend working with him if you can.
I took an ATV there for a few basic issues. It took them 6 weeks to fix it. I called regularly to get a status update because they wouldn’t communicate. I could always tell that they don’t communicate between the guys at the desk and the actual technicians. At one point, they told me that they called and spoke to my wife about it. I’m single and the phone number they said they called was a phone number that I’ve never heard of. They FINALLY called and said it was done, so I asked what the total bill was. When I went to pick it up, the total was almost $200 more than what I was told on the phone. What a terrible experience…UpdateThe manager, Frank, did get involved. He did what he could to make it right. They adjusted my price to be closer to what was I was quoted over the phone once my machine was complete. I will continue to use them for servicing my machines but will be sure to ask for him in the future.
If you are in the market for any kind of machine make sure to ask for jesse in sales. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. When its time to trade up to a new dirt bike ill be going to see jesse
I was in first thing this morning. Bought a brand new 2020 Suzuki SV650 from Zach. One of the best buying experiences of my life. I walked around the store while they put the numbers together and I was able to have all of my questions handles in a very relaxed and professional manor. I will totally be back to get my next bike from you guys, great location, always offered assistance. Before you go anywhere else, come give these guys a shot!
Love this shop my whole family has been coming here for years.this was my first negative experience with rmcp my brother had purchased his kx450 new here.it was time for a new back tire so I brought the tire in to get the new one mounted for his surprise birthday present was told if I showed up when they opened it would be a quick swap 30 to 45 min.i understand things happen but nearly 5 hours later and being told every half hour it was almost done and multiple popped tubes later I got it back and the black rim was scratched up and sharpie to cover them.that was the biggest reason I brought it to you guys and was told you would be extra careful .I do appreciate the manager pointing out the damage to me and he did take 13 dollars off the mount fee lol.surprise backfire my brother was bummed out.
Great buying experience. The whole staff was great, but Jesse really bent over backwards to help us out. With short notice and on a busy weekend, he dropped everything to help me buy a KLX 140 and even delivered it the same day! Amazing customer service and great team. I ordered a second bike while I was in there. They are my go to shop from here on out. Thanks guys!
Took my 2005 CBR 600 to rocky mountain. Got a oil change on the bike. The very first ride after the bike shut off and locked up. Checked oil very low almost absolutely almost empty. The bike never had a problem in over a year of owning the bike. When I called the owner they deni everything. The manger frank is very disrespectful. I would never take your bike to Rock mountain.
Walked into this place made multiple walks around the staff while looking around at bikes not one person approached me…i was the only customer along with my 6 year old daughter we left. Im not going to waste my money at a place that doesn’t even acknowledge my presents.
Today I was fortunate enough to be able to buy a dirt bike for my son for his birthday. Jesse at RMCP made this purchase go extremely smooth. Jesse clearly knows what is going on and how to get the business done. I was in and out in less than an hour!Thank you Jesse for your assistance and professionalism.
I went in with the intent to purchase boots and gloves. After finding & trying on two styles of boots on my own I decided to just go to Cycle Gear. The employees at RMCP did not even acknowledge that I was in the store.
This place is amazing great prices the service was amazing jesse was a great help with any questions about the bikes to gear to parts and thx to ryan help me pick out my gear.
I was looking for dirt bikes for me and my wife, we are new on this world. Our seller Zach was amazing, he gave us very good recommendations and support us on select the right back and even how to put the bikes on the back of my truck!! Amazing service!!
Nice staff not high pressure selection low inventory hard to acquire good values on existing products I will be buying my bike there
Bought a bike from them and with less then 250 miles I had to bring the bike in for a common problem that they didn’t tell me about or fix prior to me buying the bike. Secondly, the service department is full of people who don’t care about you and give attitude. Went in once a week to see the status of my bike and when it will be completed. They kept pushing back the date and would right on a sticky note for the guy to schedule and he never would… completely unbelievable. Will never use them again even for basic stuff.
Sales was great but service good luck. Have a bike there right now and its been 2 weeks they dont even have the right tools to tell me whats wrong with it. I bought it brand new, ninja 1000 next day they were open I had to take it in to get the engine code figured out. I bought the bike new to avoid a lot of the issues but now its in the shop just as much except they wont tell me what is wrong.
