Just helped my son buy his 1st brand new ( not used) car and of course went to see the best dealers in the 🌎 CMA aka Colonial Honda in Chester, VA👍As always saw my Credit Boss/Hero Keith Adams and Timothy Dr. Watson and was overjoyed and completely satisfied that they were available to help my son through the process of making one of the biggest purchases in his young life. They explained and answered everything! Im an over protective, over bearing (at times) momma bear and was able to let down my guard knowing my son was in good hands. If I was not available I would send my children there in my absence and be completely comfortable that I wouldnt have to reach out and. touch anyone for taking advantage of my child. 😄I miss Malcolm Leach but was happy for my son even though we met with someone new.Love Colonial Honda 4 life!!!

I was VERY satisfied with the service I received at Colonial Hyundai. I had previously had all of my car repairs handled by the Hyundai dealership on W.Broad in Richmond. In talking to a coworker with the same model as mine, he mentioned what he had paid for repairs at Colonial and I found that the dealership I went to was charging over a $130 more to get the same thing done.So needless to say I took the ride over to Colonial. The customer service ladies Summer and Kim were great to deal with. My car is running great and I saved some money.

I really dislike when salespeople dont answer questions. I want upfront pricing. I dont want to wait until you get in the office to get details. Office staff needs a refresher course on paperwork.

They were honest and fair in their problem diagnosis. We opted not to proceed further with additional repair work, but if I were looking to buy a new car, I would definitely pay them a visit.

Getting my car serviced is very easy here. Walk ins are welcome between 10am and 2pm. I dont squabble about costs because, honestly, you get what you pay for!

I have now had several months in my new 2018 Kona and wanted to follow up on my review. First...before I review the vehicle I want to reemphasize how courteous and helpful my salesman was...Doc Hearns. He has stayed in touch enough to ensure my satisfaction. He also gave me excellent advice on where to have a high-end audio system installed...Audio Express. Doc is great...as is his support Kendi. I have to say...and this is a first...even the Finance Manager was a real gentleman.As for the Kona...it is more than I could have wanted. I am delighted with how it handles, the gas mileage is great. I guess the Kona itself would be great wherever you get it...but I highly recommend Colonial Hyundai and Doc Hearns. Thanks.
