Ordered a set that they Said they did not have in stock but would order. Waited two weeks, no word from store about arrival/delivery of our furniture. Went into the store to question and was told the manufacturer discontinued the set I ordered. I felt we should have been called! Store looked empty….. we were offered to look around and find something else in the store because they would not refund our money without taking out a restocking fee……WHAT THE HELL WE’RE THEY RESTOCKING?? They said I could have the one set, which was the one I ordered, but it has been sat on, squeezed, touched and manipulated by other shoppers! I asked for a discount because in my opinion, it was used. We were told because they had already given a veterans discount, they could not offer anything else!I would not recommend or go to this store EVER AGAIN!The person waiting on us was very short with us and downright rude! Hire better customer service people!

The person loading my Truck broke two pieces that hold up my plastic rails while loading up the mattresses. I didn’t notice it until i took the mattress off. I know it wasn’t deliberately done. Other than that they tied the mattress down well and made it home with any issues. I am going to see what the store does about this issue. I have to go back to buy another set ill be fine if they give me a discount on that set.

They had the bed frame I was looking for (at a very reasonable price, I might add) and they were friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in the door! It was a quick and easy transaction! Only give five stars though because their selection of the size headboards I might have looked at, was limited to only ONE. Thankfully I didnt HAVE to have one so it didnt negate the overall experience.

Ordered a couch and 2 recliners in November and Im still waiting on 1 recliner in April. I guess theyre waiting for the trees to grow for the wood but I wouldnt know because I dont get updates. Weekly info would be nice especially since Ive been waiting since NOVEMBER!

The worst furniture store ever. I have spent countless dollars with this business. I recently made another purchase and have been waiting for my order for over a month!! They give you no ETA on your order! How are you a furniture store with NO furniture in stock.! Sales reps has a nasty attitude as if they’re doing you a favor and you’re a PAYING CUSTOMER!!!

Ordered a bed and two night stands, took over 3 months to finally come in. Go to pick up my 3 items and when I get there the give me the bed, one night stand, and try and give me a scratch and dent off the floor. The manager Brandon then argues with me that it’s not scratched even after I point it out. He kept blaming the staff for being human and not accepting the fault, raised his voice at me and wasn’t willing to actually help expect tell me I would need to wait for another 3 months for my second nightstand to come in or take store credit, wouldn’t even offer the scratch and dent at a discount, no store credit for me because I’ll never buy from the company again.

Giving these people 1 star is being generous. My initial interaction was good but they are quite messy. Lies upon lies. Shady. They sold me a broken recliner loveseat ($699). I have made calls and sent emails for 3 months now. No resolution. I do not recommend this business! Spend your time and money elsewhere!

Have a product I cant even use that was order for me by a manager at the store, the wrong product was ordered,and delivered now im supposed to be responsible for paying someone to deliver it back to store and wait for them to send me a check in the mail. I paid cash in store I shouldnt have to wait for a check and I didnt pay for delivery so what should I have to pay to get it returned when its not even the correct item!!!!! Will not be doing that again!!!!

I’ve purchased from home decor back in early April late March first it took 4 months to get half of my order and I’m still waiting for the rest they never have a clear answer as if the don’t communicate with the merchandisers I’ve been VERY patient but this is beyond poor customer service I’m surprised that they are still in business this was my first and last time using their services😡

I came into the store to pick up a mattress I had on layaway and was also able to get a nice living room set. All of the staff were very helpful and the movers were great! Prices were fairly reasonable as well. I will definitely be getting more pieces from them in the future.P.S. It would be awesome if they also gave military discounts.

I would give this post 0 stars if i could. I purchased a living room set in May 2020. The couch was not available at the time, they did deliver the love seat. I PAID IN FULL understanding the couch would be delivered about a week later. Well its SEPTEMBER and still no couch. I go to the store and all I get told is its coming. 4 months later ... at this point I have asked for my money back a number of times just to be given the run around. Home decor has my money and I have no couch. Think twice before purchasing some thing not in stock, you may not get it. All I want is my money back asap.

