We ordered a cookie cake. We showed up a few minutes early and the baker was very friendly and finished our cake as we waited. The cake turned out great !! A big THANK YOU TO THE BAKER, she did an amazing job.

Old cookies, poor attitude & quality of cookies have definitely diminished! Wouldn’t spend another penny here !

Hairs in cake.January 2016, hairs sanwiched in between icing and cookie cake. Meaning they were there before cake was decorated.Called management, lodged complaint, told to expect call from owner. Its been 2 weeks and I have not heard back.I would not recommend the Great American Cookie in Southpark Mall, Colonial Heights VA.
