I want to give a huge thank you to Jay, supervisor at the Chesterfield Town Center store. He went above and beyond with customer service when he personally wrapped our candle and holder that was a gift for someone special. Jay did a beautiful job wrapping and then gave us a discount on the purchase. We appreciate everything Jay did to make our visit to his store special.

Came to the mall today in the city Im visiting. Swong by Bath & Body Works because they had an amazing sell going on. If you buy three products you can get two free, or you can buy two products and get one free. They also had a whole bunch of amazing smelling candles buy white barn that I had to grab one of them. It smells like somebody pick it in the kitchen it was so amazing they had it burning in the store so I decided to buy one. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful it almost felt like there was somebody to help everybody. I definitely plan on coming back again before I get on my plane they at.

Absolutely LOVE Bath & Body Works stuff. Best lotion and fragrances around hands down. I spend WAY too much money here but its worth every penny. Wont buy my stuff anywhere else.

This place is only lacking in mens products. It is very limited. But for women it is a great place.

Bath & Body Works has some of the best fragrances at a very reasonable price. I always rack up when they have sales. The store is always clean and organized, and the customer service is top notch. I absolutely love this place.

I was verbally threatened by an employee at the Southpark Mall location. I have shopped at Bath and Body Works for over 20 years and NEVER been treated so horribly. This lady snatched a candle out of my hand because they were closing in 5 minutes. I ran in to grab 1 thing. There were still people shopping. When I walked out she loudly said She bout to get backhanded Even my son was shocked. I cannot believe shes employed with your company. I emailed B&BW and have heard NOTHING! I hate to leave bad reviews but this was incredibly rude and also a bit scary. This store is going downhill. And the other employees laughed along with her. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

Had to wait in line to get in, mask is required! They were crazy busy and store was crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were out of some things I wanted so had to order online and pay shipping. Still a good experience.

They had an excellent sale just in time for Christmas that started early morning I did not arrive till late evening. All body products were $4.95 each. The staff was very friendly and kind and helpful although their shelves were kind of bear. I was able to find everything that I needed with the help of one of the associates.

Went here with my daughter about a week ago. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Werent too pushy or in your face about anything, but were there when you had questions. One of the employees even laughed and joked around with my daughter and me. Definitely do recommend this Bath & Body Works in South Park Mall.

I love this place! the displays are beautiful and well set up. the variety of scents in lotions, candles, soaps, aromatherapy, sanitizers, and hair and skincare products is too amazing. the sales are frequent and well-priced. its wonderful how many products I can get and how much money I can save, all at the same time. I loving buying items as gifts, but moreso as treats for myself!!

Bath&Body is my go to for hand sanitizers. Always well stocked and clean. The staff is always knowledgeable about their scents and inventory. A cashier has even filled me in on a promotional buy so that I could take advantage of it before completing checkout. I have not encountered long lines. Returns/exchanges are easy.

This place is too packed and the candle selection is small. I still love bath and body works but they should invest in a standalone building.

I love it...Today they have a good special day with skin care products at 4.95...

Im like a kid in a candy store EVERY time I go in there!! I would seriously buy the whole store if I could! Lol

The rest are was very nice very respectable and ask if they can help me and greeted me leaving and coming. They were dressed appropriately and clean for a customer atmosphere. They also suggested some items for upsell which made me reconsider what I was buying and buy some more stuff.

I got out without spending any money. Good luck to any one else. The procedure and scents are spectacular!!!

This is my absolute favorite place to buy hand soap and hand sanitizer. They make the best smelling products. The soap is effective leaving hands clean, soft amd sweet smelling. Same with hand sanitizer. Broad range of scents. Some that smell like mens colonge. Candles that smell super awesome. Also the body spray is wonderful. I highly reccomend Rose Quartz.
