I had to visit here to pick up some faxed forms and 12 sheets only cost me $5.00. They have excellent prices and great products. Very clean store. Helpful employees. I will be going back. Covid restrictions are in place.
It took a long while to get acknowledged. It clearly appeared as if I was being avoided. When presenting my printing project, it was explained to me on more than one occasion that I could do it myself and it would be cheaper. The store associate assisting me had to be summons away from another associate, having casual conversation. The total experience was FRIGID. I in the future I would seek alternatives. I wouldnt recommend or discourage. It couldve been the staff or the day. I believe in second chances. I would like to think Im a fair person.
Fantastic in-store printing services! We needed a banner same-day and they did an awesome job.
A very convenient place to get things done. Need office supplies? ✔ Need things printed?✔ Need to ship merchandise? ✔ The cashiers always greet you when you walk in but the other employees seem busy with stocking to say hello or check in with you. Sometimes you have to track someone down for assistance but overall that wont stop me from shopping here.
Item I was looking for was not easy to find as there were no associates in the area and shelves were tossed around but when I did stop someone, she was very helpful.
Rude old white lady behind the counter thinks word rotates around her....few more pounds and it might start.
This Staples is way better than the other ones. Emi was a huge help with me in getting my papers printed fast as I didn’t know what I was doing. She is a great asset to your store!
Greeted by staff at door, down aisles and at register area when done shopping. Store was neat, clean and well merchandised. New signing for new items was kind of cool, drawing your attention to those displays. Manager engaged me with personality-not because he had to.
Had to make copies of guest maps while waiting for our shipment to come in and was in store about every week to two weeks. Usually spent around $70, until the last time when I paid nearly double for the exact same amount of copies Ive always gotten. There was no resolution when I raised the concern that it was the same order but double priced. Poor customer service. I will not return to this store.
Had 15 minutes to buy a computer chair for my studio. A sales person arrived quickly to the chair section. I had settled between 2. He offered a price match I was not aware of on one of the chairs. Sold! He carried box to counter and then loaded it. I will return.
Looking to buy a laptop and they were so helpful and informative. They were out of stock on the one I chose and Dan (store mgr) offered to pick it up at another store on his way to work!! Thats service. Steve set up the computer and was great to work with!! Love this store!!
Rude cashiers witnessed the lady who I believe was the manager ask a subordinate if he was done helping the customer with the outside furniture so he could pick up a customer service line..... why rush a sale to do something you could have done store was far from clean never going to this staples again Id rather travel the extra 10 miles to go to the one in Chester

I go here for school supplies. Everyone seems pretty helpful and friendly. Kind of pricey for other goods. I dont see why it is so low rated. My mom prints stuff all the time here in a timely manner.
Gary in printing was great. He handled the multiple requests from the many visitors flawlessly. Staples need to work on ensuring hes well supported.

Customer service starts from the top down. I witnessed the manager, Laura, talk down to employees and then made a facial gesture to a customer regarding the employee. I was blown away. When she made eye contact with me, realizing that I saw the entire incident she called another cashier to assist. This experience was disgusting to me. And I really feel sorry for the employees working under her.
I went in to buy a laptop and I explained to the salesman that I was going to use laptop for school and I didnt need all the bells and whistles. My primary concern was to be able to organize my notes. He said he didnt have anything and he couldnt help me. He didnt ask any investing questions, he didnt attempt to show me a basic model. Terrible. Hiring a warm body isnt the same as having a salesman. Staples would be better off being self serve.
I love this store. I shop here all the time. The cashiers are friendly & so are the managers. I took my computer to have it checked out. I told him what I suspected was wrong & he said I was right without charging me the $75 fee. I have had several orders sent to the store & so far I havent had any problems. I recommend Staples to my friends & family.

Store has a good back to school sale going on and salespeople are very helpful and friendly.
Average experience and lacking in customer service. I came into the store and am the first customer for self service right as the door opens. All network servers are of course not working for self help or havent been rebooted so I ask the woman for assistance. At which time a couple customers come after me. She proceeds to help them and not me for another 10 minutes telling me to wait as she helps everyone else. After helping three customers she says now what can I help you with. I tell her I need to make a couple copies. She then makes excuses why the 4 copiers dont work and how them being serviced is a low priority ect ect. Truth be told I dont need to know an excuse as a customer I just want to know if I can make copies. A better way to handle situations when your systems arent working or you have yet to turn them on is simply by saying let me help you over here or Ill fix that for you and get it taken care of. When you degrade the capability of your tech folks to service equipment it looks bad to your entire store. Its poor taste. Secondly, help customers in the order they come in.

This place is a complete joke for any printing needs. Needed a simple blueprint printed. After waiting over half hour for it was told I had to come back later in the day to pick it up.
Absolute worst customer service, as a boss needing to get important documents handled they conveyed no interest to assist in the printing and handing of these papers and insisted i use the personal computer and printer instead of the nicer paper in which I requested. Deplorable service.!

Placed on hold for 30 mins. They lost about 7,500.00 worth of work. I usually make an order every 3 to 6 of this size due to my corporations demands. The hiring standards should be met with standards.

I am a business owner and run other businesses in a management aspect. As such the experience I had today was horrible and I found out that any issues with that places directly falls on the manager that has a chip on her shoulder. She has a very smart mouth. I will no longer take my business to staples and will recommend against it. I will be contacting their corporate office on Monday.
Its okay they have alot of school and work things but they dont sell my ink no more so i had to go print 28 pages and they printed the wrong thing and only printed 3 and charged me 28 dollars and said i was on the computer for 6 minutes but was on there for 2 minutes now im on hold i was on hold for 25 minutes just to see how much something cost

👎👎👎👎👎 bought register tape had the wrong size left the used roll went back and purchased a $42 package that was the right size and they will not return the $15 package because the roll was missing when clearly I have no use for that register tape then the guy going to say see you soon cuz he knew I had to come back
