Had to get my car towed up to the colonial heights jiffy lube location due to a stripped drain plug. They fixed my car free of charge and made sure I was safe to drive my car! 10/10 recommend! Won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you guys again!

My first time there, got an oil change windshield Wiped fluid levels checked air pressure checked front floorboards vacuumed and I was in and out in about 20 minutes, I couldnt ask for better service better convenience or friendly or staff and I will definitely be returning

I was told that the price for oil change was $99.00. But when I went to pay they wanted over $140.00. They said my truck used, 8 quarts of oil. They should have known that before they gave me a price. They collect information on the vehicle that should let them know that. If I had known they would charge that much I wouldnt have had them change the oil. I would have went somewhere where you are given the right information upfront. Thats the last time I will use your company for service.

I love this place. I’ve been here a couple of times and each time they are quick, friendly, and professional. One time my serpentine belt made a little bit of noise (I think it was from splashing water) but to be safe I asked them to look at it. Instead of pushing me to replace it they said it looked fine.

I called ahead for pricing and timing information for air conditioning maintenance. The price given over the phone was right on target and it took less time that originally estimated. The facility was clean and all of the employees were professional and super friendly. Ryan did great work because my car feels much better. The service writer who’s name I didn’t catch was also very friendly and provided a coupon book for future services. It was an overall great experience and I’m sure I’ll return, coupon book in hand.

Victoria is beyond professional and accommodating. I had my oil changed at the end of the day on a Sunday and didnt wait more than 20 mins! Also, they vacuumed my car out and cleaned the windows for free! Will return!

Great service and very quick oil change

I was just expecting to get an oil change, but Victoria told me i also needed an air filter. Oil was not in stock when i arrived, but i got everything done in 30 mins!!!! I love this place. I love the service and courtesy they provided to every customer waiting with me. I’ll be back for sure. ☺️

Quick, easy, not cheap. I paid $85 for oil and filter change. But, it was quick and easy, so definitely worth it. Same day service, no appointment needed. Just show up.

Ive been here multiple times and they have been above awesome. This time however, they were very unprofessional. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and a tire leak checked. They said they could not check the tire they could only fill it with air and that they STRONGLY recommended that we do NOT rotate the tires and only to do the oil change. While doing the oil change someone NOT in uniform whos car was also in the bay helped them and drove OUR car out when finished neither of our cars will be back.

First time last month coming here for an oil change! I LOVE THIS PLACE ALREADY!!! They had me in and out in all of 25 minutes!! Going back soon...got to keep my Jeep Wrangler in good condition! 😁

They told me they could have my oil changed in 10-20. Which they did. I use jiffy lube in NC and they pulled my car right up with no issues but claimed they didn’t see the 20% off I was supposed to get or the military discount. Over $50 later my oil indicator is still there and they didn’t even top off my washer fluid. It’s still empty but they checked off they did it on my receipt. So they probably didn’t top off any other fluid. At this point I wonder if my oil was even changed. Since my car doesn’t have a dip stick I can’t even check the color of my oil to see if it was indeed changed. The oil change was quick, a little too quick which makes me question it even more.

Went for a oil change. A week later oil light notification came on. Took the car back up there and they claimed it was nothing wrong and that they had changed my oil. I am now having problems and had to take my car to the dealership where I should have taken it to begin with. They told me I needed my oil changed. Cheated out of $100 + dollars. I will be disputing with my bank.

Mike at this location had an amazing attitude and was so helpful even though it was pouring rain outside, they were super busy with multiple cars, and even though they were closing soon.

The staff here is exceptionally kind and patient. My car has been in storage for almost a year and multiple problems sprang up when it was time to use it again.But the staff was able to get my car fixed quickly and patiently as new issues with the vehicle kept appearing. Plus, everyone was friendly, so it was a pleasant experience.

The young woman had to stop her technician from putting the old air filter back in my car after I asked her to slide over out of my view because I was watching as well. I visited this location about a few days ago for my very first time. I had a family emergency come up, resulting in me having to travel out of town the following morning. I was greeted by a bubbly girl name Kelsey, She was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. She explained the difference in the oil choices to help me navigate the best oil decision for my Hyundai. When I told her the price was more expensive than I was use to paying at the dealership she offered a $12 coupon. After about 15 mins of being there she called me to the counter to go over my vehicle. She showed me both my cabin & engine filter, explaining in great detail what each one was, there importance, & where they were located. Coupons were offered for both! The rest of the staff was fast & efficient. I will definitely be returning. Kelsey went above & beyond to help me understand everything that was going on with my vehicle & answering all my questions with no hesitation. Best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time.

