Best experience I have ever had in a jewelry store! Tony is THE MAN! My fiance and I are very pleased with our purchases! I drove from North Carolina three times to go to this store when I have one 15 minutes from my house in NC. Customer service matters.

After several visits to Helzberg, other stores, and online shopping, I chose to purchase a limited edition ring at Helzberg. The ring is absolutely stunning and I felt that I got bang for my buck. The staff and management were also extremely patient and helpful during the process. So helpful, in fact, that within 24 hours of my purchase, the price of the ring dropped $800 and Tony, the manager, processed a refund for the difference immediately. Thats the type of customer service that will definitely make me return.

Went to helzburg diamonds to get a ring sized that really means a lot to me. I was welcomed out loud by the two working . Which really makes you feel like your not a bother, .thats a big plus to me. The lady that helped me, her name was Alice and she was very very kind and very helpful. I would DEFINATLY suggest this store if you plan on getting good and friendly service . I will see them again !

Great store and staff!!!Now I know most jewelry stores are pretty much very similar. What you can find in one store you can find pretty much everywhere. Now custom work is very different, so I wont spend a lot of time speaking about that. this store however the personnel are very warm and approachable (not overbearing or pushy) and that has great value to me. When I walk in people speak and they let me know they are available to answer questions and to assist with my needs. And thats it they back off they dont hound me they dont follow me around the store. They simply let me know they are there and available. And to me thats five star...

Buy all my jewelry through them. Excellent service. Always totally honor their lifetime maintenance on their jewelry. Cleaning and inspections every six months or if requested sooner and repair or replacement of missing stones and defects in workmanship/materials. If cant fix, will replace with identical item or if no longer available, will replace with another item of your choosing at equal or greater value (you pay the difference). Can upgrade earrings to better/different/higher quality earrings with full value transfer/trade in of old pair. Excellent customer service. Even have different finance options with no interest due!!

Went to Helzberg to purchase a few Mothers Day gifts. Tony was great! Very knowledgeable and even offered to clean our wedding rings while we waited. Even when other people came in, they politely say acknowledge them while giving you the attention you need.

Very disappointed. Had my ring cleaned Friday evening and they Brock the ring and didnt say anything when he handed back to me. Now my ring us broken and so am I..

Received a diamond bracelet and earrings as a Christmas present. The bracelet comes in a standard 7 or 7.5 inch. It was to snug. Asked if they could order a 8 inch or show me what they have in an eight inch. I was told nothing in store or on-line came in 8 inches for women, but they could sell me a 8.5 in men.🤤. No! I want pretty feminine things. Well u can purchase 2 bracelets and pay to have them combined to fit 😤😤. No! Its bad when a woman cant find anything in a jewelry store that fits ! I had to credit my gift back to the account and leave with nothing . I feel like they discriminate against plus size women 🤤☹😞😤!
