If I could give location negative stars I would! I am very dissatisfied by the customer service. I was questioned, humiliated, and lied to. The store manager refused to grant me to use my military discount and rewards b/c he wasn’t informed that they offered either and thought I was trying to pull a fast one. This location will never get my business and neither will recommend anyone shopping here!!!

By far the rudest store in the mall they dont greet customers as they enter every shoe you need we aint got it the store looks amazing but that doesnt resonate with the employees. The manager saw me notice he told his employee just to tell him we aint got it then he said double check Im not sure how they even make sales goals with such a rude staff

Went there yesterday to purchase some shoes and as the customer I felt like I was a burden to the staff! They were so engulfed in a conversation with a guy that I had to come to them and ask for a specific shoe size! And to make matters worse, I was the only customer in the store 😩! The selection was pretty good, but the customer service definitely needs help!!!

I wanted to buy shoes. I listened to the girl working talking to her friend on the phone for 20 minutes and nobody ever greeted me. I can find these same shoes elsewhere. They arent held accountable to any level of customer service and you can tell. Bad experience.

Horrible place and service. Ghetto emoloyees that refuse to assist or even want to work. Workers had terrible conversation on the floor instead of helping customers.

I bought a pair of shoes that had a factory defect. They wouldnt let me return them because it was more than seven days when I discovered it.

These females are rude as hell!!...They all need to be replaced even the manager...They wouldnt even give me my money back when I tried to make a return and 7 days havent even past!!! NEVER SHOP THERE!!!!

Worst store ever been customer service n manger are rude n will threaten you.. talks crap about you with you standing there.. to shop there you may need police asstiance.they dont stand behind their product
