My first experience with UPS Collinsville and dropping off a return to Amazon. I had no clue of what to do first and a young man named Gavin steps up and within seconds I had my receipt for the return in my hand. Ill remember this experience. Thank you Gavin!!!

I have been here a few times now and always been treated with kindness and respect. All the employees are very helpful as well. They don’t make you feel rushed and they aren’t miserable and rude, which makes such a difference! Gary, especially, has always been very kind and helpful!

Had a great experience with the women sales associate in the UPS Store. I was sending my daughter a valentines gift and she was wonderful. She asked questions and explained everything about the shipping process. I definitely be back.

I use several UPS stores and the service is generally okay but nothing special. However, this one is much better and based on other reviews I dont think my experience was out of the ordinary. Mary greeted me upon arrival and handled everything promptly in a very professional manner. Her customer service skills are great.

Went in to drop off a package, postage was already paid for. I forgot my label and asked if they could print it. I figured it might cost a dollar to do so. The lady told me it would be $2.10 + tax to print off a label. Thats nearly half of the shipping cost. Had I paid for the shipping in store, they wouldnt have charged me for a label. Why is it that if I didnt use my own paper and ink, I have to pay even more?Ill take my shipping elsewhere.
