The staff was very attentive and helpful. Did a wonderful job hosting us as we celebrated our grandmothers 90th birthday. They even offered to take a group photo of us. The staff member who took the photo did a great job! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Had a birthday party here, and I knew there would be resrictisions due to the pandemic, so we called MUTLIPLE times to find out what we could and could not do or bring.Was told we could only bring cake, but could order pizza from the Imos next door. It wasnt until we got there that they told us that we could get pizza from next door... but had to go next door to eat it... Which defeated the whole birthday party purpose of the pizza..In addition to that, they only had nachos and pretzels at the bowling alley itself, but ran out of nachos after just a few customers... So the only thing left was unsalted wheat pretzels with cheese...But of course, the bar was in full service. A lot of good that does for a 4 year olds birthday....

Went to a birthday party here it was aweful.. First the lady was snippy with the kids wanting them to sit when its not their turn.. We were told and its on their website you are welcome to order pizza from imos however we werent told that you cannot eat said pizza there. They have a consessions but all they have is pretzels with cheese that have no salt and are made of wheat bread and they ran out of nachos so half of the kids did not get any.. I get it that happens but knowing you have bday parties and stuff you would think they would stock up. They were very unprofessional and it wasnt worth the price.

Camelot bowl is so accommodating and nice, they allow us to rent all the lanes for all our wonderful and loving friends. We have a GREAT time every year, I look forward to the next time immediately. Thanks for working with us.

Cool place to bowl if you are looking to relax and spend some time with the family. I like this place because it is not too expensive and they dont rush you off of your lanes when you finish. Because of this, I like to frequent this place pretty often. I would recommend this place to others. Thanks guys.

Been years since Ive bowled, but had fun. Like what theyve done with the place. Lanes are still oily as ever. Wish the Illinois smoking ban wasnt in place, but that is a choice some like.

Bowling alley staff acted like I was bothering them when their lanes were messing up. Food was overpriced from Imos. Atmosphere was family friendly though. 10 dollars for 3 games and shoe rental was the highlight of the wstablishment.

My son and I visited and took advantage of one of their specials. This one was $10 for three games including shoes. We both really enjoyed the games. I like the video showing your throw and the actual ball hit. Automated scoring is solid and we had no problems with the lanes at all. The only thing I wish they could get would be automatic pop-up bumpers. We attended Camelot for a birthday party a couple of years ago and they seem to have a nice method around doing it. Seems like a nice, friendly place for the whole family.

Always a good time here. Our lane had some malfunctions and the crew stepped up to help. The manager or lead guy was talking badly about the other employees which is always annoying to hear, but the job got done.Bathrooms were average, not particularly great but not terrible.

The bar was good. Nice cold beers and bar tenders were very helpful on recommending live music venues in the area

Its a fun place for the whole family to bowl together. Just try to remember it is for fun and also a good way to exercise.

Loved it had a great time had pizza right next door really cheap to bowl $10 for shoes and 3 games but I do believe they should be a little cheaper when you have kids under the age of 12 to bowl and four shoes than $10 I think that they would get a lot more business if they did

Its a bowling alley, theres not much to say. They are a dying breed and this one has been around for a long time. Lanes were in good shape, beers were cold, whats not to like about it.

This was my first and LAST time I will ever come to this place. The owner Diane was very rude, short and very hateful. She has no business owning a bowling alley with the attitude she does. She is very unprofessional. Never again.

We are residents of collinsville and try our best to support local businesses. After yesterday I will never go back. The older lady who works or owns the place is the rudest Ive ever met. The other gentleman in charge is really nice and helpful. We enjoy ourselves when hes working. Fortunately the lanes we are given always have issues. We love to bowl but hate the wait for repairs. It may be great for some and hit or miss for others. But for us its always a problem and attitude from the older lady. We will take our family of 6 to Fairview from now on.

Ive been here before and a great local business, but they are currently closed on Monday and Tuesday for the summer which was not noted on Google. So I didnt get to bowl on Monday when I went.

Saturday night is a great place to hit this bone alley and emails pizzas connected to it all the best options for I had to eat and play

This alley is very fun! The employees are gracious and helpful, the alleys are clean, and the bathrooms(not exaggerating) smell so amazing.

Just go to Edison’s Entertainment Complex. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever been. Workers cursing, private party room had bad lighting and was not private, had to wait at least 10 mins to ask for one pair of shoes to be switched out. Bowling lane went down and when I went to have it fixed... again another 10 minutes wait. Not even acknowledged.

Ive never had a bad experience at Camelot Bowl. This place also has an Imos Pizza attached to it, so getting good pizza is an option for dinner.

Employee was totally rude when we were checking in. One of my kids made a mistake and when I turned to go get help, same employee rolling his eyes over the mistake. Nowhere else around to bowl or I wouldve just left.

Great place to bowl and take the kids. Imos pizza just a few steps away. Games for the kids and adults. Lounge with televised sports game and pool table...WHOO HOO. Video gaming in the lounge...Kids games in the gaming room. Adult leagues nightly during the week. Come on out. BTW...dont want to forget those senior leagues either during the day. They get wild and CrAZaY!

In the room with the slot machines is not a great atmosphere, some of the people are mean hogging the slot machines and also their was one lady falling asleep on the machine and not being told to get up and let someone else play

Have called several time rudest people i have ever talked to. Just the way she as in the female older lady talks to u makes u not even want to go spend ur money there. Ill drive twice as far just to not have to use this alley.