The coffee tables and two end tables I ordered on Dec.2020 was supposed to be delivered directly to my home address I waited a month never seen anything went back to the store they say give it some time it’s coming I wired two more week’s I went back so I said can you all give my money back or find out where my merchandise I paid for they say I could not get no refund so it’s March and they finally email somebody to find out where stuff was at ...The email said want be shipped out until May 31 2021

DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM HERE!!!! I was furniture shopping and found a sectional I liked in the store. Was told the sectional would not be here until August so I only put down a $500 payment on it until it arrived. I left there and continued to look around found the same sectional cheaper at Ashley furniture store so I purchased it in full that day. Called home decor and told them and they had me come in to sign the paperwork to have my refund processed. I did that the same day. Was told they would be mailing me a check in 14 business days.....18 days later and NO REFUND....I call the store and BRANDON is clueless as to what I should do...claims he is the manager of the store so there is no one else I can talk to besides corporate and corporate office would be the only one to provide me info on my refund. He provides me a corporate number that goes straight to a recording! The recording tells you to text the number for immediate assistance. I have tried being patient with the business but My next move is the BBB because this is ridiculous!!!!!

I purchased a dining room table set and 2 box springs on 9/20/2020 and paid for delivery as well. On the morning of my delivery a representative from the store called to tell me that my dining room set was not in and was on order and they would call me once it came in and reschedule a delivery. Well it’s been over 2 weeks and I had to reach out to them and that’s when I found out the dining room table was in they told me that I would have to come in and sign a new delivery authorization form before they can deliver my dining room set, which I did and now they are saying I still have to wait for the driver of my dining room table set and they’re response was by the end of the week, which is unacceptable.

Very upset!!!!!! I order a 7 peice bedroom set. Got the run around for 6 days only got 3 items...then they tell me my items are in the store..a week later they still dont have my items.Now they saying 6 to 8 weeks for delivery!!!Very unprofessional lies on top of lies..

I would give a review of zero if it was an option. I’ve been waiting for my furniture for over 3 months! They will N-E-V-E-R receive another dime from me! When I requested a refund, the store manager became argumentative, stating I knew I had 7-10 days to request a refund. His argument was a mute point when I was told it would take approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery due to the pandemic. Over 3 months later, I’m still waiting.

I picked furniture out a month ago. They told me it would be there in 2 weeks. Here it is a month and a half later and no furniture was there or available except my kitchen table. Went to pick it up today and not available so they gave me the one that was on the showroom floor. Gave a 3 star because they St least gave me that. Theyre hoping my other furniture gets here at the beginning of the month.

The store was dirty. 3 people there and it could have been cleaning vacuuming and sweeping to get staples and screws on the floor.

The price that was posted above the mattress I wanted said $140/PC. After asking around I found the only person that could sell me the mattress that my Granddaughter had chosen. But, he was on the phone. So,,, we wait. About 10 minutes later, hes able to assist us. He then tells me that the price is $160 because Im not buying both pieces. Ok, whatever, he puts my information into his computer, rings up the mattress and now the correct sell price is $189, when I ask how, his reply is, I dont set the prices, Im just a cashier. Can it be delivered, I ask, umm no, but I know a company and its $75.I shouldnt have been in such a hurry, I should have shopped around.

Will never buy from here again. Ordered a livingroom set and for 2 months was told it would be coming just to be now told its discontinued. Wouldnt return our money made us find replacement in store. Prices are outrageous for a discount store better off going to a real furniture store and getting exactly what you want.

I had mad a payment the last of June and finished the payment the 1st of July for for a dinning room table goes to pick it up on the 1st and the table wasn’t in the store waited another week the table was not there then I tells them to refund my money back $379 and not get that back but today they tells me they never send my refund out and I could come get another table. So Unprofessional to me mind you I never got the table I wanted but the sales person name BRANDON WAS CERY HELPFUL TO ME MORE THAN THE CORPORATE OFFICE.

