Well stocked. Everything hair, nail polish and care, earrings and more. Helpful salespersons. Convenient parking in front of store.

Claire and Darian are awesome! I went in yesterday to get some hair dye and ending up not getting everything I needed. When I came back tonight and needed some help to fix my hair, they gave me EXCELLENT customer service and helped me so much! I highly recommend this Sally’s, they are very helpful and they helped fix my hair!!

Do not appreciate seeing the attendant through the window, no greeting or smile. She just dryly put her hand up to her ear on the form of a telephone, due to COVID-19 according to the fading signs they have displayed. Meantime, she has no mask or gloves packing/unpacking boxes. This was around 11:55-12:05 14 May 2020 I do not appreciate how I was treated in addition to know that Sally Beauty is not maintaining safety and sanitation procedures that the State of Illinois has set in place. Very disappointed at the 1122 Collinsville location. I won’t ever be coming back.
