This Walmart is so much better than the full size Walmart. It is very clean and organized here. They have a decent size and selection of good fruits and vegetables. They have everything I need in the pork, chick and beef section. The frozen section is large and has a lot to choose from. From a grocery perspective, this Walmart has almost everything that a full size Walmart has. I try to shop here if I need to go to Walmart for something.

A little cramped since they were stocking shelves during the busiest time of the day. But I got what I needed and all the employees seem to be nice and helpful.

Nice old school car wash. Everything is kept up-to-date and in good working condition. Prices are more than affordable and its very clean. I felt safe washing my car there. I didnt have to spend half my time checking my mirrors and waiting for someone to run up on me . I was able to keep my firearm in the glove box which is more than I can say for some car washes Ive been too in stl 🤷‍♀️

Love being able to shop and not be in a football stadium. Only issue was they seemed to be out of quite a few things. Otherwise a good place to shop.

Smaller then a Super Wal-Mart.More focused on food then anything else.

This used to be a much better Walmart, until they got a different manager. Now, they are routinely out of things and it doesn’t seem like any employees in the store can be bothered to stock things. Really frustrating, especially when the Supercenter here is basically a Russian Roulette of “am I going to be physically harmed because people be crazy?”

It was extremely small but I loved the design of the front of the building and the shrubbery was awesome but overall the inside was very limited

Love the neighborhood market for a quick stop to pick up things I need. Selection is a bit more limited than other stores of comparable size but still a good variety of items and brands to choose from. Be wary of expiration dates of eggs and dairy items. Ive purchased expired eggs and milk a few times. Other than that, no complaints.

The burgers used to taste great. What happened. ???Burgers now taste terrible. I wont be going back. Time to find a new place to eat. YUK.

First time in a Walmart Neighborhood Market. Had done curbside previously and for this visit, but ran in for some things I forgot and really liked it. Just the size I like and all of the same things I like with some in larger quantities. I will make the 20 minute drive to go back.

Its always packed, but its clean and they always have stuff stocked. Its well kept and is a nice option if you dont feel like dealing with the Supercenter across town. Only downside is that today they were out of dragon fruits. I wanted to try one but oh well.

I am very very dissatisfied with Walmart superstore Collinsville crossing. There is no one at all to help if you have a question or in my case I needed someone to help me get a 40 lb box of kitty litter into my cart. I struggled for over 10 minutes trying to lift this box from the bottom shelf up into my cart until I actually hurt myself I smashed my finger. when I did find someone who worked there, and ask this gentleman to lift it for me he looked at me like I was almost crazy! Of course he seen my finger which was bleeding, so he had no choice but to help me. He didnt even ask if I was going to be all right, he picked up the litter, through it in my cart and walked away. My opinion this place has went so far downhill if I didnt actually have to shop there I would not. This is a little warning to all seniors when you go to Walmart superstore youre going it alone! believe me you have no help...

Over the last year, I spent the first six months attempting to shop this store for a list that had ten items or less of basic, routine, non-specialty, or staple goods. I was hoping for a quick in and out style shopping experience. I averaged being able to get about half of the items intended due to not carried, not in stock, or damaged products and the wait to pay was too long.After deciding to forego the store for a few months out of frustration, I tried it again. This time though I changed my purpose for going to the store and spent a few months trying to use it as a place to pick up a week worth of meals for a pair of people. This goal was attainable as long as the two people want to eat the same weekly meals for a month. The items in stock are enormous if those are the things you want. For example, I dont know what I would do with a gallon of white vinegar for cooking when a 16 oz. bottle would do. If you dont like the company brand of something, then the price difference is unnecessarily wide as well.It is at this point that I am giving up on this store for awhile and maybe permanently. I could overlook the display crowded and narrow aisles, the lack of staff available to assist including customer service, and even the cheapened atmosphere for structure durability IF I could solve even one the two simplistic methods I tried to carry out.In short, this store has a tenth of its main super center design and a tenth or the typical grocery store which means the rest is nothing more than a waste of time, energy, and money.

Its clean and never toooo busy. I definitely would rather go here than the super center.

Very clean but kinda confusing trying to find things(for a first timer)and not many staff around to help. I only found my cold coffee because someone set theres down in the milksection, they had milk, coffee- cream and other things but the cold coffee must have been somewhere else 🤷🏻‍♀️....I did score a $30 bottle of vodka for only $14 🤗!

This is a Walmart Market. Mostly food! No clothes, no shoes or any other misc items for sale at this store. You can get your prescription filled, pet food, eyeglass readers, school supplies, soap, disposable diaper/underwear and hair products at this location as well as other necessities! I love this store, because I wasnt tempted to buy items I really didnt need. The Walmart employees were really friendly. Oh, I almost forgot! They have the most freshest salad! Two thumbs up for this Walmart!