Always great service and friendly staff.
I am so impressed with RMCP! I went in to purchase my first motorcycle last weekend. Zach was an excellent, no-pressure salesman, knowledable about the inventory and genuinely answered all my questions. He found the right bike (2020 Kawasaki Vulcan S) for me. Ryan was also awesome helping me select my accessories to maximize my first bike. To be honest, every employee in every department I came into contact with had a passion for what they do and making every customer feel welcome.I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience here. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Smooth transaction throughout the entire sales process. I worked with Jesse Conrad and Courtney Hupe. Jesse answered all of my questions and concerns. I recommend and will do business again with Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza. Thanks Jesse
Jesse was fantastic to work with! I’ve never worked with a sales person who was so informative, patient and was never pushy. We didn’t know much about ATVs and he was extremely knowledgeable and gave us time to think about the best option for us. There was never any pressure to buy but when we did it was a seamless process. Everyone that we encountered from parts to financing was very friendly and helpful. Definitely the best place in town for the selection of ATVs!
Went in to check prices on bikes and mostly look around One of the salesmen intercepted us and was pretty persistent, he was pushing us towards buying these TTRs that werent even close to what we wanted, just felt like he was trying to make a sale anyway he could, rather than get us on something we wanted. Nice guy but sorta fits the shady salesmen category
Friendly staff. They helped me find the right oil to put in my bike. Prices are a little higher then other places.
Jesse and Dennis delivered a top notch service experience. Their combination of character and efficiency led to a quick and happy buying experience. The team at Rocky Mountain has clear and effective operating procedures and I appreciate that especially during the pandemic. Will be back for next purchase, thank you!
I’ve bought two bikes from Rocky Mountain in the last few months. These people treat you like family and are amazing to work with. I love my KLX and my little girl will love her PW 50 that we got for Christmas. Go see Mike or any of the team at Rocky Mountain and they will take great care of you! Thanks, Mike and everyone else that always helps us! Best shop and customer service in Colorado Springs!
Very helpful and friendly staff. Sarge was awesome very informative. Courtney was awesome as wellI would recommend any off my friends and family to purchase from RMCP
Made an apt with Todd for Saturday. Arrived walked in no one greeted us we waited for about 10 min befor my husband walked over to the Accessory counter an asked one of them to help us.Ow an Todd doesnt even work the day he told me to come in. Finally got a sales associate we had to pay 100 to be put on a list for when I might get my machine! Its been over 2 weeks an I have not received any contact or up date. Mind you I am wanting to buy a brand new atv with cash! I just dont understand this!
Place is so so. Store is more for track bikes. The enduro world is blowing up and these guys dont see it. Poor selection on riding gear and parts. Better off buying parts online. No selection on current tires. No mountain riding gear. The boot selection. No handlebar selection or parts or accessories. They charge a stupid fee for buying tires. Not sure how much longer theyre going to be in business
What a great place to do business. We worked with Jessie in Sales and he was great. Branden in Parts was right on top of the parts we needed. I highly recommend RMCP for your off roading needs!
Purchased 2 atvs with them and have always treated me right. No pressure sarge and jesse are my go to . Brian if i remember ( aussie accent) at the parts counter is awesome as well .
Great place clean. Expensive. But good service
Josh Murffy need to learn customer service one of the worst
Do not go in for info on saddle bags like the lock for instance. Bike came from there (even though i was not the one who purchased it there)and they told me i was out of luck and gave me 0% information. Not even a suggested manufacturer.
Best place to buy a bike 110% Jessy the sales rep. Showed me a sweet 2019 450 KR edition factory bike. It was super a good looking bike but i decided to wait. I need bikes for the whole family. So maybe when thing get back to normal Ill come in and buy some bikes. They did have a 250 i liked but i backed out like a whimp. Also looked at a honda grom. To riddle my riding addiction away and have something to get out and ride on. Decided not to do that either. I really dont know what is wrong with me. Its like i want to ride. But just dont know what to do. Due time. Ill be back to buy some bikes. Thanks Jessy. Appreciate the time you took to show me the 2019 450.
