Halloween is the best holiday. With that being said, Spirit Halloween is my favorite store. And I often buy year round decor & stuff. 🧙🏻‍♀️ I got a beautiful mug and a new book for bullet journaling! The staff was friendly & super nice this year! No complaints. Happy Spooky Season everyone!

I told the person checking me out that no I did not want to donate money. I even told her no twice since she asked me a second time pressing the issue. And they still did it anyway. Watch your receipts. If I want to donate money I’ll do it for an organization of my choosing.

Lots of costumes. Good animatronics nice employees. A bit pricey tho.

Everything Halloween. I love this store.

They did not have many costumes for Fortnite that my boys wanted. The costumes are priced extremely high but the costumes are cute. I got a Thing 1-2 costume for $35 then had to buy the socks separately for $10. The costume is sturdy though so I will be able to use it for years.

The manager Jaz Jazmine, became extremely offended when I asked if the small selection of scary adult costumes is all that they had available, she came back with she designed the model for all of the spirit halloween stores and designed the inside of the stores, when I mentioned that the henrico location was setup differently she proceeded to say that they arent following the store model she designed and so on and so forth. Once my children (7) and (11) found costumes Jaz had walked over to the fitting room area and was telling me that my 2 small children should go in alone and try them on and that me and my wife wouldnt fit in there and that the fitting room was made of pegboard and was a safety hazard and if you touch or lean on it it would fall. So she wanted 2 small children to go into a fitting room made of pegboard that is dangerous that could fall down. She then said my wife could go in with them, once my wife and children are in the fitting room Jaz comes back there saying they didnt go into the exact fitting room # she said (all the other fitting rooms were empty at this time) I explained to her that its very disturbing to request 2 small children enter a fitting room alone...once we were at the register I asked the person checkin us out if Jaz was the manager and that I needed to speak with the manager to explain whats going on. Jaz was apparently within ear shot and she came up screaming and yelling her name is jazmine and to call and report her to guest services saying she designed all of the spirit halloween stores. She also had her teenage daughter at work with her and at one point was on her cellphone yelling in front of customers for whomever to come pickup her daughter. I have tried calling to tell spirit Halloween of this incident and havent been able to get through on the phone. This expierence was not only disturbing, but also quite scary. Also while my wife and 2 younger sons were in the fitting room. Me and my oldest teenage son were looking at costumes, Jaz followed us around muttering curse words and referring to me and my son as crackers and cracker, racism is disgusting. And this person made our entire costume shopping expierence uncomfortable and outright disturbing. We will not be doing business with this location of spirit halloween again And possibly not at all next year. This happened at the Colonial Heights, Va location at southpark mall, spirit store# 60933

White girl followed me around the store uncomfortably close and repeatedly touched me. Highly recommend walking out if shes there.

Well I havent had any problems with finding the location and I didnt have no bad experience.. I will be returning if yall are around next year!

Sign has multiple open and closed signs, including one that says Closed Until Further Notice. Not sure whats going on, or when theyll open.

Store is kinda hidden this year. And they dont really have anything cool that attracts people in. Its mostly stuff they had last year.
