Took over 30 days for the service department to change a flat tire. Took them so long that the cars battery had to be jumped when picking up the car. The battery is less than a year old. Do not recommend. My service manager would not call me back, and he voicemail was always full

Michael Stith was awesome 8n his dedication to serve me. I felt confident that my Rav4 was in good hands. He ensured I had transportation to and from to avoid messing up my work schedule. Even compensated a late pick up with cleaning the inside of my vehicle. I couldnt have asked for better service from my maintenance scheduled at Loyalty Toyota. I pray hes always apart of their team. Hes honest and considerate of others.

This place .I would never buy from them again.so sweet to you high presure sales you say you want to think about it and they just get someone else to come over to convince you to buy. Dont go when you are tired and its late for sure .after you buy. They are tottally deffent toward you also..and when you think you have a good deal .watch out .they just put more mouths on to it.guess we shouldnof read over it better but they had closed and there we sat .buyers remorse the very next day.

Pushy, obnoxious, and rude. They will do their very best to push you into a car that you dont want while charging you $900.00 to condition (clean) the car. Go to Hyman Brothers in Midlothian. They know what true customer service is!

Good service and didnt have to wait long. Only issues l have is the price is a little steep for services and parts. You better off going to auto zone or whatever and get someone to put it on for you or have to spend a arm and a leg or 2 to purchase from the dealership. I had to get a filter for $74 plus taxes not included with labor and l couldve gotten it for under $15. Windshield wipers $60 bucks and $20 at auto zone and they put it on for free. I might have to go get a second job just to pay for services that l need to be done to my vehicle or just go somewhere to get it done alot cheaper.

Was speaking on facebook with a rep for a promotion they were doing giving $4000 for any..trade in..running or not. I specifically asked before going up there did the car have to be in running conditions and was told it didnt matter. The next lie I was told was did that $4000 go toward the used cars we were looking at that was displayed on the link and site and was again told yes.Now upon getting there and speaking to an actual salesman. Non running car the most theyd give towards their used car was $500..the $4000 only applies to new car sales.Was not trying to buy a new car ..total waste of time and lies just to get you up there

I didnt go in intending to buy a car. I traded in my Volkswagen with their cash for clunkers promotion. Everyone there is so helpful by answering my questions and making sure they put me into a car I love! If youre looking to buy a new car dont look any further. Nissan is the place to go! The lady that helped me was one of the nicest people, she got me a rental car at no charge and I didnt even know that I could get one. Super nice and very very knowledgeable and made my experience quicker than any Ive ever been through. She is definitely an asset to the company and I hope that they know it .

Service today was great! In for a Oil change and inspection and was out in about 40-45 min to include check-in and check-out. The service staff was very relaxed and calm while enjoying their soft tones. Wow, this is a change from when previous service manager was there. Keep smiling and providing A1 service.

The salesman, Mr. Lewis was awesome....my issues was with other staff. Before, I came out I did the credit application online..I talked to someone and told them my situation....she promised me up and down, left and right they would work with me... I told her upfront, because I do not like wasting anyones time...I get to the dealership...all of sudden its issues with what I told them over the phone.... wasted 2 hours of my time.....

I had the privilege of getting some help from a wonderful supervisor who knows her priorities. I had a minor issue with my license plate and she took charge in her busy day directed me to the service where the issue could be taken care of. When i drove to the service area they checked me in which is the proper protocol at which time the Service Advisor Charles Flowers handled the intake concerning my car. Charles sure knows his stuff and with people like Sam who knew exactly how to get in the back where the license plate is and retrieve the nuts without any damage to the vehicle. So in ending a part was ordered at no cost to me. What a wonderful bunch of people and thank GOD for those people in place. They should be commended for a job well done starting from the supervisor than Charles and Sam. Thank-you! M. ANTHONY

Well it was a great place to go to, I bought my car from Priority 6 years ago and they give you free oil changes for as long as you have the car. I use to tell my family, friends, and co-workers about them and how they take care of you and your vehicle. But I will no longer be going back to them anymore. I took my car to them a little over a month ago to get the usual oil change. I drive 45 mins out to them because I trusted them. But that day was different, they give me my car back after a few hours, which was longer than usual, and told me my engine light was on that I should get my engine checked. But I said that was weird because it wasnt on when I drove there. But they said their mechanic noticed it when he got into the vehicle. So I tried to leave but my car stalled as soon as I pulled out of my parking spot. I had to wait a few mins to turn it back on and pull back in the parking spot. I walked back inside to figure what they had done. I told them there was no way my car was like that because I drove 45 minutes out there. I would have noticed at some point that my engine like was on. But they said there was nothing they could do because it wasnt a Nissan and the mechanic said the engine light was already on. I have never been in this situation before and I hope no one else goes through this. But after an hour of trying to figure out what to do with them I gave up and had it towed. Turns out, I was told from two different mechanic shops, that my engine was oil starved which the engine was running without oil and they must have forgotten to put it in there. Which is why it might have taken them longer with my car. So to sum it up. My car has been in the shop for over a month now, waiting on a used engine, while I am trying to find money to make payments for the engine. I should have never taken my car off the lot, I should have spoke with the general manager, and should have taken this to court. Instead I get screwed over and have to figure out how to make ends meet while Im driving a loaner until I can get my car back on the road. Please dont end up like me. Take pictures of your car before you give it to them so you have proof of evidence against them in court. If you have read this far thank you for your time and let others know as well.

Found the car I could not do without! I had been driving my 2003 Mercury since 2003. I truly loved that car and never had any problems with it. But I let it go to a wonderful 90 Year old who I knew loved it as much as I did! I purchased a 2015 VS Passat, 40,000 miles fully loaded with leather seats. Beautiful kepted car! I really hope this car is as reliable as my Mercury!

Todays experience was a little disappointing. We had a 9 appointment to do our autobutler only. arrived at about quarter to 9 and we never got our car until noon. And then I went and asked the the assistant if the car was ready and she said that she thought we were a drop off and not waiting for the vehicle. She also said she had made attempts to phone us and I have no attempt no notice of her calling my phone at all for that reason I cant rate this day very high. We have for the most part been very satisfied with the services we received at Priority Nissan

I didnt have a problem with the place, or the personnel, but, because Im one of those ppl who didnt read the entire contract, I didnt know that with Priorities For Life it comes with conditions, and some of those conditions are that in order to stay within the guidelines, you will have to pay for some of the so-called benefits of having your vehicle covered for life! That was an eye opener for me, and a lesson well learned!