Jesse was my salesperson. No pressure sales from him. I bought a new 2020 Polaris Razor. He was knowledgeable and took good care of me. I highly recommend him as a salesperson.
Good selection (as could be on Christmas Eve), great service and swift processing. Todd was great to work with and the rest of the staff was polite and courteous. Overall excellent experience!
Have been using them for years .love this place.sale. finance parts. .would recommend highly.
Everyone at RMCP was fantastic. Working with Mike was easy; he was open, honest, and professional. The finance department was friendly, fun and very helpful. 5*s easy so far!!!
Place is awsome. They always take care of me.
Jesse was super easy to work with. Answered emails really quickly. Made buying from out of town a great experience.
Not many options for helmets. Friendly staff and super clean store
Bought a 1999 suzuki katana from them and the service is amazing and friendly
They had the oil I needed and when the guy rang it up I didnt have small enough bills so he gave me a discount to fit the amount I had. Great customer service.
Great store - but service department service always sucks
This place is amazing! We traveled to them from Pueblo to buy my husband a motorcycle and it was worth it! Jesse was very attentive to our needs and helping us get what he wanted. If you need something call him!!! Promise you will not be disappointed! Shop is very clean and their merchandise shop has a wide range of gear!!!
Both customer service in person and over the phone could have been better.
I absolutely love it here! Jessi always helps me when I come. I would highly recommend him! Super cool person to talk to. Thank you Jessi for getting me into my new ninja !
All these guys care about is there bottom line. Customer service is nonexistent and Josh Murphy is one of the most disrespectful people i have ever talked to. $2100 spent and I am extremely disappointed. I will shop at Apex sports on s Wasatch for all my needs in the future.
This had to be my best experience in buying a vehicle. No pushy sales, no stress, just beautiful machines and a lot of information. Our sales rep. Jessie, is a honest and awesome guy. He explained everything to me from Safety, Power, Engine, and even down to component parts. I would totally recommend this place for anyone looking for ATV, Motorcycle, UTV, or even gear. We got a GREAT deal on a 2019 Ninja 650 KRT, way better than I expected, we shopped around. This place did OVER DELIVER. Like, literally, they brought it to my house. Thank you so much Jessie and the Rocky Mountain Cycle Team... I may be back to pick up 3 more for my kids and I !!!
Got me in for an oil change without an appointment. Thank you very much. I was going to be close to my mileage for a service on my trip back home, but I worked the bike hard doing Moto for Cycling racing in support of Warrior Games. Decided to get an oil change to fresh oil for 1100 mile ride home. Again, they took good care of me.
Great experience! Both Steve and Jesse really went out of their way to get us the answers to our questions. Plus the two guys from Service did a great job getting our bike from our house!
The buying process for my 2020 r3 was great but the problem started when I brought my bike in for my 600 mile 1st oil change, they changed my oil and charged me 200, I was not overly upset about that, what made me mad was the fact that I found out they stripped my oil drain plug and didnt even say anything about it or change it out, I bought my bike from them for close to 6k, paid them to change my oil and they strip my plug and dont even say anything. Very unprofessional guys, come on now.
Sarg was such a great help on helping us pick out a side by side of our liking, we had a wonderful first time buyers experience with all of the people of RMCP, we thank you all and Sarg for all of the help and recommendations!! ❤️
Jamie and Marshall got my rear tire mounted fast. Thanks.Improvements that would pertain to my experience; we had slight confusion which nitro bib was installed. I was originally told i had the wrong one for the tire but then when we looked it up and I got to the shop it turned out to be the correct bib for the tire. I was told the tire could not be fully seated at it was a bib and told to ride it for a while. I rode it about 50 miles yesterday and it is still not beaded. I am a bit disappointed that i spent $90 getting a tire put on professional only to receive a mounted tire that I could have done my self. For $90 i would expect a better job than I could do in my own garage. I am going to call today and see what we can figure out. If you would like to call me that would be even better. Thanks
Very nice, female jacket stock is minimal.
