They have some beautiful furniture for show but rarely have it in stock. An “order” is not an actual order. It places you on the waiting list for that particular item it and when it eventually comes in.

Its big lots, a big big lots. Big lots is always a 5 star rating.

They dont have alot of variety but good prices for what they have.

Store is south of town. Interior is updated, looking very clean and shopping aisles are well organized.

Kind and courteous staff with quick service.

I live near the local Big Lots and we go there a lot. The staff is always very nice, personable and helpful. I’ve made several larger purchases there (furniture, outdoor and indoor) and I’ve always been very happy with what I bought. Prices are usually really good too! They often have decent sales. Everything is always neatly organized and clean.My only complaint is that there isn’t a delivery service for large furniture.

The only thing I have against Big Lots is that they move items when their stock changes so it is often hard to find things. One week its over here, next time its way over there! I understand space and making the most of what you have, but honestly, it helps when you can find something you need without a lot of searching. Plus, the employees often dont know where to find items when helping you.

I always find something to purchase there.. affordable especially if you are tight on the budget.

Prices were more expensive than walmart and limited choices. Went for Furniture and specialty food and items, found nothing special, left with nothing, and that never happens...

Had a really great experience recently. It was a 20% off day and my parents bought a dining room set. My father and I had completely assembled everything except the table when we realized that the tabletop was damaged. We called and they were really nice, we were told we could bring in the tabletop and get the same style one. We wouldnt have to bring the entire set we had just finished assembling in. When we got there even though it was busy an employee was very helpful and fixed our problem in less than ten minutes. Great experience.

This is a pretty big Big Lots from what Ive seen. The furniture department is generously sized, very useful. The store is clean. It has a nice selection of seasonal items during the appropriate times of year. Nice establishment.

One of my favorite places to shop. If I cant find what Im looking for, an employee takes me right to it (not just pointing or telling). Prices and quality are at least as good as other big box stores.

You can buy so many things here

This store is great! They dont always have enough staff in the store but you can always find something to buy and if you go to a cashier she will find you someone to help you.

Good deals and solid staff, a bit gloomy but thats just the building itself and not due to the staff. Worth your time and money.

More spacious than other locations, and the coolers are in the center of the store, not after the checkouts like Detroit locations.

Cool store with good bargains! They do not carry everything, as they are a discount store. Friendly staff.
