Customer service in the pharmacy was rude. I was scheduled for a vaccine but cancelled after trying to deal with one of the pharm techs who was apparently having a bad day and being unpleasant. She did it in front of a several other employees who ignored the situation. I wont be back.

As a pharmacy technician myself, I wouldn’t dare treat one of our patients the way I was treated by another tech over the phone yesterday. Unacceptable,unprofessional, rude, and super in empathetic and a reminder of why I stay far away from Walgreens

Though my shopping experience was fine, & my service good, Im rating 4 stars because of the limited selection of items & the fact that many of the items are overpriced when compared to other large chain stores in the area.

Big fan. Folks have always been friendly, and even during a rush, it isn’t tough to get in and out. The pharmacy is organized and run with clarity.

Terrible service and very rude staff. I was treated unfairly because I have medicaid insurance. I guess if youre going through a tough time and have to get medicaid you can expect to be treated less than a human being if you use this company to get your prescriptions. The old lady who helped me was very rude and made it clear I was wasting her time trying to figure out my insurance information, which I had already provided her with the information she needed but she wasnt smart enough to read it and put it in the computer correctly. I will be getting my prescriptions from another company from now on.

The pharmacy has gone down the toilet service wise!!!!!!! You cant get anyone to wait on you even when theres 4 or 5 pharmacists back there!!! They walk by, look at a whole line of us waiting, and keep on walking. There is no excuse for such unacceptable behavior!!!!!!! Do you hear me talking, Management??????!!!!!!!!! Im just about ready to take my business elsewhere!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had in a Walgreens I came in to get a few things that I needed and was followed around the entire time like some common little thief dont really appreciate it would have spent more money there but decided I would only spend a couple dollars since I was already being profiled by the little blond haired woman will not return to this location and neither will anyone I know

Open 24 hours even on Christmas Eve what more can you ask for they are going to work when everyone else is spending time with their families. Thank you
