I go to cvs all the time most for medicine. They have always had great customer service and very professional.

Pharmacy is the best. They were given discount cards for a particular medicine and they remembered my wife was on that drug and called her giving one to her. Pharmacy staff is always nice, looking for ways to save you money and calling doctors themselves for refills before you do. I loved Kmart pharmacy when they were open but these guys are just as good if not better.

My local pharmacy was out of stock for a prescription that was needed. This location had the needed meds and filled it quickly.

Yesterday Experienced a very rude technician. He was very condescending and rude. Will never go there again.

The pharmacy at this store is ridiculous. It takes 4-6 hrs to get a prescription filled. If you’re in pain or other urgent need for your prescription definitely DO NOT use this pharmacy.

The pharmacy is always behind. They open up and already behind schedule. Instead of filling the scripts for people standing there they tell us to come back in two hours. Many times before it would be six hours or more while some one at home is sick and suffering. Walgreens just got my business back. CVS you need better management!

My prescriptions are ready on time, Most of the time. My only complaint is that sometimes when I use the app it says that a prescription can be filled on lets say the 10th and when I go through and tell it to refill it on the 10th it will wait a couple hours and kick it out and say you cannot get it filled until the 13th. That can become extremely annoying! But the pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a terrible experience. I prefer shopping at Walgreens pharmacy, CVS pharmacist are unprofessional.

I had THE worst experience here! Found food in the freezer that was expired for almost a year!! Do yourself a favor and just go to Walgreens across the street.

So I generally if need be get my medicine from Walgreens and the pharmacy tech that worked on 09/27/29 at the drive thru window, reminded me as to why I rather deal with anyone but them(CVS)! Just simply remedial. I had to prompt her to do her job which she failed at miserably (look up my insurance info so I can pick up my medicine) she claimed she didnt find it but its the same number used in any medical setting she was just full of it or slow one of the two either way, if she want to turn down money for your company so be it Im going back to Walgreens pharmacy where they CAN find my insurance info!!

Horrible experience with a return. They can track all your shopping traits with the Care Card, but they cant look up a receipt. Jeffrey was very rude and lied about the price of the items I was returning (purchased 4 days prior). When I showed him the price as marked, he still refused to refund the amount I paid. I spent $41.73, I was refunded $13.60 on a store credit to a store I no longer wish to patronize!

Staff is great and they always try to find the best price.

My employer change our plan to CVS. The on-line is another business than the stores. I choose Collinsville because it is on my way home. I really like the staff and their attention to detail.

Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Took them 2 hours to fill a simple prescription and wasted almost 2 more hours of my time on the phone trying to contact their specialty pharmacy only to find out they are out of network. DONT GO HERE!!!

The entire staff is a tremendous help. I have been going here for over 2 years now and I have found no other pharmacy as helpful as the staff is at this Collinsville store.

Go across the street to Walgreens if you want 24 hr pharmacy service. They slashed their pharmacy hours here without any notification. My business is going back to Walgreens.

Staff is great, but theres usually only one person working and theyre all over the place.

Need to add hours of the pharmacy to the web site not just the hours that the store is open