It was great its good to get maintenance done on your car

So I went to this jiffy lube the other day. Absolutely the worst. I paid $315, They left my car in worse shape than when I took it there. The guy that was working on my car took more time going out and puffing his swisher sweet than actually doing anything with my car. They had told me that my brakes needed bled, which they would charge another $100 so I said that is crazy Ill do it myself. When I got home I bled the brakes and there was still issues. And my parking brake is broken. If you have a business or ever think about going there like I did. DONT YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TO MUCH.

High pressure sales .said my car required synthetic oil.and I use covental then as I was checking out the lady askedif I understood the risks?

Top rate. Had to wait a bit but no problem.unusual happened, car battery died and I couldnt move into the bay. Your employee came out with battery charger and it started right up. She still had me out within the 15 minutes. She went above and beyond her job.

Will never go back to them again. Went in for a tune up. When I left car was shaking and you could smell oil which you didn’t smell at first. At this point I pretty much need a new vehicle. And they told me it wasn’t anything that they could do about it. I got cheated out of $140.

I came here for an oil change & I received horrible customer service. None of the employees wear masks during a global pandemic, but still walk up to you in your vehicle. I refused to get out during services because I was very uncomfortable. They allowed me to remain in my vehicle upon request & I appreciated that. The woman who “helped” me was very rude & impatient despite me being kind & respectful the entire time. She spoke to me as if I was irritating her when I did nothing, but ask for an oil change. When I would ask questions about my service or decline extra services, she would give smart remarks & become even more impatient as if I was inconveniencing her day. The rest of the workers’ customer service was fine, but I will never return because of how I was treated by this woman.

This was my first time visiting this location and I was not pleased with the service I received. The girl named Kelsey at the front desk seemed to have an attitude because I wanted to use a groupon coupon and she also started cleaning the windows in the office while I was sitting near the door and instead of spraying the towel she used to wipe the windows she sprayed the window and the spray got on me. I also watched her take out the trash and not take the already used trash bag out so instead of replacing it she left it in there and during COVID 19 i feel like that just was not sanitary. Overall the guys there seem to be very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly but I was not pleased with Kelsey and I do not think I will be visiting this location again!

The Manager, Mike, was extremely professional and helpful in assisting me with an engine issue after my oil change. He immediately called a nearby Jiffy Lube in Chester, VA and coordinated with their manager to check my vehicle. The customer service was excellent and quick coordination resulted in a fixed master air flow sensor and a happy customer.

So Im kinda torn.... Went in this morning for an oil change, when my car was out of the bay a tech came over to fill my coolant. I used a Groupon with thepackagedeal, although my vehicle didnt look to have been vacuumed. I had to ask was everything ok, because I didnt get a run down until right before I had to pay out. Not mad and not totally impressed, I guess my best advice would be to make sure the work is actually done before marking completed, because its not accurate. Folks come in expecting to get excatly what they pay for.

She has been very informative, positive, friendly, and overall extremely professional. Moreover, the team of mechanics moves fairly quick and my wait time was actually less than 30 minutes shorter than they estimated. I call the store at 4:40pm to verify their closing time. The receptionist told me they closed at 7:00pm. I arrived at the store a 5:50pm and they told me they were closing up and got me to return at 8:30 the next day. They had no reason to close. No cars were in the shop. I was the only one there. Piss poor customer service. I will be calling corporate.

Go somewhere else. Anywhere!I went in for a signature service (oil change), transmission service (flush, new filter & fluids), tire rotation, and a renewed sense of confidence in my vehicle.Thats not what I got.I arrived, was escorted to the holding pen and waited for 15-20 minutes before anyone spoke to me. When they did, it was a VERY quick reading of their on screen check list. I had to ask them to repeat the information twice, slow down, & clarify whether they were asking me a question, because at that point I had no idea.After it was all said and done and once I got home. The oil was changed, but the original oil filter was still on the car (I know because I put that one on). No transmission service was done, because they said they didnt have enough fluid to do it. They didnt check the air filter (i had to tell them too). And while I was there, another woman complained that her car was not vacuumed out (also part of their advertised Signature Service).