My wife and I were recently coming into Colorado Springs for vacation (900 mi trip). About 15 miles from our destination, the rear tire on our Goldwing began losing air. We were able to limp in to the Rocky Mountain Cycles dealership before the tire went completely flat. It was clear that the service department was very busy that day, but these guys did their best to squeeze us in because they knew we were in a real bind. Kudos to the service writer Jamie, who seemed especially sympathetic to our situation. She really took care of us, and had us out of there and back on the road in about two hours! I’ve been to three different service departments at dealerships where we live in the St. Louis area, and this place is head and shoulders above them all with their professionalism, and I highly recommend them. Thanks again Rocky Mountain Cycles!
Jesse is super informative and really helpful. He didnt pressure us to buy and wanted us to make sure any bike we looked at would be a good fit for us. He gave us lots of time to discuss and was open to any questions we had when it came between two bikes. We are very happy customers!
Helpful staff! I got this new icon helmet (black) with a built in sun visor for less than the basic helmets at other stores. It fits like a glove and will be replacing my hjc helmet that would rub and push on one side of my head. They had a spare screw to reattach the shield on the hjc so my son can continue using it as a backup helmet. Very pleased!
Still a joke, went in to look for a part thinking they might have it or something close to it what was I thinking..staff still as rude as usual.
I called ahead and specifically asked if They had a front tire for a 90 Vmax 1200. The guy said yes they had one in stock. I told him great it will take me an hr to get there Im on my way. Once i got there I was told that they will not put the tire on my motorcycle because it was not rated for my bike. I do appreciate that last part however that bit of info should of been given to me when i called and asked if they had a front tire that would fit my particular bike and i rode from woodland park to their shop in the springs in the middle of stop and go rush hour traffic with a bald tire. I would of only given 1 star except when my bike wouldnt turn over do to low battery they lent me a jumper pack with no hesitation.
Jesse was incredibly helpful. Even when the dealership was only allowing internet sales, he was incredibly communicative and willing to help. By the time I made the drive, all the paperwork was ready, and I’ll had to do was sign the paperwork and drive away. I would recommend these guys any day, and next bike I purchase will certainly be from here.
Awesome experience!! We worked with Anthony to look at a few bikes and ended up loving the GSXR 750!! Unfortunately I wasn’t a huge fan of the white and blue for 2020 so he told me he had a black one in a box in back!! Went and looked at the bike in a crate and decided to run numbers!! Anthony then got me over with Courtney who did an awesome job as well and got us on tier 1 financing no problem!! They went above and beyond and after walking in around noon I was riding off on my brand new bike out of a crate by 4:30!! Great job guys and I look forward to working with you again!!
Excellent ConditionsProfessional OutlookJessie here is a top notch professional. Guy knows his stuff
They are very helpful here they go out of their way to try to get what you want
Great customer service. Jesse always dropped whatever he was doing to help or answer questions.
We had a great experience purchasing our two dirt bikes. Jesse was amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful in making this an easy process. Everyone was nice and welcoming and the process was speedy from start to finish. We would definitely recommend to everyone and will be returning for all of our dirt bike needs. Thank you!
The people at RMCP are the most professional and helpful people I have ever encountered. Steve and the rest of the staff there are the most knowledgeable and passionate regarding their products. They have now helped me with the purchase of my third dirt bike, and each time they made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and what would work best for what I was wanting. They have made a customer for life! Thanks RMCP!
It would be a 5 star rating, however I bought a motorcycle battery had it 1.5yrs only got a few rides and kept it in the basement, charged and on a maintainer but the battery still wont hold a charge. $86.00 down the drain on trash or old stock not sure which one but Ive had batteries last for years without storing them inside and regularly maintaining them. But I would still recommend Rocky mountain cycle over any other shop.
Josh is terrible at customer service needs help
Took my husband’s tire to get replaced and not only was the staff extremely rude to me in service when I dropped his tire off but they knocked my husband’s truing out of line. When he called them about the problem once he was able to actually figure it out they told him he had no proof and proceeded to hang up on him. We’ve spent quite a bit of money with them and have turned to them for our service needs but going forward we will never do business with them again. Be aware of how they choose to treat their consumers before choosing to trust this company.
Pricey for service, but theyre knowledgeable and do quality work. Pretty decent selection on gear. The motorcycle salesmen are always ready to help and arent pushy.