I wish i could leave them NO STARS! This has been the absolute worst experience furniture shopping. The DISTRICT MANAGER, Wes, was the person who assisted with my transaction. I came in April 24, 2020 and told them that I wanted the delivery by May 1st. I spoke with the MANAGER- Brandon, who told me that the order had closed. I only have a partial order! I had to drive from Richmond to Colonial Heights to address the issue and the DISTRICT MANAGER has not even acknowledged my presence. Instead, Brandon came to TRY to save the day and lied about my order being closed. At this point my money has been stolen and this issue needs to be rectified IMMEDIATELY!

Almost 2 months later and I still haven’t received the one little bed frame that I ordered. When you call, people are clueless. Due to COVID ... blah blah blah. We get it. It’s A pandemic. But how hard is it to keep customers informed? I guess because of COVID the phones don’t work. It could all be so simple. I wish I went somewhere else like I originally planned. Worst experience I’ve ever had when purchasing furniture. Don’t worry though because someone will comment “what can I do to make it right” how about give people what they paid for or call to keep them updated along the way instead of people wasting our time calling every other week given the runaround.

Was looking for a reclining loveseat and all of the furniture company’s had to order. Saw Home Decor Outlet online and found the loveseat I wanted and it was in stock at a great price so we hopped in the truck to go get it. We were greeted when we walked in and we made our purchase and they loaded it for me and we were out of there in about 30 min. Now that’s fast service. I highly recommend Home Decor Outlet.

I purchased a King Poster bed on 4/29/20, and was told that I could expect the bed within 2 weeks maybe 1 week. I was never told that this was an estimate and that it was a possibility that it could take longer. Every time I call to check on my order I get told a different delivery date. The last time I spoke to the manager Brandon which was the last week of May he assured me that my bed should definitely be here the following week. It is now 6/13/20 and I still have not received the bed and am now being told that it should be here in the next week and half. This has been truly inconvenient and unprofessional. If they know that they are delayed this far back they should inform you of this before you make your purchase. I also asked about a refund so that I can go elsewhere to purchase a bed so that I’m not having to lay my mattress on the floor every night and I was told by Brandon that I could only get a store credit which is unacceptable for merchandise that I’ve never received and was not told before I paid my money that my bed could take more than 2 weeks, it is now going on 2 months. No one has never once called me to inform me of the status of my order which leaves me under the impression that they feel that customer service is not an important factor to this company.

West has resolved our issues where we had decided not to deal with Home decor all together.After West heard our concerns and wanting to cancel he explain the process then ask how could he change our mind and he did I am Happy that someone understood.Now Im looking at applying to work at Home decor and give that great customer service as I received patience and all.

Every employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to pick some great quality furniture with their help. However, I had my two year old with me and they were very paitent and understanding w/ me as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone. You’ll get great service and furniture. It was the worst experience i ever had the customer service was trash i wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop with them they Dnt even try to give a care even when they wrong ! I place a 7 piece bed set on layaway in April paid it off in June 5 ain’t get it til July 17,20 i called everyday took several trips to the store change my set to another set and never was told it was a 5 piece instead of 7 same price so when i get it it’s no rails or anything with the items so I’m asking can i get the rails for Free or is there something they can do they said no it doesn’t come with it but i would’ve known if i was told when i switch over like they deadass careless and i gave all my jus to not have rails or foot board DO NOT SHOP HERE ‼️

The most unprofessional business that I’ve ever dealt with. Bedroom set delivered left in boxes and original packaging material. It was left in the room unassembled or placed where it needed to be. It was left up to me 5’3 with a bad back to move the huge boxes. I paid $75 for delivery to have these items just left without a care or a concern. If this is how your business is run then u guys should really reconsider your business practices. I’m so very disgusted and not to mention guess who hurts their back all over again? Me! Thank you home decor for the worst experience ever!
