They did some upgrades on my 18 Fatboy while in the process found a issue with my bike and corrected it,Great service guys are sharp at what they do.

Very professional individuals, work was done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. Will return, when service is needed.

Great customer service. Clean and well organized shop. Chris did me right. He inspected the cams on my Harley and could have given me a song and dance about how they needed to be changed (2000-06 had Cam Adjuster issues). He shot me right and told me I had a good 10K miles left before they would need to be changed out. All the other work they did was outstanding and the bike runs and performs great. Kudos to Chris and his team.

Got the scooter taken care of without issue. Kept me in the loop ever step of the way. New rubber and a clutch cable repair. This place is legit and worth every penny. Big garage capabilities with a hometown feel. Cant wait to hit their sponsored bike nights coming up at TKP in colonial heights.

Didnt address the reason I brought the bike in. Just wanted to do quick easy stuff to make a quick buck and push it out the door. Bike still ran bad, if not worse at slow speeds. Overcharged.

Just picked up my bike this morning, Chris rocks with his ability and knowledge of motorcycles. Replaced my Vulcan handlebars with 10 inch mini apes, and for a small bike its a great fit. Thanks Chris and Twisted Grip Cycles.

Bad experience 3-11-17,my motorcycle was starting great all the time prior to dropping off for service.i picked up sat 3-11-17. the battery was dead. chris the owner said they had been putting on a charger day before.he never called me to tell me the battery was going dead.i got there and he went to start it and it was dead.he said he will get me a battery but i will have to pay for it.i advised him someone had to have left the key on to kill the battery.he got nasty with me and told me to get off his property. i dont call this good customer service nor will he ever work on my stuff again.

I dont have any experience regarding motorcycle service or expertise here but I rented a U-Haul from them (they are a local U-Haul dealership) and their customer service was excellent.
