Rich is very reasonable and always does a great job!

It is now May. My car has been there since December of LAST YEAR. Only the battery was messed up, but now EVERY TIME I get it back, there is something new wrong. This is absolutely ridiculous. Can never get ahold of this man to even talk to him. This is by far the worst customer service and the worst work I have ever had done on a vehicle. I am unsure how you manage to stay in business.