I forgot my wallet at home and the girl that checked us out was super nice about me having to drive home and get it when they were closing shortly. Great customer service!

Just left the Collinsville location 7:30 Sunday April 25th.... not one cashier working. All lanes were self checkout. SMH 🙄

The staff is so nice and very clean store. Not a large store so not overwhelming. I would suggest order pick up since its really convenient.

When the Collinsville Wal mart Neighborhood first opened, it was great. Now you cant count on items to be stocked. Today they were out of Keurig Mocha Latte (have been for weeks) smaller containers of choc. milk, and Wal mart brand or any other brand of raspberry tea concentrate. Often out of distilled water and diet Dr. Pepper. I probably will no longer shop there. Theyve become too unreliable. Oh, and typically Wal mart too few manned registers.

All the annoyances of Walmart (obnoxious customers, too crowded, borderline comatose cashiers), but closer to home so at least you dont have to drive as far to be treated poorly when you spend your money.

Preferred place to visit for food over going to the supercenter a few down the road. The lines for check out are usually pretty efficient and sanitized carts are always available in my experience. Convenient automated propane exchange kiosk. Pay at the machine or inside with groceries and then punch in your code to add the old tank and retrieve a fresh filled tank.

Was told due to shortage of staff. Customer service was not operational. I needed to return an item. Inconvenienced at 1130 am. It was not do to lunch hour

Small store so may not contain some normal Walmart items..But it is a very nice, open layout store!Very clean and organized.

I like this market because its consolidated, I can get what I need fairly quickly. Staff are helpful. I dont care for the fact that there always seems to be stocking going on while you shop and that makes it difficult to get around sometimes.

More convenient and faster then the super center when you just want a few groceries.

I like that the smaller store makes it easier to find what Im looking for & less tedious than shopping at a supercenter. The limited selection of items also keeps me from getting distracted & buying many items I didnt intend to buy & dont need (but HAD TO HAVE in the moment!). Unfortunately the limited selection also means that they dont always have all of the items I need.

Not as crowded as the super center. Less in the way of choices but still quality.

Very price friendly. The drive up/pick up service is awesome. Occasionally have to wait due to high demand, but not having to roam the aisles is such a relief. If, however, you do need to go in, things are arranges very intuitively, most weeks anyway. Definitely better than their grocery layouts in the Superstores.

I had never been to a Walmart Neighborhood Market before. I thought the selection of items was very poor on the snack/chip section. I should have just stopped at the Schnucks a block down & had better luck with selection. I probably wont be back.

I love the Walmart Neighborhood Market. Nicest people working there and each one will ask if you need help finding an item and go out of their way for the customer. All other Walmarts could take lessons!!!!!

This a Walmart but it only has food items. Fresh produce, frozen, canned goods, dairy, beer, wine and soft drinks. Pretty much what the big store has. It also has paper items, such as cups, paper plates, and toilet paper. There is tooth brushes, floss, some make-up, cold medication, etc. I go there to refill my distilled water jugs. It also has pick up service if you order something on line. They do not have a Pharmacy. Anyway thats about it with a few extras I didnt list. No big items like furniture. No clothing, bedding, TV sets, shoes, lawn equipment, etc. Please check it out. Do a walk through, quick and easy check out. People are friendly.

Workers are really nice, but corporate needs to hire more people instead of having self check out. 8 people deep in each of the 5 scan and go check outs with 1 worker helping. Took me 20 minutes to buy 2 items. Ridiculous.

Easy in and out for food and essentials compared to other local walmarts. Most all workers are very nice and helpful.

Been there twice. 2nd time I’m not sure why I went back or what happen to the nice people. I bought beer and the lady didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me. She just swiped her card and walked away. I had to ask her to come back and finish what was on the screen. She must have been tired.

This place is always stocked well and clean. The guy counting people in the front was very pleasant and greeted everyone coming in.

I love coming to this Walmart instead of the big one down the road. It’s a quick run in and a quick run out. The produce is always fresh. It’s so convenient to have everything you need in one spot. And not having to walk the length of a football like superwalmart.

Tried to return an item on a Monday at 6:30pm and was told they can’t accept a return because there weren’t enough people on staff to man the customer service desk. There were no less than 20 people walking around stocking and none of them knew how to accept a return.

I love it! I enjoy being an employee and providing the best customer service!

The young lady who brought my groceries out was very nice and made sure all my paid items were in my vehicle.

Love it! Amazing Walmart me and my mom go shopping their for groceries every time, its a great place to go if u have kids and your only shopping for groceries that way your kids wont get distracted by toys and movies! I personally, dont think its as crazy and crowded as other Walmarts and I think the parking is a little bettter.

This is the only Neighborhood Market in the area, so I have no other to compare it to. It is bright, clean and well staffed and quick. The stock is limited, but thats the price for convenience.
