Theyre OK, definitely not the cheapest place to get things. The best thing is that they have great T-shirts for $5, but their sizes vary wildly! In one shirt a Large fit great, tried on another that was an XXL, and it wouldnt go on past my shoulders. Its weird.

Associate completed my survey without my input. Dont boost the numbers. Help customers out in a timely fashion and the great reviews will follow. I had to wait for the associate to finish the customer before me survey before I could even go to a ready and open self checkout.

I love this store. They have cute things for children to do like painting supplies and alot of other art supplies they also have a good selection of pet toys and electronic stuff. They have a little bit of everything and all at very low prices. If you have never been I would recommend it as somewhere to check out.

Love this store but they have changed everything IS NOT 5 dollars and below...Some items are above $5 and up to $10.

Store is always well organized and clean but sucks waiting 5mins in line for an employee to get done texting and scream next and then still wait 2 mins as she stares at her phone puts it down and still never once acknowledges you.....

Their “Halloween squishmallows” had a terrible selection. Only the 3 inch small squishes, I was told the usual bigger squish they have in the bins. Very disappointed and waste of my time.

Being honest, My family and I LOVE this store. We mainly use five below for a reward store.. even us adults mommy and daddy like to get a few things we need and like there. We also love the activity stuff, games, and even stuff for my drawings. Keep up t hey good working

I was thrilled going into this place with very little money and came out with several gifts for 3 children. And by the way the mother said the children absolutely loved their gifts.

I absolutely LOVE my cozy pajamas set! It keeps me a little to warm at times but the real winter weather hasnt hit yet so I know when it comes Im going to be fine. I cant begin to tell yall how the booties feel. My sons are always taking them off my feet and wearing them. Look, go to Five and below and buy you a set. They have it in grey and burgundy I believe. With Christmas around the corner your Love one is going to be in Heaven! I promise!

This store has lots of cool and useful stuff and everything is $5 or less. My daughter picked up some nice headphones for school. The also have a great candy selection!

Found the workbooks that I wanted for my children to use while on Summer break and a collapsible hamper and a couple other things. The gentleman at the register was great. He was polite, asked how I wanted a few things and neatly placed my items in a single bag. The store wasnt messy and the atmosphere was nice.

Nice store to buy quite a bunch of different things. There are times when Ive gone in, and its clean, and orderly, and others when its a bit chaotic, and things are all over the place. I will say that the employees are great, though. I had to return, and exchange some things, and had no problems at all.

Starting with the staff, youre going to get a mixed bag. Some of them are friendly but not helpful. Some of them are helpful but not friendly. And the rest are neither helpful nor friendly. But you dont really go to a Five Below for the staff, now, do you?As for the product selection here, Ive been to better Five Belows. They sometimes have some new neat stuff but mostly its the same old- same old pink earbuds and useless children toys. But seriously, what were you expecting?The place is a MESS, thats for sure. Things are thrown all over the place and trying to find something here sometimes feels like digging through a colorful landfill. I dont think they ever tidy things up. But, again, its Five Below? You get what you plan on paying for.

Items here are always guaranteed adorable or affordable, and staff is friendly. Ive seen items here that cost three times what theyre asking for elsewhere (Amazon, eBay, etc.). One thing I have to suggest is if you see something you like, buy it because it will sell out over the weekend! I learned that from experience! Great toys for the kids, good selection of candy, and the seasonal items are great. I personally like the home decor offerings and occasional t-shirt I can score for myself or family.

You can find some super cool things and things you really need here all for five dollars or less. Only thing is the lines cam get a little long because the store is so popular.

Majority of the associates are probably still in high school so they dont have the attention span needed to give decent customer service. Lucky for us its only a dollar store.

It was awful experience I went in I paid cash went to my car it wouldnt fit in the car so I took it back and they told me I had to get a gift card I couldnt get my cash back I will never go in that store again
