I love Shirlie Witt! She turned made me a custom home made designed necklace after a broken engagement. She turned my diamond earrings and engagement ring to a custom cross necklace design. It was lovely and so symbolic of moving on and letting go and giving it to the Lord. I love it and could not believe she turned that jewelry I didnt know what to do with into something so gorgeous.She is really the kindest person and so professional and is amazing at helping your jewelry dreams come to life. I cant believe she made me a lovely cross necklace just from a idea we came up with together. She is the best of the best!!

Ive used them to appraise and repair my wifes engagement ring and both times they have been very professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. They also meticulously cleaned the ring both times.

My mother and I came in to fix a crack in the ring she had purchased from here. They told us that the costs to fix the ring were comparable to what the ring originally cost. When my mother declined and picked up the ring it was completely butchered. Part of the ring was missing and the owner was extremely rude when confronted. Customer service is completely awful!

Thanks to Jewelry Creations my daughter, in Hawaii, will NOT be getting the special cuff, in honor of her son who has autism, for Christmas. When we originally discussed the cuff I was told it would be ready by Dec 11th to go to the post office by 12th in order to reach Hawaii by Christmas. It is now the 12th and the cuff will not be ready until Mon the 16th. I asked for them to pay for overnight shipping and obviously this customer service is too much to be accommodated. Needless to say we parted ways with my cuff not being created. :(
