Bob at Reeds jewelers in Colonial Heights was great checkingall my rings, pendants, chains, earrings, and bracelet. He cleaned them and they looked new again. I left a couple of items to be repaired and he advised me on that also. He gave me all of his attention even though I was not making a purchase today. I would give him personally 5 stars. Joann,jess,and the staff are amazing. Not going to bad mouth another store but I was dealing with an issue with a ring that the diamonds kept falling out and was not happy. Joann her customer service was on point and so professional to the point I returned that ring and doubled the quality and karat at REEDS but it was not the amazing ring that sold me it was how Joann made us feel like family. Much to my surprise, I was greeted with excitement and enthusiasm by the assistant store manager, Jessica. Not only did she take the time to research my return, but she cared enough to ask questions in order to make things right. Time was spent allowing me to see the store inventory, and making suggestions based off of my preferences (which she asked about). Although, it was time for store closing, I was never rushed or made to feel like my presence was an inconvenience. I chose to not make a haste decision, but agreed to return to the store on Saturday. Jessica took the time to call me on that day to make sure I was still coming to the store, because she truly cared about the customer being happy and satisfied. On Saturday, I was greeted again by Jessica and a second salesperson, Nannette, who exemplified superior customer service. Again, I was treated with patience and allowed to make a decision in my own time. I felt so special like Cinderella trying on her glass slipper.
