We never take our cars anywhere else. Have been going to Fast Lane for 7 years and they have always been pleasant and helpful, squeezed us in when we were in a pinch, do quick and reliable work, and have offered several solutions to issues, including those that would bring them little or no money. Personalized service, they know you, and your car, and remember the car you drove 5 years ago and all of its problems. You dont find places like this very often anymore. These people CARE, and it makes all the difference.

Ron and Ken are extremely helpful. I havent gone anywhere else for an oil change in years because I know that they will always do an awesome job.I know the bare minimum about my car and theyre always very patient and take the time to answer my questions.

The mechanics second to none, buddy comes from St Louis just to have his Infiniti worked on. Oh and they tow cars, change tires, unlock your car and even install batteries. This is by far the best service in town. Thanks Brian and all!

Total rip off. My car was impounded a couple of weeks ago. Not only were they about $200.00 over an average fee, they were extremely RUDE. I had called them to let them know I was running 5 minutes late and the lady on the phone rudely said We are leaving, you were supposed to be here at 6:00, I would have been there at 6:05. When I went in the next day they charged me a No Show fee of $75.00 and added another fee for using my Credit Card. Overall they were RUDE, Did not know the status of my car, they were not even sure where it was parked, then the rude lady had the nerve to ask me if I wanted their mechanic to look at it, seriously???? Folks, stay away from this place, it wound up costing me $581.00 to get my car, hopefully they will use that money for Customer Service classes.

As a woman, other car repair places try to take advantage of you and charge you more than necessary. That is never the case with Fast Lane. Dana at the front desk is always kind and helpful and makes sure that you are getting the best deal.

Allstate called the for auto service. This company was suppose to show up in 60 mins. I called she said she never recieved paperwork from Allstate. I called Allstate again and told them. They said they sent it.I said send it again. Called this company back. The said they were sending someone. Had to get my babies out the car, the police pulled up, random people trying to help. Two additional hours went by, i called back, the said the called again and no one answered so they did not show up. Uneceptable!

The only place I take my cars. Good, honest service.
